Used this place as a base for my last night in kl. Great location and excellent extended check out time (2pm) with only 10rm charge until 5pm. Great for late night flights. Excellent location basically next door to new Lucentia residences and new lala shopping centre that leads straight to hang tua monorail
TravellerCheck in staff was most unfriendly. Required a 50 ringgit deposit in cash and if you don’t have cash, won’t be able to check in. Most unusual for any decent hotel Very noisy all through the night which also made it hard to sleep Won’t come back here again

TravellerMy only concern is that there is no locking bolt from inside the room. Anyone with a key card can enter my room from outside. There is no secondary lock, unlike all the other hotel rooms I’ve been to. Pls do something about this. Thank you

the bed dirty, the breakfast very lousy , I never come back again.
TravellerI liked how friendly the staff were. The location isn’t amazing. It’s not far from the petronas towers but I felt a bit unsafe. The bedding wasn’t great. First of all I think it’s polyester and it wasn’t nice.
TravellerRoom is not soundproof. Check in process isn't smooth as the first room given is not yet been cleaned. But overall, the room is good. Clean. Bed is comfy.
