Sheets did not fit bed. Window was open and ajar when entering room. Heater either was on all the time, too hot, or off cold all the time. Staff spoke around me in a foreign language while finding my reservation.
This place is horrible. They dont offer Wake up calls, they only serve coffee for breakfast, dirty, dark, people doing crack in back corner of property parking lot, dirty suite, i laid down towels so i wouldn't get my feet dirty, front desk ZERO personality or manners, his dad in next room snoring, i only choose this place because it was closest to the hwy, easy out the next morning. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, don't say i didn't warn you. CHEERS
Perfect for a night on our trip south, checked in after midnight and everything was wonderful
We did not stay in this dirty place. I couldn’t believe that they can rent rooms that have hair on the pillows, stuff dripping down the walls and stains on the bedding. Never again will I stay at a Econologde!
Thread-bare and holes in furniture upholstery. Room needs painting and repairs in walls and vanity. No fan in bathroom. Whole place needs a shot in the arm. But, we did have a Clean bed - that was important.
They were very accommodating with our late arrival.
The room was disgusting. The box spring cover was heavily stained. The pull out had dirty bedding and the staff didn’t smell great!!
Old, looked like no repairs had been done. Sheets didn't even fit the mattress, couch was old and we didn't want to sit on it. Door to room not solid. We left a few hours later, didn't want to stay there.
Even worse than expected
When you book a $60 hotel these days you should have very low expectation, and I did. It was much worse than my low expectations. As an example the bathroom sink didn't have cold water. And that was just a start. You've been warned.
Cheap
The room itself was musty smelling. The pool was not open. The grandson dude who checked me in was VERY kind and VERY helpful.
Nope.
I'm not a hotel/motel snob by any means, but from check-in to check-out this wasn't a great experience; that said, it wasn't the worst but it's up there. Definitely not worth the amount we paid on the room. The check-in was rough. They said their system was down so they couldn't check our reservations and had to take our card, drivers license, reservation number, etc. manually which took forever. The staff was friendly, it just wasn't an easy or good experience and the room was not in good condition, especially for the cost. Maybe if we paid a very discounted rate for the room, but for the cost we shouldn't have missing light fixtures, broken furniture, broken faucets, broken curtains, etc. (see pics) I'm not sure if it was paint or blood on the carpet, but it was not something I want to see in a room I'm staying in. Upon check-out they wouldn't provide a receipt and they charged my card for a deposit that was supposed to be refunded after we turned in the keycard. When he told me I needed to sign and I told him it was supposed to be a refund not a charge, he stated that I was signing for the refund and showed me a merchant credit statement. It has now been 4 days and my card was charged, then refunded, then charged again. In the end, I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I honestly won't stay here again.
Nope.. not worth the cost
I'm not a hotel/motel snob by any means, but from the check-in to the check-out this wasn't a great experience; that said, it wasn't the worst. Definitely not worth the $90+ we spent on the room. The check-in was rough. They said their system was down so they couldn't check our reservations and took all our info manually. The staff was friendly, it just wasn't an easy or good experience checking in, and the room was not in good condition, especially for the cost. Maybe if we paid $50-$60 for the room, but $90+ we shouldn't have missing light fixtures, broken furniture, broken faucets, broken curtains, etc. (see pics) I'm not sure if it was paint or blood on the carpet, but it was not something I want to see in a room I'm staying in. Upon check-out they wouldn't provide a receipt and they charged my card $50 extra for a deposit that was supposed to be refunded after we turned the key card in, but instead they made it a charge. When I asked he said I was signing for the refund. Might need to dispute that charge, but we'll see seeing as it's only the first day after check-out. The overall experience was not good and sadly if given the choice, I wouldn't stay here again.
The appliances to old and noisy. And the room isn’t clean
It’s needs a complete revamp (old showing its age)
The whole place reaks of onions and smoke. Our curtain has holes in it (needs to be replacedand the battery needs changed in the smoke detector. Other than all of that, the place is fine for a quick stop over.
Bad lodging
When they say econo-lodge that is just that. The bath towels area as thin as toilet paper. No clock, no wake up calls, no table to write on/or pens & paper. We were on the non smoking rooms/floor and it smelled like a bar! No continental breakfast as advertised. Don't stay there!
The place was dirty and smelly. In addition we hid there and there was additional charges never mention
Very great stay. Perfect price.
Mary is GREAT. everything else is not working and / or weird. did have a luggage cart.
Chose this hotel as I was traveling and many hotels were booked. Upon arrival I was asked to provide a $50 deposit which I understood and was fine with. I gave the attendant a $50 bill and we finished the transaction. I received a key only to walk in on someone coming out of the shower. I received another key and came to a room with no faucet handle. The next morning at checkout I asked for my deposit from a gentleman behind the counter. I explained that I signed a receipt showing that I gave $50 cash. I had misplaced my copy of the receipt as I came in late, the employee behind the counter came at me screaming as I didn’t have a receipt. Thankfully the lady that helped me the night before heard the screaming and came running down the hall and apologized and calmed the situation down. Just a bad experience at a unfortunately bad location
Keep away
Should have just slept in my car. Took 30 minutes to check in (no one else was there). The room was gross, the TV was broken (throughout the entire hotel), the pool and hot tub were broken, half the lights didn't work and the toilet didn't even have a lid.
Great staff and great price!
It's called economy inn for a reason.
This is a good hotel if you are on a tight budget. Staff was friendly and polite. Beds are old and worn out. No coffee in the room for the mornings, needed to go to lobby. Shower was new, really hot water which was a welcomed surprise.
This hotel needs a visit from the health department. Room was filthy. Not sure linens were even washed from previous guest. Pulled blankets back and found hair all over the sheet. Heater did not work, went down and told the person at desk, said he would contact someone to see what they could do. Never heard another word from him. Slept in my clothes on top of the blankets. Finally left about 3:30 in the morning it got down to 35 degrees that night. Figured car would be warmer. Pool has been under maintenance evidently since 2022. No mention of this on Expedia booking.
updates to the rooms are greatly needed. the refrigerator was very noisy so didn't get much sleep. i hope the Economu Inn in Williams ( not the grand canyon) is good enough that i would want to stay there 2 nights. i would love some sleep.
Flop. House hotel.
The parking lot was full of wet concrete where a truck had been cleaned out. I slipped and fell in it. Maintenance had the lobby bathroom and the pool both out of order. There were smokers hanging around outside. A very seedy environment.
Big staining sheets of one bed.
The room was out dated but clean. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable
I was very comfortable. It's a nice place. It has been well cared for. It just needs a facelift.
Office staff helpers and attitude and the surprise bof paying in advance and having to put another deposit on all two rooms of $50.00 each and having no breakfast available no pool don't recommend anyone staying there had bed bugs while there had to get manager to move us to other room office staff not helpful won't use that place even if you paid me under current help carpet areas not clean other areas like bathy was clean
The place is very run down dated, rooms were not very clean, rugs were dirty and damaged. Motel wanted a 50.00 deposit on top of my rate, which I have never had to pay before in any motels I stayed in, When I checked out the fellow at front desk went and checked room before I got my deposit back. I must say the only positive part of my stay was the fellow at front desk he was very polite and helpful
Advertised free breakfast and pool, but had neither. Entire hotel smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Even the non smoking. Rooms were old and run down.
construction workers hideout
non smoking hotel that is clearly smoked in, holes in walls in the room. door does not line up and barely locks with large gap. TV didn't work, someone wiped something on multiple walls with their hand/fingers. Pillows were very nice though
Chose it because of the price. Very dated. Room temperature difficult to regulate. People working on vehicle in parking lot. They had been kicked out because they trashed a room. Ceiling tiles out of place in hallway. I would rather sleep in my car in a roadside pullout.
It was dirty and run down.
The location is great and the staff is friendly. They are located by a convenience store and fast food restaurant. They are also located right off the freeway entrance.
One of the more sus hotels I’ve stayed in. And a free continental breakfast was advertised and they provided nothing.
Business trip.
Clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was dirty when I arrived with hair still left in the tub, and the front desk staff was very unprofessional.
The staff were awesome. The property is kind of ran down. The pool was really warm.
Quick check in with food options very close. Great value for a weary travel looing for a night of rest.
Staff was awesome but the room was a mess.
It was short. But sweet!
Room was not clean at all, looked like a quick wipe down. Behind the toilet on the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Shower had soak scum all over, counters had stuff all over them. The smoke detector was missing, the sink would not drain at all. I don’t think it was worth the $110 a night plus they do a $50 deposit and have to do a walk through of the room before you check out and get it back.
nice large vanity area outside of toilet area, but actual toilet /bath area extemely small requiring large person to back in like airline bath room. No longer offer breakfast. staff upon leaving inpolite/crude, using vulgar words.
This motel is okay. Clean well kept but not fancy. Just good basic place to stay for a night.
Good value. The old man at the front desk in the morning was a real jerk, but the lady who checked me in was nice.
Never again!!!
Check in lady not freindly!! Water faucet on sink ran constantly. No cover for light and fan in bathroom. Carpet nasty!!!!
Dirty room
The room wasn’t very clean and the checkout worker was very unprofessional
Misleading
No breakfast, no pool. Hard beds. Not quite as advertised!
Staff was very friendly.
The staff was friendly and helpful The overall property was in disrepair, unsightly and appeared dirty Box spring was torn, couch had one cushion that was smashed flat, couch armrest had several very large tears in it, carpet was wrinkled as though it had been very wet at one time and also appeared in need of a serious cleaning, bathtub spout was very dirty and moved away from wall when trying to activate shower, toilet was not bolted to floor, A/C very noisy, grounds unkept, ceiling in pool area had a huge amount of mold. This hotel was run down and very ill kept.
It was convenient to my travel plans. Wendy's and Arbys are very close. However, I had to switch rooms when the TV didn't work and a light bulb was out in both the old and new rooms.
It was convenient to where we needed to be.
Very friendly staff and willing to accommodate
We were passing through on our way south and needed a room for the night only. The price is right but this is a pretty old place and could really benefit from a refresh. Our room was away from the highway and very quiet which was nice. there is lots of parking.
Sadly while breakfast was advertised, none was served.
DO NOT STAY AT ECONOMY INN IN NELPHI, UTAH
This place is a complete CRACK SHACK. Disgustingly gross from the parking lot, into the lobby & into the room. Had to use a covid infected phone to dial for service to check in. Called 4 times before someone non chalantly walked out from the back. Hotels.com stated that breakfast and all meals were included. (Nowhere on the website did it state that due to covid, some amenities may not be available.) Sign at lobby states "due to covid, no breakfast served." But, let me use that nasty dirty phone to call for someone to check me in? Sounds like a terrible excuse to not have to serve breakfast. Basically, he told me that I paid nearly $20 more than what the room rents at for a walk-up guest. I get & understand that I am utilizing a third party service and expect to pay a little more but HOLY CRAP! This room & experience wasn't even worth $20. Parking lot was very dark, dirty & sketchy. Hallway to room & room has Nasty, grimy stained, rippled carpet. The room stunk like human or animal feces upon entering. The mirrors were streaked like they were barely wiped down. There is so much hair in the drain of the bathtub, that it had a hard time draining. The bathtub spout is dangling on the pipe, about to break off at any point. Beds are hard as laying on a concrete floor. I was able to bately get about 4 hours of rest before my next 8 hour 500 miles driving day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO EVEN MY WORST NIGHTMARE...
Sketchy people coming and going at all hours that keep propingbthe doors open. The halls and room filled with a horrible odor in the evening from someone cooking. Super groas
Ok for the price, on a overnight basis
Much better this year. Two people at desk, friendly & helped me as a disabled person get my things to the room
A good economical place to stay. Hit's the perfect price point.
Our Cozy
We stayed just one night before our vacation and for the cost it really was nice, very quiet and pleasent. Overall I think it was a great stay. Staff was friendly cannot complain about a quick visit. Thank you Economy Inn
The property is disgusting and smells. I didn’t stay longer than 20 minutes.
This was a good hotel to stay at the few nights we were there. The price was reasonable for the location.
Nice location, good price, reasonable amenities, comfortable room
ot tub
Hot tub wasn't working
The property was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The property was close to the interstate, very handy. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom and the proprietor was hard to understand. The price was good. I would stay there again.
Friendly staff, decent, comfortable rooms. Would stay here again!
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to food places
Very professional staff! Very Covid-19 friendly with many things in place to keep all guests and staff safe and happy. The rooms are nicer than any other room I have been in that are considered at the same level (around 3 stars). I was very impressed and had my best night sleep of the six nights I was on vacation.
quick overnight stay near I-15 far enogh to bothered by hiway sound indoor pool was open coffee machine would be nice
Our room was clean and comfortable, a great value.
Everything was dated and worn. Only shampoo and hand soap were provided.
We actually left after seeing the poor quality room & obnoxiuos smell the a/c was giving off not to mention what appeared to be blood stain my son saw on the hallway floor by our door.
Holes in everything. Shower away from wall
It was okay, a bit old but our rooms were clean. Because of Corona Virus there wasn't any breakfast which we truly understood.
For just overnight it was okay. It said there was breakfast... Coffee and a muffin is not what I call breakfast. Other than that it was okay.
Check in was easy . People were helpful. Made reservation on same day and everything went smoothly.
Run down, pool and hot tub not working and I wasn’t notified before booking Not coming back!!!!!!
Little over priced
The property was in fair condition, beds were comfortable but the breakfast was as minimal as could be. It had a waffle machine, small cinnamon rolls and watered down juice. No milk or cold cereal or anything else. Two tiny tables placed in front of the front desk was pretty bad for a 42 room property. We paid $67 per night including taxes, should have been a $40 motel....
Choose Best Western next time
Would never stay here again. Dirty, breakfast is a joke. Dry mini cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice. Carpets dirty & rumpled.
Easy access from parking lot to room and of course the hot tub and pool
Canyon Hills
Golfing
Very convenient location for travellers, eating places nearby. Clean and spacious room.
Easy sleep and good stop for the night.
Located close to highway and gas station, very quiet and comfortable. Free TV and internet.
Bathroom fan was so noicey that i had to disconnect it and reconnect it when we left. It is clear by looking around the inside halls and commons area that management doe not keep up on maintenance. I left three shirts and called the manager three times over a two week period to have him charge my credit card to ship them back to me. He told me three times that when they were less busy he would send theme to me. It has been five weeks and no shirts. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and price was reasonable.
Check in was terrible. They couldn't find our reservations. I showed them my copy. It took 20 minutes to try to find our name and invoice. I showed them my copy and name, but still he couldn't find it. He wanted me to call you. However I didn't have your phone number & then my phone didn't have any coverage at the office. He said he didn't have any room for us. After praying, he finally found the info. We were put up on the 2nd floor, for both rooms we had reserved. My husband and I are over 80 years old, and needs help using a cane. We had no problem using this same place last year.
Room was not cleaned but stuffs were very friendly.
Property in good condition but beds are very firm
The hotel is clean and the bathroom was functional. The staff that checked us in was polite. It was easy to find even late at night. The beds are very firm, but you get what you pay for. We did not eat the breakfast because it did not look good. The pool looked clean, but we did not have time to use it.
No one at the desk at 9:00 pm and when he finally came, his English was shaky at best. Not sure that you could consider what was offered in the morning as breakfast - not much of anything.
clean and quiet.......................................................................................................................
Check in took forever could not find my reservation because it was on ex po edia instead of orbitz, key cards didn't work twice, he charged me $10 extra even though I paid online thr room had two beds one was not made up from last guests, the remote for the tv did not work and neither did the ac
This place is a dump the door to are room wouldn't shut the manager wouldn't do anything about it the night stand had duck tape holding it together the was a hole in the ceiling the breakfast is a tiny table with coffee that was out and cereal the staff is rude the pool and hot tub are falling apart and is nasty the outside door wont open with the key the carpet has stains allover the bed sheets where durty we had to go find a new motel
BUSINESS TRIP
PLACE WAS CLEAN AND NOT BAD. SHOWER WAS GREAT. SHEETS DID NOT APPEAR TO BE CLEAN TOWELS WERE THIN BUT WORKED. WORST THING WAS THAT THE MAN ON THE DESK HAD TO COME UNLOCK THE DOOR, SAID THE KEY CARD MAKER WAS NOT WORKING. LEFT A SENSE OF LACK OF SECURITY. BREAKFAST WAS NOT THE GREATEST, LACK OF VARIETY, WAFFLES, MUFFINS AND COFFEE WERE ABOUT IT.
the stay was excellent good breakfast nothing negative at all
Sad nights stay.
Tried to charge us extra when we arrived at hotel. Light in bathroom did not work.
Sucks don’t stay ‼️
Bathroom was dirty. Shower had a used washcloth in it and hadn’t been cleaned. Manager wasn’t very helpful said he’d let the cleaning staff know about it
Clean cheap sleep
We had a good time in Nephi. It's a small town, with not much to do, but I knew that and our goal was to relax and recharge. The motel was clean and comfortable enough, though a little run down. Every thing works, no real issues, just shows signs of age. Including the colors/ style of the decor.Indoor pool was open and hot tub was hot even though temps out side were in the teens. For the price Im not complaining a bit! If a cheap room with an indoor pool is what you need, I would recommend it.

This place says it has a pool in the hot tub, but it does not it is down, the carpets are very dirty, the beds are hard like a rock even in the suites, the entire place smells like curry like an overwhelming cooking smell throughout the entire property. Blankets are paper thin this place makes Motel 6 look like a Marriott, I mean, given the price whatever. The bathroom fans don’t work., the cleanliness is disturbing. The toilet in the room had pee on the bottom. The caulking was black. I’m not telling you to be over exaggerating. I usually never give reviews, but this is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and that says a lot.
