The property is very clean, the suite is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant.

Ok to stay for sleep, but not for anything else.

Mixed feelings about the stay. Rooms were nice. Hotel itself wasn't. So if you just need a place to sleep, this is ok. If it is a place to relax and sleep, then, I'm not sure if this does the trick. Here's why i say this. They advertise a swimming pool. It is open 24h, but it doesn't have a shower nearby nor changing rooms. Rooms do not provide gowns or slippers to go down, so people need to bring their own. Many people come from around the world and have differnt swimming hygiene culture, and the water was not nice. It is also not accessible from the inside and the stairs are steep. There is breakfast, but it is served in a greasy environment. One positive was the airport shuttle. The drivers are great and runs smoothly.

It was amazing went to watch WWE Paperciew and meet one of the wrestlers at the hotel.

Close to airport. Large rooms with kitchen. Good for families. Continental breakfast.

Nice modern room with super comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge included. Nice large tv. Continental breakfast the following morning was very much appreciated.

Could be better

Not a great experience. First of all, it was Impossible to contact the hotel directly. This proved to be a problem when we were left waiting for an extended period of time, outside in the cold at the airport late at night for a shuttle. Between the hotel’s website and their recorded phone message, it was unclear if we needed to arrange for a shuttle pick up. The accommodations themselves were mediocre and the staff were not very pleasant. Overall, pretty underwhelming for an airport hotel.

Very convenient for overnight delays and connections. Comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast, easy shuttle.

After a 3 day delay trying to get back to Canada, I was lucky to get this room at the last minute. Everything about our stay here was wonderful.

Great rooms, well-appointed and quite new. Love the breakfast, made to order and a great bar/restaurant for dinners, no need to go anywhere which was a big plus this time.

The room was very large and well-equipped. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely be back.

Transfer from airport to hotel didn’t show up and when I phoned my call wasn’t answered! $25 taxi got us a $5 discount on dinner.

Probably the best airport hotel in 30 years. You can walk in ten minutes from lower level of terminal3. Large well equipped rooms with great beds. Breakfast was good and healthy. Shuttle on time.

AC is loud, can't fully turn it off so the fan runs all night. Default pillows are feather and a they're pretty thin. Found out at checkout that you can request non feather pillows.

I love this property. I stay at it whenever I am out at Pearson. Every time I do a review I express that there should be a full length mirror in the rooms. It would be easy to put a mirror inside the closet door, but it always seems to fall on deaf ears. Other than that, it’s a great property.

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in. New modern relaxing. Good breakfast and dinner and a great hot tub. Easy parking and free airport shuttle but also walking distance if you want to stretch your legs before a flight

I tried to contact the hotel to inform myself about how late we could check in and the person on the phone was very rude. As we arrive at the front desk, the person there as well was rude, not sure if it was the same person. Other than than it is the perfect location for a stay over close to the airport.

I loved the convenience and location of this hotel for it's access to the airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the room was beautiful.

The kitchenette.

I chose this hotel because of the carpeting around the beds and the hardwood around the kitchen area. The breakfast was amazing with chef prepared hot food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. Beautiful décor throughout hotel. Blinds in the room were a little difficult to move up or down and the heating took a while to get to temperature. But great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was super easy. Reception was very polite, communicative and friendly.

Le Shuttle bus que j'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure 15. Le refus d'un chauffeur du Four Points de m'amener en me disant qu'il ne prenait pas les clients de l'Élement (pourtant dans la même bâtisse!). Les explications de la personne à la réception qui tentait de me faire croire que c'était normal en raison du traffic alors que l'hôtel est à seulement 5 minutes de l'aéroport. La chambre était aussi très bruyante...

Fantastic hotel. Very clean, well situated near the airport and very nice room. The restaurant was great as well. I will stay again anytime I need a hotel near the airport.

Liked everything about this hotel for our purpose of a layover in Toronto except the rush for transportation to the airport in the morning. There were too many people needing the transport and not enough room. The pool and gym are open 24hrs!! This was a nice feature. The included breakfast was good also (egg sandwiches, bacon sausage eggs toast muffins etc.)

Perfect night near Pearson airport

We were given a free upgrade and were delighted with the very comfortable suite. The bed and bedding were lovely. All the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The restaurant was also excellent. The entire experience was a 10!

Staff was awesome

Only criticism was the shuttle service to and from the airport. Getting on is a free for all with little respect for who was there "first". It would be easy / equitable to make a list. Very unreliable shuttle pickup from the airport as well.

Check-in was a breeze. Staff were lovely. Room spacious and clean. Perfect for us. Free shuttle to airport every 30 min including super early. Would recommend!

The staff was tremendously nice, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and the shuttle was very convenient. All around a great place to stay right by the airport.

Neat and cozy hotel

The property was great. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. My only complaint was that I got no response to my inquiry about where and when to meet the shuttle at the airport. We eventually found the pick up spot but no shuttle showed up and we ended paying extra for an uber. At the very least, I expect an answer.

Shuttle service was awful. We waited 45 minutes at the airport. There were many people waiting to get on, shuttle only had 10 seats but run supposedly every half hour. Left a lot of people behind. At check in, told the front desk staff and she couldn’t care less. Gave us our room keys. Didn’t tell us that there were 2 towers with separate elevators. Wondered around with our luggage looking for the proper access. Room was spacious but the water bottle provided was soooo dirty with grease, finger prints…Took my socks off and the floor was sticky. I had really good experiences before at other Elements hotels but this one is very disappointing.

Very nice property close to the airport. Very good breakfast included. Only quibble was the pool was on the cool side (shiver).

Very clean. Room is spacious is well designed, and has everything you need. Staff are great. Only complaint is lound venting in the room (heating/cooling), which took a while to get used to get to sleep. Conveniently located near the airport if you are travelling. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes or when it's full, so if you want to get on, get to the front foyer early. You can't enter on to the property without getting a parking ticket, but 30 minutes is free and parking is easily worked out with front staff. $30 to park. Weekly parking available for $120 only if they have space, which may be able to be booked through their website or at the counter. Otherwise there are parking lots in the vicinity, one which has shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0600, so if you have a morning flight, you may not benefit from the included breakfast.

The hotel was nice. There is no city view as mentioned on hotels.com. But our room was nice and we were surprised at how quicker it was even this we were so close to the airport. I would stay here again for sure.

The room was furnished with very modern and cleanlines furniture.

Staff and service very accommodating, above average. Breakfast was adverage. But rest of restaurant food good. Restaurant staff also exceptional.

Check in staff was the best. Check out was a dream. Room was spacious and extremely quiet. The bed and linens were high quality and very comfortable. Only thing I would suggest is a lager shuttle bus. Ours was packed to the max on both to and from trips.
