Thanks to the excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff, it felt like home. I'm definitely going back here again on my next trip.

Disgusting , fake pictures

The place was disgusting , as soon as we entered the room it have awful smell . The cabinet we broken the fridge was discolored with dirt. Cockroach runing around. Washroom door won't close fully so locked it was not even a question!! . Shower had dirt on the floor and wall . Bedroom were as bed with stain on the bed spread. No blankets . We went down to ask for blankets they didn't have anything was told they are filled book so they don't have any left . So what about this 2 bedroom apartment beds were not supposed to have blankets?? I asked her if the room was not cleaned she replied it was cleaned and they were waiting for a quest to arrive for the same room that was given to us . I told her that it doesn't seem like it was as you can clearly see the dirt every where . If it was for the sleeping kids and middle of the night with no option available we were gonna leave Even without my refund which we were not gonna gets.tried adding pictures of the place it won't let me . Picture on the hotel.com are fake !!

The info advertised is misleading and does not reflect the true nature of the place. It is filthy. The place needs a clean and furnishing needs to be updated for the prices advertised.

Friendly staff

This is a dirty place I ever seen in Suva. Not a good place to stay.

First of all the staffs were very friendly and helpful..secondly they provides everything to make sure that we are satisfied and feel comfortable and also feel at home.

Terrible value for money - TV wasn't working. No towels, no soap and was not clean. Staff didn't know I had booked despite being prepaid and booked online via Expedia. I almost walked out but had no where else to go. Will never return unless I no other option.

Don’t waste ur money on this property, very dirty place to stay, ac doesn’t work, rooms are filthy and disgusting

Pictures advertised on website does not match. No restaurant, no iron/ironing board/ they only supply packages of sugar..are they that cheap ? Toilet paper disgusting. ! Cheap toilet paper all loose... Two people booked, only one towel.. BED ....OH BOY, SIT AT THE EDGE OF THE BED AND YOU SITTING ON METAL SPRINGS..THE BED IS DISGUSTING INDEED, PLS GET NEW INVENTORY ON BEDS ROOM IS DISGUSTING INDEED WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !

The hallway was dirty and wet and no room service. There was also no towel in the room and the AC was not working well.

Everything is very good except one thing only one room was air conditioning the other one room was no air conditioning but everything is good room is clean that the most important

Location is nice. Staff are pleasant. Service is ok but need to have the restaurant service available.

The place had too many roaches. Short on staff. Theres no manager to talk to. Not recommended for overseas visitors or any visitors. 2 staff for cleaning entire hotel. Owner has a side cleaning chemicals business but doesnt do anythg abt the roaches

I booked in for 4 nights and stayed 2 nights. There was cockroaches everywhere, no hot water and the cold water was worked sometimes, no TV reception, no internet, no laundry facilities, you can feel the springs in the bed this is the worst place i have ever stayed in.

Kasa at the fron desk was more than helpful but problem is the Wi-Fi and internet we’re not working they couldn’t find my reservation not very professional I have been staying at the Tanoa across the street. It wasn’t a very good choice

The location is good. I was expecting a kitchen with utensils and micowave in the apartment.

Disappointing stay for guest from Australia

Very disappointing to see that the hotel is listed as 2star. It shouldn't really have any star.

When There is No Option

Have to upgrade from previous allocated room which equipped with awful drainage smell. Costly upgrade. Total rates will put me in three-stars hotel in Bali. Broken gas stove, cockroaches and 2 (yes, two) TV channels. Elixir is when you have no option in Suva.

Bathroom old and not well presented and desk on wall not level.

Bad experience

Very dirty hotel, hotel leaking from every where, sheets and towels looks like never washed. We paid so much and even AC wasn't working. Just totally rip off.

Dirty

From rooms to linens very dirty seems like never washed, AC not working either. It's a pile of garbage this hotel. Never ever will stay there. And check in time was 2pm but we waited until 4.30 b/c they say room wasn't ready.

Great for those on a budget

Right in the heart of the CBD. Within walking distance of shops, bars, etc.

I saw a rat, the sheets were torn and smelt old. Bathroom drainage bad!!!

Hotel still needs repairs after cyclone Winston, but we understand that it takes a little longer to do these things in Fiji, comfortable and clean

Nice hotel

Hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. Receptionist is very helpful n they now have a bar n restaurant.

Ok

We booked in for a week in Room 402. Door was difficult to shut. The toilet was clean but had a foul smell. The shower door would not close. Cockroaches were visible.

Great location, secured and for a good price.

Wonderful experience. I ate three meals here. The hotel got 24 hour security guard. It is close to the center of the town. You can walk to the center. Taxi is reliable, picked me up 3:30 am, and took me to the airport.

Staff were very friendly despite the conditions. Need more staff in the evenings especially to take care of issues with rooms.

Cooking facilities

Portable gas burner on a bench, a kettle and a fridge plus knives and forks. But nothing else - no saucepans, large knife, cups, etc.

Lovely staff and walk into city

It was a good value stay with lovely staff. The room was huge. There was a small shower problem which was fixed instantly.

Suva city

Hotel on main local bus routes and an easy walk to city centre - about 1km. Parliament House about 300m away and visitors welcome. The city is surrounded by sea and walk around esplanade picturesque. No sand but lovely parks,gardens and playgrounds. I was there for my first cyclone experience - Winston.

Walking distance to everything

Stayed here twice&both times when I went to check in my room wasn't ready very disappointing since I was tired from travelling&need rest...

Suva stay

Read the reviews but stayed anyway as it was cheap!!!! And within walking distance of town. Had a problem with leaking water in the toilet which took awhile to fix. Room clean but very old and needs refurbishing.

Very noisy as our room was close to the road.

Staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful, however the room was a bit worse for wear, although very clean and spacious. Other tenants were very noisy and traffic noise was very disruptive.

Served purpose

Stayed at elixir apartments for 2 nights. Basically served the purpose of a short stopover in Suva before heading west. The newly renovated exterior looks nice. However the same needs to be considered for the inside. had Some problem with the air conditioning which was fixed but noisy throughout the stay.

Handy but not comfy

Good location, friendly staff, slightly below average rooms.
