TravellerI knew not to expect much for $31 US but let the guest know when handing them to remotes that they need one to operate the heater as I declined them wasn’t interested in tv. Office was closed at 5am so no coffee headed back to room to shower and NO hot water it was 39f in Monterrey that morning. Got taxi and headed to airport for coffee while rumpled and grumpy

For the cost it was a budget buy although the property was somewhat hidden and it was difficult to get Uber to come pick me up at 5:30 am to take me to the airport. The room had a strange unpleasant order near the headboard and the shower was not all that clean. I would not recommend this place for a comfort stay!

TravellerThe room was very small no desk lamps there was a sewer gas Oder in the room most of the time no close restaurants and no one delivered to that area could not even get a cup of coffee I had to rent a car so could at least get food and coffee

I sent my girlfriend with instructions to request airport shuttle service at 4 a.m. I understood this was included. But the lady at the counter was rude to her and told her she had to call in and she could not provide the service. She would not even call her a cab, she had to manage that herself. They would not have done this to me, but she is so nice any half with employee can bully her and she will put up with it. BUT this is no excuse at all. I will never book this hotel again.
TravellerThis is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived past 1am because our flight was at 6am and we only wanted to shower before flying out. Well, the restroom was taken over by 2 giant cockroaches (BTW I’m terrified by them).

TravellerI booked this to avoid sleeping at the airport and it was very well located. It’s hidden behind a couple of buildings and a gate. The staff didn’t answer any of my calls and there’s fine print (I saw after booking) that they aren’t available after 11pm. I luckily had an Uber driver honk enough times and a couple of guys came out. It served its purpose, it was clean but I wouldn’t stay here longer than that. The pillows aren’t real pillows, take your own blankets because there’s only a thin sheet, you get full size towels and a couple bars of small soap. There are only 3 outlets in the room, but again i only needed to sleep a few hours. There is a service that will pickup/drop off from airport. I HIGHLY recommend organizing the pickup considering Ubers can’t pick up from the airport due to federal zoning. An Uber back to the airport at 5am ran me ~70 pesos. Their shuttle service would’ve been 150
TravellerClose to the airport and cheap! Got there late at night (past midnight) but I was able to call and get in just fine. The parking lot is gated which made me feel more comfortable about my rental car. Would stay again for a night if arriving late into Monterrey's airport.

Travelleres tranquilo, en la mañana del dia siguiente tarde un rato en encontrar donde estaba el guardia para entregar la habitacion ya que la recepcion estaba cerrada y no habia un letrero de donde estaba el guardia, la cobija tenia un olor muy desagradable dormi sin usar la cobija, la cortina no servia.

TravellerEl lugar esta completamente a Oscuras, no tienen ni siquiera un anuncio con el nombre del hotel, las fotos que aparecen en expedia no coinciden con lo que ofrecen, parece que el hotel esta en obra negra y aun no terminan porque hay materiales por todos lados, da una sensación de inseguridad muy grande!

Was the worst experience in my life. The place doesn´t look at all like the pictures showed. It was horrible place, there was no receptionist for nearly an hour since we arrived. The reception was a disaster, when the woman arrived, she gave us the tv remote, but actually, there was no Tv!. There was broken glasses, debris everywhare, not working furniture, workers right behind the window making annoying noises.... Finally we didn´t cheked in, there was no waranties my thing would be ok at that disgusting place. And definelly i want my money back, please take a look at the pictures.

Muy mal. Contratamos 2 habitaciones y cuando llegamos, la señorita mal humorada que nos atendió nos dijo que no podria entregar las 2 habitaciones porque no tenia, ¿cómo es posible que en la aplicación si se realizó la reserva y cargo de las 2 habitaciones y cuando llegamos no había disponibilidad? Al final accedimos nosotros por la hora que era y por ya haber realizado el pago a quedarnos en una sola habitación que no se parece en nada a las fotos además de sucia y no contar con protocolos de covid-19.

Es un lugar que fue un centro comercial, acondicionaron haBitaciones con mal gusto, la limpieza es pobre, hay cucarachas, paredes muy sucias, con resanes sin pintar, las camas son literas mal colocadas, es dificil dar en la noche, recepcion te cobra 4% por pago con tarjeta. No volveria a regresar ni a recomendarlo

No me quede en el hotel. La verdad viajaba sola y el hotel estaba solo en medio de nada y me dio miedo por tanto trailer alrededor. Decidi perder la noche y me fui a un lugar donde me sintiera segura. No puedo decir que no es un mal hotel solo para una mujer sola no se me hizo que descansaria del miedo.
