I used to love this hotel for our family whenever we go to Calgary. We did stay here for many times but this my first time experience not allowing 3 kids in our room first, and then I told them that we stayed here many times and I never had this issue. Then they want to charge one kid extra. I never had this encounter upon checking in before and always had 3 kids and 2 adults so I did not accept to get extra charge as I’ve been many times in this hotel. If extra adult sure but not a kid. I was told that it would be first and last exemption so I guess we will not come back here anymore :(

Car next to us was broken into .. glass from there smashed window wrecked the paint on our car door .. glass all over our door sill and running boards .. desk services could care less .. call your insurance it all i got ! Not even a sorry .! Will stay Far away from this place !

The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, was very quiet and the included breakfast was absolutely amazing! Not to mention the welcome drinks! Very impressed with our whole experience at the hotel and will definitely be back!

We loved this hotel! We did monday check in and saturday check out and our stay in this hotel was phenomenal. Staff were accommodating & the place was really clean. Location was super convenient since it was pretty much close to everything! (Grocery stores, malls, etc.) not to mention the free breakfast is really good! They have the same breakfast menu but they have one particular menu that changes everyday. They had lots of options for breakfast too! Will recommend this hotel to everyone! We will also book this hotel for the next time we travel to calgary.

The property told us that they pride themselves on being green and have a well maintained property, and both were very true, ill love to stay if i go back to calgary

My husband and I have been staying here for a long time. When booking, I sent a request asking for adjoining rooms, which went unanswered, so I sent another message, which was also unanswered. I called to make sure it was received, and was finally told the types of rooms selected weren't adjoining. Would have appreciated if someone would have replied to my original message so I could have changed my room types before it was too late to do so. When I checked in, asked to upgrade for a fee like the lady before told me to, but the man helping me didn't explain himself, just said it wasn't possible. My card was mistakenly charged for an extra room deposit, so when I spoke to someone else about it, she was much better at explaining the upgrade options available to me. Hot tub was also closed by ahs, we learned it appears to have been closed for some time. Pool room was cold, pool was a bit chilly and the steam room didn't appear to work, or wasn't on. Pool area is definitely run down. Upside: rooms are comfortable as usual, continental breakfast is good and they are able to provide gluten free bread when requested. I do enjoy staying here and will return, but this trip had some disappointments.

The breakfast was awesome. Nice good food. The check in was quite smooth. But the reception Filipina lady was speaking things too fast. The mcdonalds.and Tims made is eaay to get food late in midnight.

Such a great hotel to stay at, and absolutely gorgeous!! This hotel has a unique feel to it, with its blue and wood colour scheme. The staff are friendly and super accommodating and helpful.

We enjoyed the layout and window/view of our room a lot. It's a busy hotel as to be expected due to it's location but it is very clean and modern. Parking was not great one night when we came back late but if you have a spot before the late evening you'll be fine. Breakfast is good but go early. We really enjoyed the Tim Hortons nearby too.

Basic accommodations -good for an overnight connection

There was a little hiccup at check-in, but after that, everything was perfect. The kitchen staff were also notably friendly and the room and facilities were great.

It was a nice room..,loved the pool/hot tub plus the delicious breakfast. So close to shopping..,I would stay there again.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. As soon as you step into the reception area, you’ll notice how old and unclean it is. The rooms are outdated and desperately need renovation. The water pressure in the bathroom is terrible, with barely any water coming from the sink. Parking is a major issue as there are no available spots on the property, forcing you to search for parking elsewhere. If you’re lucky, you might find a spot at a hotel across the street. Overall, it’s not worth the stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean.

We brought to the staff at the frond desk about our room being left open after service was done. The door doesn’t close properly unless you pull on the handle and close it before leaving. They were having fire alarms testing that day so we decided to take our belongings with us. After that we didn’t feel safe leaving important belongings in the room. The staff directed us to the manager who was working the next day but when we asked for the manager they said they’re here later in the afternoon. Why is there no manager during days? And they never got back to us.

Enjoyed our stay!

Staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent

Loved having a kitchen. Room was clean and functional. Staff were lovely! However the room we were in was definitely not soundproof as advertised- on the seventh floor we could hear things outside on weekend nights (neighbouring restaurants patrons), and some noise from the room next to ours.

General cleanliness of the property was average ! However the carpet in the halls and especially the rooms were terribly stained. There was also an overwhelming smell of air freshener throughout the hotel which made you wonder what they were trying to cover up. Also the bedding was absolutely terrible, not dirty but old and worn. The sheets were so pilled that it felt like sandpaper ! Overall not a bad hotel for the price but I personally wouldn’t stay here again

Our room was very spacious, comfortable bed, breakfast was great. AC worked perfectly :) You need to call the shuttle as soon as you get your bags, or it can be a little bit of a wait.

We loved all the amenities this hotel has! Great continental breakfast and we love the rooms! Such a great set up with the kitchenettes! Great size bathrooms with very good water pressure! We will for sure be back! GREAT for families!

Boiled alive all weekend

No air conditioning in our room, was 28° when we walked in. The chocolates they left us were completely melted. Told us it had been fixed and would just take a while to cool down, it didn’t. First night was almost 29°C at one point. Slept in sweat all 3 nights. Front desk finally got us a fan for the second night. 3rd night we got it down to 24°C with the window open fan on and exhaust fan running all day.

Air conditioning did not work properly for the entire weekend.

Great and clean !! Breakfest wasn’t the greatest dry food but other than that good !

Great property. We love staying here.

The room was unreasonably hot even though it was very cool outside, turning the temperature down did nothing and the window only opened an inch. By the end of the night it was a full 10 degrees hotter in the room than it was outside. The room was fine, the staff was friendly enough though checking in was pretty slow for having prepaid. The bed was uncomfortable with a pillow that was lumpy and flat with very hard corners. I've stayed at this hotel before without issue but this time was definitely a let down.

The tap in the washroom was coming out at a trickle and this isn’t acceptable. The hotel justified it by a little sign on the mirror that says it’s like that to reduce the carbon footprint! Haha. Reducing our carbon footprint is a hoax like the global warming was and it’s just a way to tax people more. Not a fan of their agendas at this hotel.

The property has everything you need for a nice stay.

The king suite is a great size although the pull out couch is very uncomfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This property is lovely! Beds are comfy,nice kitchenette and sitting area. Hallways and lobby was comfortable and clean. Great with a nice glass of wine and cheese and baguette. Highly recommend this hotel.

Checked in at 4pm on June 21. Around 10pm that night, woke up to go to the bathroom, and noticed a paper slid under my door. It was informing me that all vehicles needed to be out of the parkade by 8am. Extremely frustrating. Went to the front desk, asked to speak to the manager, he had no excuse for why notifications were given out so late, but he did inform me that my vehicle would've been towed if it hadn't been moved by 8am. So good thing I woke up and noticed the paper! General manager was supposed to reach out to me, but still hasn't. So obviously they aren't too concerned.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was a fully functioning suite with a fridge, stove, microwave and all cooking utensils. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was excellent. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. We had to leave very early in the morning for our flight, and when we checked out, the front desk Manager actually brought us some muffins & bananas from the kitchen, since the breakfast room hadn't opened yet. We were very appreciative to have some food on our way to the airport. We would definitely stay here again, except we would stay longer! Our only disappointment was the underground parking area, and how dirty the floor was. I think this parking area serves 2 hotels, and the dirt and grime had really built up. It needs a serious cleaning. However, we were happy to have our car parked in a safe place.

The black garbage bin was over flowing with doggy bags. I asked several if they were going to get it emptied. It never was.

A very good Hotel, with the best breakfast.

We just had a problem with the phone in our room. you couldnever talk on the receiver, the whole conversation came through the speaker phone. And we couldn't get the phone to log in a wake up call at all. We had to phone the desk and do it over the phone with the front desk. When the wake up call did come it wouldn't cancel out when you answered it and you hung up and they called like 5 times again. Also, the steam room down in the pool area never really got hot, luke warm at the best. And the Hot Tub only ran the jets for about 6 minutes when set for 30 minutes and then it shut down. Good thing about this Hotel was the breakfast. One of the best breakfast we have ever had in a Hotel. The staff was great and the food was absolutely to die for. We will be usuing this Hotel again on our trips to Calgary.

The staff and property were all very good. the rooms are large and come with a kitchen which was perfect for my needs. Gym and pool were very nice as was the daily breakfast. Would stay at this hotel again in the future

Only reason for being shy of that 5 star is the walls are too thin. Other than that, service staff was great and beds were comfortable. Spacious room too. Mans I like eco friendliness of the room.

This hotel is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everything was so clean and the rooms were beautiful.

Free breakfast was great! Love that there were different dietary options but there weren’t any sausages or bacon :(.. Parking stalls are tight. EV charging is alright, always had an available spot even when we came back late. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Sometimes heard screaming children running in the hallways in the early morning (not good if you like to sleep in). Only the hand held shower head had strong water pressure. The big square head on top isn’t that good (light water pressure). In the middle of the night we often heard something dripping in the washroom. We couldn’t find it when we looked around.. Only 1 window can be opened in the bedroom - And it didn’t seem like it was properly sealed ? Always heard whistling from the window day and night. Very annoying. Couldn’t tighten the notch more than already. Maybe we were just unlucky and hopefully other rooms were peaceful. Also be careful walking around the bed. The bed frame sticks out a lot so we often hit our knees on them.

We stayed there on a weekend and there was nowhere for us to park in the hotel parking lot as they had functions going on. The hotel itself is really nice though.

The rooms are nice n large. I booked a King bed with a pull out couch and a half kitchen with fridge stove and cupboards. Lots of room for our grandson to walk around. Great room!

Room was nice and spacious, heated underground parking was very convenient in my stayed due to weather, gym was ok, only thing I don’t like was breakfast option was same in two weeks I stayed in hotel.

It is a "stretch" to call this an "airport" hotel ... they do have a shuttle back and forth to the airport, but it is a 15 minute drive. I was also unpleasantly surprised to find resistance to taking my dog (in a carrier) in the shuttle .. very strange for a pet friendly hotel!

We loved the serenity of this property. The Elements theme really comes through. Lived the fred airport shuttle, the fabulous complimentary breakfast, the comfy king bed, and even had time for a swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub.

The elevators were not working so we used the stairs. One problem was that one of the fire doors to our floor did not work so we havd to go to main and the we went to the other side to get access to the third floor so

Only one elevator working, one was broke down, room needed a little tlc and the tv was mounted on a wall which was hard to watch from the bed , staff was great, room was a bit stark but was setup for bringing your pet to stay with you
