Staff and location were very good. Property is safe and close to Sapa Lake, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this property!
The staff are so helpful and care about making your stay pleasurable. They recommended a lovely restaurant for food. The hotel is central and well maintained.
We were warmly welcomed by the staff abd they were helpful during our stay.
Awesome place
Trang in front desk was very helpful, polite and friendly. She arranged all our tickets and transportation.
The front desk is so friendly and helpful. Her name is Trang. She helped us to book everything and allowed us to check in earlier. The breakfast is so good. They provide the vegetarian meal. We really recommended to stay in this hotel when you visit Sa Pa. This is really good hotel.
Very good!
Great guest service. Ms Trang went out of her way to help me purchase tickets to Fanispan. She also give me tips of do and don’t. Room is extremely clean and decor is so French influenced we love it.
Decently priced hotel with friendly staff. Choice of breakfast selection is limited. However, you can order various types of egg (eg scrambled, sunny side up, omelette) with the staff. Room condition is ok for a short stay. A no-frills hotel.
A hidden gem in this city. Very nice property well maintained and comfortable beds and rooms. The staff will go out of there way to satisfy your every need. I highly recommend.
Staff were excellent. Very warm and welcoming. Happy to help if n anyway they can. Bed was very comfortable and room clean. Slight hill to walk home which we didn’t mind as it is in a quieter spot from the absolute centre. Sapa and it’s beautiful surrounds was a delight
Overall was alright. Old hotel well located, very clean. Staff were awesome.
Very good hospitality from the friendly staff. You can get tour information around Sapa from the staff.
Awesome!
The hotel was wonderful, accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.
This ok
This hotel is located in a busy street in Old Quarter but the moment you enter, you will forget the chaos outside. It is very quite inside and the interiors are tastefully done and is very clean. The staff ( Liam) is very helpful
Our stay in SaPa was very pleasant. The Eden is on a steep hill, so walking can be difficult for some. It is in town and we were able to walk to many places. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very kind. They had breakfast every morning with a variety of choices and you could order fresh cooked omelets from the kitchen. The spa is across the street and easy to book an appointment. We used the spa for foot and shoulder massage after 2 days of trekking around SaPa. The therapists were amazing! The only thing we didn't care about was our room overlooked construction on the building next to ours. It wasn't loud or anything, so we just chose not to look outside. And the balcony was super small. Enough room for one chair or a person to stand. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.
The best mini adventure in town. The staff are truly a model of Vietnamese friendly service. From arranging personal driver to and from Hanoi, to spacious rooms that are cleaned even without asking, to booking of tickets for 2 day attractions plus transport, and a heavenly breakfast spread. The buffet was little small but the made to order dishes of western and noodles was just amazing. Very conveniently located to shops and eateries, 2 min walk down to train to franscipan, short walk to holy rosary church, makes this hotel a true eden of sapa! All 4 reception agents are amazing and serve the quests in true eden style! The spa is just opposite the hotel and their aromatherapy 90 min massage really does relieve weariness of the trip! Thank you for a fantastic weekend stay in sapa. Love Eden and best place to stay with good food, soft bed and great staff! ❤️
Well appointed good size rooms with a balcony to catch the morning sun and view of the mountains if you're facing the main road. The bathroom was nice and big and has probably the best shower in Vietnam. Like everything in Sapa the property is on a slope do be prepared for the decline or incline deepening on if you're coming or going. Short walk to Sun Plaza and Lake Sapa which is always buzzing with life and plenty of food options. The hotel room does require a couple of maintenance fixes though - door handle for front door comes off from the inside - locking you in. - balcony door could not be locked due to locking panel has fallen off - knobs on side table and other drawers are broken making it hard to get into the drawers
Staff are really friendly. Short walk to all shops and restaurants
Very friendly staff
Phenomenal staff, so nice, welcoming and helpful. The front desk manager organized a trip to Fansipang for us and ensured that everything went smoothly from our arrival until our departure. Pancakes at breakfast are a must try as well!
Lovely quaint hotel
The hotel's location is ideal if you want to be near Sun Plaza, which was closed and will open in Dec. So, no Fansipan for us. We really appreciated the staff specially Ms Trang and Vu, who arranged our trip back to Hanoi. Enjoyed the hearty breakfast as well. The hotel photos are accurate, the room is as lovely. The neighborhood is not upscale but not unpleasant. Will definitely stay here again, in fact we plan to return for New Year.
The font desk managers were excellent. The hotel offered recommendation for local tours and helped with arrangement. The breakfast has a decent spread and was delicious. The cleanliness of the room can be improved.
The room had a nice balcony, it was good to be able to open the doors in the evening as the air was cooler outside.
Excellent location within a few minutes walk from the center of the town. Impressive property. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast with good selections. Will recommend to friends.
Great hotel in Sa Pa !
We enjoyed our stay at the Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa. This hotel had everything we needed for our two night stay in Sa Pa. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants (but it is situated on a hill so persons that are less mobile may need a taxi to get up the hill). Breakfast was good !
We spent 3 nights at this hotel in Sapa. The staff were super and on arrival we were advised of a free upgrade. The room and breakfast were great. Good location within an easy walk to everything. Highly recommended.
Safe and comfortable place to stay with family. We had a connecting room for our family of five members .Breakfast was good .
Excellent customer service provided by Ms Chantelle
The hotel is located a short walk uphill from center of the town. The staff let us check in as soon as our room was ready since we took overnight train + bus to Sapa. The room was clean and quiet even during the day. The two front ladies were very helpful in finding our bus back to Hanoi. They arranged everything for us, including “take away “ breakfast. The hilly street has a very reliable laundry service and a shop where you can get poncho or rent rain boots at less than the prices in downtown. The massage place across from the street offers all the treatments your tired traveling mind and body needs and I felt like I was in Nirvana for 60 minutes!
The best hotel in Sapa!
Great hotel!!! Luxury designed, huge lovely connecting rooms, great bath, comfortable bed, best breakfast, great location in Sapa, most friendly and helpful staff.
Large clean rooms with excellent service
Stayed in a connecting family room for one day in mid August. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Included breakfast was good and offered a good variety. Only complaint was the location is on a hill and required a short walk into the main part of town. Overall, good experience and would stay here again.
It is very nice hotel, up on a hill so it was not noisy. Everything is nearby, we just walk around and find anything we needed. The spa is very clean, and the massage was very good. We appreciated the massage especially after walking all day in the mountains.
AMAZING STAFF!!!
I can't describe how fantastic the staff is at this hotel. I got extremely sick en route to this hotel and they helped me find a doctor, brought me tea, checked up on me and even kept the restaurant open so I could get food to take my antibiotics. In particular, Hien was amazing. She checked on me and made sure I was okay when I was super sick and in tears. Chantelle, Katherine and Duy were also fantastic. My bus left at an early hour and they made me a small meal to take with me. They were extremely kind when I really needed it. A million thank yous to everyone I dealt with.
The hotel was nicely decorated and quite new. The location was quiet but still close to everything. The bed was really big and comfortable. Breakfast menu and buffet had a very good selection, which was included. The food was very tasty. Free bottled water but I wish they also provided tissues in the room. The room had a balcony but it was too small to sit on and had no seats. Distant view of buildings and the mountains
Great stay.
Great hotel and excellent service. The breakfast was very delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
Nice rooms, great little restaurant and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful - hugs when we were leaving!
The room is very nice and big. Every thing is new. The breakfast was good. We had to do an urly check in and the hotel save us a room (with exstra pay)
Nice hotel in Sapa
It was nice Nice hotel in Sapa
Nice hotel however, road to the hotel was under construction so was very muddy.
Lot of road construction near hotel to get to the city
Beautiful hotel in a great location
We arrived early morning (6am) after being on the overnight train. Reception saw we were very tired and got us into our room by 8am after a beautiful breakfast. The room was really lovely. Very clean and beautifully decorated. the best part was our receptionist. She was an absolutely fabulous host. So helpful but really made us feel like we were regulars and looked after us the entire time we were there. It was a great location and i would highly recommend this hotel.
Great stay
The room is beautifully decorated & modern. Hot water pressure is strong & the staff are very friendly. Thank you!
Nice Hotel
Eden Boutique Hotel Sapa is very good place to live in Sapa. It is located in central area and very closed to Sapa station where you can get the train to Fansipan Mountain. Staffs are very helpful and have good service mind.
Sapa.. So. Long
Our stay in the Eden boutique Hotel was OK to say the least, the service was good not great but polite and courteous, the food bad we had lunch and it was quite mediocre although the breakfast was better and the bed was good too... However our room had many insects hidden in the room two blue bottle flies that were very quick were annoying to say the least and a copious amount of fruit flies were flying around the ceiling all night... sapa the city is an acquired taste to say the least a beautiful landscape littered with tourist traps every way you look I did not enjoy the surrounding area at all and would not recommend anyone visit this city because it was a beggars paradise and heartbreaking to say the least.. if you enjoy seeing poor children carrying around trinkets to sell with even younger kids on their backs being photographed by creepy westerns from Spain, England, etc taking photos of these poor children and smiling well enjoy this city.... The scenery did not make up for the vast amount of bad restaurants, cafes and whatever else...
Awesome stay in Sapa
Eden Boutique Hotel Sapa is clean and has very nice decor. The location is extremely strategic - very close to Sapa Express bus station, Sapa Square, church, and Sun Plaza (Sapa Tram Station to connect to Fansipan cable car). Easily accessible to the famous Fansipan St and Cau May St. Great spread of breakfast items, and the wi-fi connection is awesome. Host/owner (Linh) and staffs provided great hospitality and making my stay in Sapa (for 6 nights) so warmth and comfortable like home. I was told they are setting up a hotel in Hanoi too (around the Old Quarters). Will definitely return to this hotel when I'm back to Sapa next time. And will help to promote this hotel to my friends or those who plan to visit Sapa. Cheers!!!
NICE HOTEL IN MIDDLE HILL
Hotel room was spacious , short walking distance to nice restaurant and shopping area. Staff services great, the only issue was the area for breakfast very small. Overall had a great stay.
Friendly staff
Quite near to the street. Hotel staff are so friendly.
Nice decor, great location and fantastic staffs
Hotel is on a less noisy street 5 minute walk to town center. Booked 4 rooms for my family for 2 nights. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all friendly and efficient. We all enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was pleasant and large and reasonable clean. Bathroom was poorly lid and had a bad smell coming from the drain outlets.
