Manager was accommodating.

It was nice. The other guest were very noisy. Slamming doors and being loud all night.

Worst Decision You Can Make.

The property was nasty. Disgusting the sheets were horrible. They say they have breakfast, but do not have breakfast. They tell you to get cereal with no milk. The staffs attitude is not customer friendly. The guy threatened to call the police on me even after I proceeded to show him I had the money for my room.

Staff was nice, cleaned my room daily, but shower was disgusting the water had rotted out the metal door frame and allows water to go into living space behind the wall. Room shouldnt be rented it needs to be fixed whole wall is open and rotting mold and whatever else inside it. Only stayed due to no refund policy 2 nights for work.

OK for Quick Over-nighter w/ VERY LOW Expectations

Desk personnel were very good. Room had a couple issues with broken items, for example the toilet paper holder, but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast advertised, but I went by at 6:10am and there was cold cereal, a coffee machine, really old pump creamer containers (creamer separated or overly thick), and a juice machine.

Nice stay- quiet

Very happy with booking and stay. Area is safe and has many restaurants and other stores. Room is clean including bedding, A/C, floor and bathroom.

Staff was very friendly

People were great, very attentive. Property is older construction and has not aged gracefully. But you get what you pay. Did not stay the last evening.

They should have better toiletries and better shower heads

Only thing is they tv went out when it was raining besides that I enjoyed my stay.

When trying to rent a room at the property the cost of the room was more than it was online. The front desk lady said in order to get a lower rate I had reserved the room online, which I did standing in the lobby. We get to our room and unpack our vehicle. When walking into the bathroom there was black mold everywhere, even hanging from the ceiling. We requested a different room. They gave us the one right next to the one with black mold. During the stay our room key deactivated twice. We requested extra pillows from the front office and were told that wasn’t possible. Other than the old hotel smell the room seemed to be clean, so we decided to stay. However, when we woke up the next morning there were roaches in the bathroom.

Room was nice for the price. Floors were slippery. Other than that, was a good place to crash. Nice pool.

It was convenient to the location I was visiting.

I love the place it’s quiet the rooms are clean nice and tide blankets are clean and washed floors are clean as well bed is nice and soft. The lady in the front office was such a sweet heart

Terrible place

Besides the value of the room which was fair for the condition it was in and a few little critters (roaches) it could of been worse... I guess it's true when they say , "you get what you pay for huh?!" Lol.

Rented 6 rooms for a church youth trip to a Conference held in Lake Charles. Parking lot and lower level rooms became an open air drug market after dark. 2 prostitutes posted by front gate. O towels. Marijuana smoke everywhere. The one redeeming quality was the front desk staff. Lawanna was sweet. One of our kids left a backpack and $1000 ipad in the room. She called us and held them at the front desk for us. The young Nigerian lady who checked us in was sweet and friendly. If you stay here though, pack heat and watch some Active Self Protection youtube videos first and enjoy the contact high.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a restful stay at the hotel.

My stay was terrible, my card was double charged, the room was hot, people making noise all night long, dogs barking even thou they said no dogs allowed. Kids running around late and banging on doors couldn't sleep due to all the noise late into the night and early morning

Reservation not honored

Booked a King nonsmoking room. When we arrived all we were offered was a smoking room with a small bed. Take it or leave it. We had no option but to take it. Will be asking Hotels.com for a full refund!

We were just passing through and needed somewhere to rest. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean.

The hotel was clean, but like in Texas, roaches appear during the night, the room needs maintenance, closet mirror doors broken.

The owners need to yo check the Cleaning crew cleaning of the rooms

Everything in bad condition

They we just remodeling the place 6/21/21. The continental breakfaat was down. The room was cold when we walked in and the shower was hot.

Find anywhere else!

Do NOT stay here with kids. There were so many scary people who never went inside. My kids smelled "something" coming through the door. Yup, passing a blunt outside.

We got in late but the staff was friendly and the room was comfy. My friend and I were on motorcycles and the clerk let us park under the covering. She was very friendly.

Terrible location and cockroaches

The bedroom smelled like mold and there was two cockroaches trying to get in my bedroom. They offer “Free continental breakfast” but it was only coffee and old cereal. Also, the location is terrible. There are no restaurants close to the place, only a gas station to buy snacks. You’ll need a car to move around because there was no Uber or Lyft available. I never again will be back to this hotel.

Room was clean however we didn't feel safe staying here. There were people lingering in the parking lot and selling drugs. We found drug paraphernalia in our room. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not worth the money.

I've stayed at much better Motel 6s than this Econolodge. The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet didn't look clean, the bathroom door didn't shut or lock properly, the sink was missing a stopper and had tons of gunk inside there. There was a metal support under the bed and every time we got close we kicked it making a huge noise. Pretty annoying when I got to in the middle of the night to go pee. Woke everyone up. If it was a $50 room I wouldn't have been as disappointed, but it was around one twenty.

This was my first time staying at an Econo Lodge, and I was very disappointed. The shower head sprayed water on the wall, the blanket on the bed had cigaret burns and there was a strong smell of cigarets in the room.

Somewhat ok

It could have been a little more clear .The bed cover had cigarette burns on them .the room didn't smell fresh . I brought some bleach an air freshener . I have had better .I would give it a 3

close to eating and easy freeway entrances.

The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful which helped offset the somewhat run down look outside.. It is pet friendly which was our main motivation on staying.

Watch out for weekends

Not bad basic hotel. Tiny bathroom annoying. Saturday night partiers went on til after 2, makes for a short night. Very little padding in mattress, more springs!

It was a bad experience I will never stay there again the room was dirty and the housekeeper threw some of my husbands belongings away that made him very angry and the place was very mosey I wouldn’t advise nobody to stay there it was horrible

Not a safe place to stay.

Lots of people hanging on the balcony. Sitting around with their room doors open at 10:30 at night. Woke up at 2:30 a.m. lots of noise above us. Then a man came down stairs screaming for help. He ran to a room down from us and was beating on the door and wall screaming for help. He was jumping around beating on things. Looked like he was trying to climb the side if the building....Never again!.. not in a good neighborhood.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but for the price it not bad. It’s location next door to the hall where I attend parties and dances so it’s a perfect fit for me. It’s clean but no frills. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker is in the room. Beds r comfortable and water runs hot. The breakfast is ok for the size of the breakfast area. Friendly staff that’s accommodating. Fast foods near by. Overall, it ok if u r not too picky. It’s ok

Dirty carpets, noisy, could see right through door frame had no weather seal. Lights at the desk and between the bed did not work. Very poorly maintained.
