Romantic hotel close to Didsbury high street
Walking distance to a lovely park and the wonderful vibrant high street of Didsbury, this spacious, well equipped, relaxing hotel is amazing for a romantic weekend away. The roll top bath, coffee machine, mini bar and bath robes in the large beautifully decorated room really made the stay. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. The only sad point is we can’t bring the dog!
A late booking probably secured the last available room at the top of the stairs on the first floor. My night was disturbed by noise in the corridor and from the room upstairs. Took the shine of an otherwise comfortable stay.
Gold star service in a beautiful setting
A beautiful place to stay in the run up to Christmas. The hotel itself is impressive but, for me, the true stars are the people working there. Every member of staff I interacted with was incredible - so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, friendly staff and a great location. Would definitely stay here when travelling to Manchester.
A wonderful place
Wonderful experience. My only disappointment is that I could stretch the finances to stay for 2 nights! Lovely place to stay, very calm, very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
Disappointing experience
Ordered a vegan meal and waited for it to arrive (15 mins) then to be told it wasn’t in fact vegan and they didn’t have a meal on the menu that was vegan only a starter (soup) 😞. The room also faced out onto the road and with no secondary glazing was noisy at times during the night!
Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff. Amazing quality breakfast. We have stayed here 6 times already and will continue to do so :-)
Excellent stay, great nights sleep with comfy bed and fantastic facilities
Lovely stay with short walk through park to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. House & rooms great, will definitely come back.
Perfect hotel in a great location
From the minute we arrived we were impressed with the property. Perfectly well kept with fantastic grounds. We were greeted and shown to our room which was perfect. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from they town with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Really nice, well maintained property and the staff were very nice.
Set in a leafy suburb. Very clean and comfortable house with very helpful staff, a lovely place to stay.
Lovely hotel in a lovely spot, however, I wasn't keen on the climb to the bathroom!
Quiet location. Lovely room. Nicola was super helpful and professional.
A beautiful boutique hotel. Was one of the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Great value for a little bit of luxury in Manchester
What an absolutely delightful hotel! Tucked away, with gorgeous rooms, it feels more like staying in a posh friend's house than a hotel!
Four out of Five stars
The staff were great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, except for the bathroom. The toothbrush cup had toothpaste marks. The shower handle is loose and difficult to operate to change the temperature, and it is too far in the shower to operate without getting wet with cold water first. For a boutique hotel, I expected better coffee (French-press/Mocha) and tea delivered to the room. We did not have breakfast or dinner.
lovely and relaxing stay! very clean and comfortable rooms, would definitely go back!
Great little hotel
Just an all round pleasure. Excellent
I enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The staff could not have been nicer.
Such a gorgeous hotel!
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was huge, cleaned and had every little detail accounted for. I will definitely return!
Great stay - very comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff and good food. Didn't see evidence of eco-friendliness, so not really able to rate that aspect.
beautiful hotel, lovely room, lovely touches like milk in the room for tea, staff very friendly and very helpful - would book again
Eleven Didsbury Park was a wonderful experience, both food and resting our tired bodies Everyone was soooo helpful and polite and professional. The handsome decor was just stunning and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you all .
Beautiful hotel
Amazing find we will definitely be staying again when next in Manchester. Breakfast was unbelievable good.
Absolutely perfect little hotel. Charming and comfortable with excellent staff who were very friendly and super helpful. Bed was extremely comfy and breakfast was delicious. This place has an elegant homely feel with the luxury of wonderful service. I would definitely recommend.
Great location & friendly staff who make you feel at home.
Ashes at Old Trafford.
Excellent stay overall comfortable spacious clean room. Food ok but smallish portions especially the desert which was minute, three tiny scoops of ice cream. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
It was perfect in every way from start to finish. They'd upgraded me before my visit so I got a clawfoot bathtub in my room, which I never expected. I'll be back!
Superb staff
great staff , nice room ,good location
Great stay!
Great stay, only disapointment was getting there to late to enjoy the place more. Thank you rail strike, traffic jams and Coldplay concert making roads jammed! Would visit again in a heartbeat!
Boutique with Didsbury price-tag
We have stayed here twice. It’s a well appointed hotel but do take an eye-mask especially if you’re in a cosy room with velux windows because you can’t black out the room fully. Sadly the english breakfast was pretty sterile / tasteless and definitely overpriced at £18.00. Overall it is v comfortable but overpriced for the amenities (no gym, no leisure, no room service etc)
Wonderful hotel some lovely touches Staff superb
Didsbury Park
Everything good. We didn't try food. Rooms very comfortable vlbatbrooms great. No lift as its an old protected building but it was worth the trip in any case. Quite a lot of parking in a provate car park lot
A lovely stay, would highly recommend!
Lovely friendly and comfortable hotel
Really nice, friendly hotel. Clean comfortable and very welcoming. It is located in a nice area. We all enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
Beautiful rooms, Felt like I was in different plac
The design was amazing so comfy. It’s felt like I was in my own home. I plan on visiting again in a few months
Lovey hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Only slight complaint was very slow check-in and not offering us a joint-room for our daughters. Otherwise, 10/10.
Beautiful hotel, have stayed here periodically over the last 15 years. Excellent as always.
Beautiful 4 star quality all round :-))))
From the moment I arrived the building is stunning and gets even better as I walked into the hall and reception area. Attention to detail is second to none here - immaculate, clean, attractive etc
Lovely Town House
They make a real effort to ensure your comfort with some nice added extras and a warm welcome. For me breakfast was a let down and one member of staff on reception made me feel like a pain when I asked for an amendment to the dinner menu due to dietary requirements. It had an impact about how I felt about my stay.
Perfect
Lovely place
Lovely boutique hotel beautiful garden and air conditioned rooms. Staff were fab nothing too much
Amazing food!
Fantastic food, beautifully decorated rooms and hotel. Plenty of refreshment supplies. Will definitely be back.
Fabulous place, beautiful decor.Staf were very heloful and friendly.Grwat location for didsbury village ammeneties.
Great hotel, very welcoming staff with cosy atmosphere and log burning fire to greet us. Extremely comfortable beds and top notch bed linen.
Loved the style of the house and the decor and tge personal service. One night stay but it was lively.
Was attending a friend’s wedding very convenient location to the wedding venue generally very pleasant stay however extremely disappointed that a room costing £189 didn’t include breakfast despite an arrangement being in place for attending guest to have breakfast included, when raising the issue found the duty manager to be completely unreceptive and clearly not willing exercise discretion and waiver the extra cost £30 in the interest of customer satisfaction😡
Lovely relaxing environment after a busy day. Every creature comfort. Loved it and will definitely return
Very well designed room and bathroom with huge very comfortable bed. Nice touch of coffee machine in bedroom. Great stay!
Lovely place to unwind with a great garden to relax in
Interesting hotel in Didsbury village, Manchester
Very welcoming reception and friendly staff in breakfast and dining room. Quiet location, convenient for tram or bus to central Manchester. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Didsbury Village. Good cooked and buffet breakfast.
We were super early and they didn’t have a room for us cause they had a wedding booked till 11am but were super nice told we could go over to there other location 5 houses down for breakfast and they had our room ready when we were done. I had a birthday while there and they waited til we left and put cake and birthday wishes in our room. It’s the little details that help make someone’s day.
Great hotel
Great hotel in a superb location to our office for colleagues to stay at.
My secret
Beautiful accommodation. Amazing service Lovely personal touches
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing upgrade when we arrived which was so lovely. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great too. Overall it was super and we would definitely stay there again
Home from home
Lovely welcoming staff, clean hotel
Beautiful hotel ,excellent room and great staff who are friendly and professional
Average experience, could have been improved
The room was incredibly hot and stifling. Even with heating turned off, and windows open. Waited for 20 mins at reception before being seen for check out, and although an apology about the room temperature not a lot of understanding that i had had no sleep. My room was also the first room on the corridor by stairs to the next level - noisy until 3am
Lobely quiet and romantic setteng. The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would higly reccomend this hoyel to others.
Great. Comfortable. Good check in. Wifi worked well
Love this hotel, eclectic range of hotels. So quirky yet comfortable. Room 10 is my ideal room.
Best bed and pillow.
Bed and pillows were amazing.
Lovely boutique hotel
Nice comfy beds, attentive staff, clean and expensively decorated, great shower and real milk in the room for hot drinks, plenty of free parking.
Lovely stay would return!
Lovely stay with complimentary strawberries and prosecco for our anniversary and a free room upgrade!
One of my favourite small hotels in the UK.
Always enjoy our stay at Eieven Disbury Park. Gorgeous rooms & fab lounge area.
Excellent value, beautiful decor & condition of room. Very comfortable & clean. Staff extremely welcoming & accomodating. Would definitely stay again & recommend this hotel.
Over priced - but OK
It's a bit up it's self but OK
Quiet hotel close to Didsbury's bustling centre.
Everything was very smooth from a welcoming arrival in reception with good advice about eateries nearby. The room was large and warm and well appointed. The hotel seems to specialise in baths! However the shower worked fine. I had to request that the bass in the (empty) sitting room below me be turned down, which was done immediately.
Weekend away
Lovely hotel with great features. Walking distance to Didsbury Village and short taxi ride to West Didsbury where there are more bars and restaurants. Great area
A relaxing, comfortable hotel in a quiet setting
The hotel is in a quiet road of a nice suburb of South Manchester. We were greeted with a warm welcome and check-in was easy. The room was nice and the lounge was comfortable and ideal for a quiet drink and a read.
Fine, nothing special
It's fine, it's a bed. But it's not amazing. The decor is styled to be "classic" and "traditional" and "rustic". But then you get taps separating cold and hot, short spout, that you can't fit your hand under. The fingers you fit under, get burned quick as boiling water comes out. It's 2018... The bed... usual bed that's fine. But the pillows, usually you get one soft and one more hard pillow. Here, nope, you get 2 very very soft ones that sink to super flat. I folder it over but could not get comfy. No thermostat. The room is hot, if you want to cool it down you have to open the window, but it rains a lot in the North so that's not always a wise idea. The doors still use a key lock, so make sure you lock up behind yourself. The key chain is a massive piece of metal, so isn't comfy in your back pocket. There was marks on the furniture etc, nothing to stress about, but it's not 4 star quality. Some plugs were a bit dodgy, had to remove and push in a few times to get power out. A USB port somewhere would have been a nice little update. Breakfast, meh. But there isn't anything else around. Sausages I don't think are actual sausages, the coffee is the cheapest coffee that I've tasted (I drink instant coffee no problem, that was terrible), and the pastries are tiny. These are not big issues, but too many small issues for a 4 star hotel. In all honesty, if there was a Premier Inn in the area, I would have stayed there.
