Quite, really large pool, surrounded by great countryside

NOT AS DESCRIBED

-Booked this through Expedia based on pictures, reviews and promotional price and PREPAID. -Booked room listed as "double with up to 1 child" (we actually have a 6 yr old and 4 yr old but the little one sleeps with us and never need a bed for her) -I called the night before to make sure there would be a cot in the room for my 6 yr old and was told yes. -When checking in, I got a 15 minute lecture about how we booked a room for only 2 people and that I was trying to cheat them by bringing in my children. I explained that we travel monthly throughout North America and that a "double" here usually includes up to 2 kids under 12. They said that they don't have a room that could accommodate us and maybe we can go elsewhere. (even though we PREPAID) -They made us feel unwelcome and like liars. -Put us in a room that looked little like the pictures online. -Our A/C unit started running water and made a pool on the floor. When we came in that night, before we could turn on the light, my son walked in and slipped and hurt his knee and head. I ran to get help and the manager Adrianna came with a maintenance man. His solution was to put a small bucket under the running water. No concern about my hurt child. The A/C continued to run like a faucet for the next 2 days. When they brought a repair guy to fix it, it worked for 1 day and then started running in the middle of the night again. Nothing was done after that. 5/7 days spent not sleeping because of running water in our ro

Lovely hotel

We had a wonderful holiday in Zakynthos. This hotel is lovely with excellent staff who are only to pleased to offer lots of help and advice. The location is a little out of the way but we hired a car so could get around easily. The rooms were basic but functional and cleaned daily. The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and parasols offering shade or full sun. Breakfast is continental buffet style and quite varied. Can't really comment on dinner as we ate out most days. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Quiet place, relax in countryside

Hotel is located in such a place that most of the maps do not know. It's on the small road between Agios Kirikos and Chamouza. Too far from everywhere (Beaches, Zakynthos town, etc). However it can be good cause you can leave your car near hotel without any problems and so quiet and peaceful surrounding - you can sleep and only birds (mostly sparrows), singing from the early morning can wake you up. Room is lacking in furniture. However has a balcony with pool view. Breakfast is very basic. Shower basin is not designed properly hence a lot of water on the bathroom/toilet floor - always - quite an issue. No garbage bins in the room, the one which is in toilet - broken. Minor damaged pieces of furniture (such as tolilet paper handler). Not so many electrical sockets. Wi-Fi working without problems. A lot of sunbeds near the pool and the pool is kept clean. There is a gardener cutting the bushes and flowers. Mixed feelings, in general it's average hotel in quiet and peaceful place. Could be better but for this price it's ok.

I stayed here almost 1week, and the place is lovely, peaceful, calm, if is that what u are looking for, this is the perfect place, it has a pool that u can enjoy, nature, the buffet it has a lot of options and the food was great for the breakfast. The transportation from the airport was great, nice staff, Lucas was very kind and gives u a lot of good recommendations to look around the island. Also u have the option to plan any tour in the hotel. I wish to be back soon. Thanks a lot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although the room was very unusual. It had bugs in it and the ac wasn´t quite working. Above all we had pleasant stay.

Posizione nell’isola perfetta.

Il personale parla italiano ed é gentilissimo, ottima e varia la colazione. Zona molto tranquilla e centrale, conviene noleggiare un mezzo di trasporto per poter visitare tutta l isola

Πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολυ καθαροί χώροι και η τοποθεσία μας άρεσε πολυ μιας και ηταν μεσα σε αγρούς και ειχε ησυχία. Υπηρχε γενικά πολυ καλή και χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα. Μικρο και ομορφο ξενοδοχείο, δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε, και για τη σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας χωρίς σκέψη 10' !!

Residence posizione comoda

Il residence si presenta bene alla vista con piscina comoda e struttura abbastanza attrezzata con personale che parla italiano nel complesso buono anche il cibo e abbastanza comode anche le stanze .L'unica pecca i bagni piccolissimi e la doccia che non ci stai neanche da solo all'interno ..consiglierei di cambiarle tanto lo spazio c'è.. la posizione invece è ottima per chi vuole visitare l'isola dato che si trova proprio al centro dell'isola.

Wonderfull Zante

Hotel situato in posizione tranquilla (in mezzo alla campagna) ma comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse dell'isola (occorre noleggiare uno scooter o un autovettura).Struttura ben tenuta pulita e confortevole come la nostra camera (era una superior).Lo staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile.Un ringraziamento particolare alla direttrice Adriana ed all'instancabile e simpatico "No Problema" Lucas.Lo consiglio vivamente.L'isola di Zante è meravigliosa e spero do tornarci presto.

Buona sistemazione in posizione strategica

Posizione strategica per esplorare l'isola. Ambiente tranquillo, vicino a tutto ciò che può offrire la città. Personale molto disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Un resort nella totale tranquillità locale

L'albergo è ben curato, in piena campagna lontano dal "caos" delle città del lungomare. Personale super disponibile e cordiale. Camere pulite e confortevoli, con minifrigo, cassaforte, armadio con stampells, coperte, asciugacapelli e shampoo, bagnoschiuma. Servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria Assicurato quotidianamente. Colazione a buffet abbondante e buona. Pecche? Piscina COMPLETAMENTE PIENA di vespe ed essendo allergica per me è stato davvero traumatico girare lì vicino (ne avrò viste una 30ina almeno su ogni angolo ed era impossibile tuffarsi senza averle praticamente, sui piedi); essendo in piena campagna, se lasciavamo la finestra del bagno aperta il giorno, al rientro la sera trovavamo cicale, ragni ed insetti,ma nulla che una ciabatta non potesse risolvere! Tenda della doccia davvero troppo corta, questo significa il lago assicurato quando si esce. Noi ci siamo attrezzati con 5 asciugamani nostri per evitare il suddetto lago. Nel complesso un buon albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, lontano dal caos e ben collegato, praticamente al centro di tutte le destinazioni che si desidera vedere, a 5-10 minuti da Zante città, 20 minuti da Tsilivi, Laganas e Argassi, max 40-45 minuti per Porto Limnionas, Limni Meri, Xigia e Makris Gialos. In definitiva se mi assicurassero di aver risolto il problema VESPE e dovessi tornare a Zante, prenoterei nuovamente in questo hotel.

l'albergo è tranquillo esteticamente molto bello e in posizione centrale lontano dal rumore delle città piu grandi ma vicino a tutte le citta e spiagge (ideale se siete con un auto) uniche pecche camere un po piccole soprattutto il bagno e colazione a buffet molto buona con diverse cose ma le stesse tutte le mattine personale veramente gentile e disponibile

Hotel in posizione strategica, vicino alle maggior attrazioni dell'isola ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Pulizie giornaliere, staff che parla italiano sempre disponibile.

Pro: Personale gentile, molto bella piscina con bar e terrazza ristorante . Contro: letto un po scomodo.

Un très très très bon service pour un bon hotel

Nous avons très bien etait acceuilli, par une equipe qui parlais correctement anglais, a notre ecoute et qui nous on laissé la chambre jusqu'a 16h pour nous arranger. Je recommande cet hotel pour un bon rapport qualité prix mais surtout pour une equipe formidable

Hotel in posizione tranquilla e centrale per chi vuole girare l'isola noi partivamo la mattina e tornavamo la sera. Colazione ripetitiva e niente di particolare ma buona l'unico fastidio potevano essere le api ma non è colpa dell'hotel. Personale gentile sopratutto la mamma. Le camere erano un po datate e la pulizia non era delle migliori.

Resort tranquillo

Siamo stati bene. Personale cortese. Una bella piscina dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Consigliato.

Not good

The hotel is not at Tsilivi but some kilometers away so a car is a must. The transfer to the beach costs 4 euro per person and goes from 11.00 to 16:00 - 17:00 to tsilivi. There is no playground as described. The balcony is impossible to be at since the airconditioner is making to much noice and all the balcony wet. The staff were nice but we stayed 4 nights and they did not change our sheets during our stay. Overal overpriced since for the same price you can get one hotell close to the beach.

Υστερεί σε καθαριότητα.

Η καθαριότητα δε συμβαδίζει με την ποιότητα του ξενοδοχείου.Το δωμάτιο μας είχε αράχνες στον τοίχο,στο μπάνιο ενώ υπήρχε και μία μπατονέτα αφημένη στο προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού από παλαιότερους επισκέπτες.Το δωμάτιο μύριζε χωρίς να το είχε ανοίξει κάποιος πριν από την είσοδο μας για να αεριστεί.Υπήρχαν αρκετά κουνούπια στο δωμάτιο χωρίς να έχουν φροντίσει να υπάρχει μόνιμα στο δωμάτιο ένα αντικουνουπικό.Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει ντουζ το οποίο στερείται πόρτας με αποτέλεσμα να γεμίζει όλο το μπάνιο με νερά.

Ottimo struttura posizionata in luogo tranquillo ma comunque vicino ai centri turistici. Bella piscina, servizio di pulizia in camera preciso e puntuale. Anche le ragazze alla reception hanno sempre dato ottimi consigli sui migliori posti da visitare! Giudizio positivo.
