Very few accuracies in the description of the hotel. It did not have the amenities stated. There was a good breakfast and a nice pool. But no restaurant or spa. The rooms were dirty. The doors didn't lock. Staff would enter even when i asked them not to. The manager rarely answers the phone and is slow to respond to questions. When some of our party left for lack of safety/privacy plus conditions, they refused to reimburse us for the nights we did not stay. Possible that this hotel will improve, but i wouldn't stay here again.

TravellerSkulle kun have en seng at sove i og et bad, men havde nu ikke troet det ville være så ringe og beskidt. Safetyboks virkede ikke før på 3. dagen. A/C gik ned på 18 grader de første 3 nætter, trods sat på 24 grader. Derefter virkede det sket ikke og stod fast på 29 grader. Nævnte flere gange, men intet skete. Rengøringen var mangelfuld og man fik ikke ekstra toiletpapir, uden selv at skulle bede om. Infen toiletbørste. Ingen dynebetræk på dynen. Ingen instruktion om hotellet, telefonen, vaskeriservice mm. Gardiner hang i laser, så kunne ikke få mørkelagt værelset. Poolen virkede klistret og området ved poolen var holdt dårligt, det var så ulækkert med klistrede fliser og masser af affald. Gangene mod værelset var tit fyldt med service og affald.
