good staff
Great stay!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
great price, great location two blocks from train station.
Buena ubicación, personal amable pero los muebles que están en las habitaciones hacen demasiado ruido
Great service
Pedro and other staff are very helpful with our travel needs like transportation, suggested great restaurants and other concerns. Highly recommended for your future travel plans.
The hotel was minutes from the metro. The reception and serving staff were very helpful and the place was spotless. Highly recommend!
Close to airport if that’s what you need
It was only 17 minutes from the airport but no amenities were included. A cup of coffee in the room cost you 1.50 euros. Everywhere else I stayed coffee was included.
This hotel was just what we needed for our recent stay in Madrid.
Nice service and good area plus it’s quiet .
Great customer service
Convenient location Clean Spacious romm
Loved the loft for our family of 5. Staff was nice and friendly. Wished only the kitchen table had more stools.
Different beds.
The reservation showed 4 individual beds but the hotel gave us a double beef and a pull out couch.
Excellente Staff!
Quite and nice area, nice service .
The staff were so helpful. There was some renovation going on but no noise, just a little messy in the common areas.
Clean and spacious!
The tall ceiling and very clean. But the broken certain & the broken light needs to be fixed. The shower's water was running to the bathroom floor & the living room when you take the shower.
Wonderful hotel
Servicio excelente y area muy limpia
The hotel needs update
Muy limpio, muy buena atención siempre dispuestos a ayudarte, las habitaciones muy amplias. Aunque no está en el centro de Madrid el acceso a cualquier lugar es muy fácil en el metro.
Definately a high good (between good and excellent). Metro near. Get metro to airport as a taxt cost us €33
Good spacious apartment, close to the underground/ Metro.Limited dining around but cafe's are around. Lidl is nearby 10 min. walk.
Perfect For groups
Good and friendly service
The property is older but bigger space and clean
Environment
Bathrooms were very small and messy to use.
Property is average and easy access to Metro. Appreciate the change of towels and cleaning though broken shower head holder. Friendly staff too Overall , we are happy .
Safe and quiet
Good value
Great one night
We had a short stop. The walls are paper thin, but our kids really enjoyed the lofted rooms. It was a quick trip to the airport. Great place to kill a night before heading out in an early flight out of MAD
Thanks good service and clean
Bed and mattress in good condition we had a good night sleep in this hotel cleaning service was good staff was helpful but beside bed furniture was very old and not in good condition there was no shampoo in the washroom and body wash was cheaper quality after using that we got very dryness on the skin
Nice walkable area
Cleanliness needs improvement
The hotel lobby is very nice, but sadly not representative of what the rooms are like. The walls are very dirty. Construction outside the window started at 8:30am. The door outside our room would slam every time someone passed through the hallway all thoughout the night. There was also blond hair in our bedsheets, and we both have dark hair. Checkin was nice, and the location is central.
We like the authentic Madrid neighborhood. The hotel was nice, staff were nice. We found a favorite spot to eat nearby and went there twice, wry nice people!
Quick family stopover
Very helpful checkin late at night; room was comfortable and breakfast, though an extra cost, was totally worth it--great selections and coffee made to order.
Son muy amables y lo q no me gusto es las habitaciones necesitan remodelación
Very easy to get to multiple places. Nice and clean property. Friendly staff
Very good hotel
Good
Property looked very rundown.
Its a good hotel at 25 minutes in metro of the center of Madrid, staff was very helpful
Great service and very accommodating room. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but everything else including location and price were fantastic
One large room with terrible lighting. Charge you everything, including water and coffee in the room. The staff always tells you that they can not help you. Over priced. Avoid this one.
Our room was great, staff was super friendly and willing to help!
The suite was pretty clean and the receptionist, Pedro, was extremely friendly
The staff was great, check in and out was smooth, the hotel is very well located, near the airport which worked out perfect for us.
Ok...staff was helpful and professional at all times. However, the grounds are in need of updates and better maintenance. The bathroom sink functioned but the faucet was broken
We have an awesome stay at this place. Overall meets our expectations and meets our family needs. Friendly staff, very accomplished, spacious space and clean. A little far from city center but there’s lots of restaurants and commercial stores outside the hotel. Quite neighborhood and safe. Thanks.
Good
very think is ok mi children's Lovet
Great value
Great value, staff were friendly and near to the airport
Spacious and clean hotel in Madrid that we used for our last night in Spain to be able to get to airport for an early flight. We loved the clean sheets, the water pressure in the shower and the ease of parking (free on the street and easy to find or €15 in hotel’s garage). We’d def stay there again.
Eco Alcalá is halfway apartment and hotel. Reception, dining room and a very small swimming pool with large rooms where our family of 5 could stay comfortably. Rooms have microwave, fridge and some plates but no cutlery? No washing machines either. We gladly only stayed there one night on our way to the airport. The place isn’t particularly well maintained nor crispy clean. Street is a bit noisy and our window wasn’t sound proof. AC worked well though and inside parking is convenient !
Amazing guy at the front desk!
It was a great location. The staff was wonderful.
Great staff, clean, big suite for a family of 5.
Everything in the bathroom was loose and it wasn’t very clean.
Great for the location and price.
Short stay
We only stay for one night but we will definitely stay there again.
Madrid overnight stop
We stayed here on our way to Santander. The premises are off the main road so was quiet. We booked a room with 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine floor so plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. We explored the centre of Madrid which was about 20 mins by car. Overall we enjoyed a brief stay here.
Big and nice room but with constant smoke smell and lots of noise during the night coming from the neighbors. There where more people staying in that room than permitted. Daily Concierge was not friendly at all.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. That’s were very comfortable and linen and was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good for the price and the Lady was very helpful and there for you and welcomed us with her big smile! Susana Pinto in the check-in was fantastic. She made us feel like home and gave us a warm welcome to me and my family. We would love to visit you again soon thank you for your hard work and dedication.
It was very good deal price vs quality, I recommend this hotel, it was relatevely near Madrid downtown and close to the airport
Stay away from this hotel
Filthy bathroom with mold on the walls, dirty floors and very rude front desk.
Great room and huge suite. Very unique and updated loft style room.
Great location and a very clean property. The bed was comfortable.
This property should be rated at 1 or 2 star maximum. We had a few issues with it, the crib requested was missing the bottom cushion / proper mattress. The expectation that the baby needs to sleep on metal bars covered with blanket was shocking. We ended up keeping the baby in the bed with us instead. Airconditioning was poor, it was either freezing or too hot. The AC would blow directly on your face in the bed, even with the setting change to low The lights in the room are not adequate The shower was poor, the shower head very low quality which did not function well.
The front desk person got us in late and was pleasant. He even got us a cab in the morning. The room was grimy. The decorative pillows were grease-stained. Our room door would not lock. The faucets in the bathroom and mini kitchen were wobbly. The lobby had couches that were disgustingly dirty. It was an overall disappointing experience.
Very spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and friendly. A microwave, fridge and coffee pod machine are in the small kitchen area.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Members are dedicated and do everything possible for a great experience.
Okay for passing by, very well located near the airport
Perfect location and very friendly service
Spacious and relatively clean. Plates and cups provided but no silverware, which makes no sense. No stove. Bathroom is small but functional. Why charge for the coffee pods in room? Decent facility but about 25% overpriced for what it is.
Location on Linear City metro... Coffee shop ambiance!
Bathroom plumbing needs maintenance. Very good front desk service including taxi service. Good value.
All good. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, good facilities.
AWFUL! Do not stay here!!
The stay was awful. I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Check in was over an hour late. The staff did not seem bothered at all. I was not the only guest this happened too. Upon check out, I went to ask the receptionist for my bags and she shouted at me and threw my sandals on the floor. I was horrified. Complete and utter disgrace. Customer service is non existent!
Public transport available nearby
NYC place for short stay
Needs updating
This hotel is in a decent location not far from the metro. The hotel itself is a bit dated and needs upgrading. There was no double bed( it was twin beds with separate bedding), the shower needed updating and there was a lot of water damage. Unfortunately there were no English tv channels and the pool was closed which we weren't aware of.
Furniture old and worn.Decor needs tidying up especially the bathroom.Staff excellent but I would never come back here through choice. It should be charging £100 max per night and not the £350 I paid
My room was clean, huge and near local cafes. The staff was professional PLUS my stay included breakfast. Complete buffet. Would definitely recommend
Airport Night
Easy to get to, parking available for a fee (15 euro) and decent accommodations for a nights stay. A good place if you plan to stay close to the airport.
Great hotel close to Madrid airport. Front desk service was A+.
Fair enough for the price. Unlike other hotels, coffee capsules in the room are not complementary, quite expensive.
Homeless folks in bldg across from hotel a bit concerning but there were no issues.
Its a nice a comfortable place. We had a nice experience.
Great hotel close to the metro and very clean and safe
It was a great experience and they treated us super great. Awesome place and would love to go back
The staff were very friendly. They actually offset the rather mediocre facility. I would go back just because of the staff.
For a 4 star hotel, this property was a high class motel at best. Although the staff was nice, most especially the staff the caters breakfast in the morning, the property itself including the rooms requires serious renovations. Our bathroom was tiny and had water damage on the door frames and molding. All Sink parts were loose and they charge for EVERYTHING including the k-cup coffee in the room which we found out afterwards, not to mention the coffee was awful as any hotel, but they are usually free. I would expect a hotel like this in some poor 3rd world country, understandly, but for a hotel in MADRID of all places it was disappointing and we would have paid more money to have a better room somewhere else. A few days prior we stayed at a 4 star hotel in Barcelona and it was vastly better. Before that, we stayed at a 3 star hotel in Barcelona and it was also much much better than this place. For the money paid, I would rate it fair, being considerate to how friendly the breakfast staff was (breakfast was not free by the way) but the hotel itself needs to shut down and renovate if it is to attract any tourist at all in long run. Sure right now it can get away and get people to book hotels, but it wont be long before the conditions of the hotel become more apparent and its Motel roots start to sprout.
Night personnel was excellent and help us moving in and out the hotel and city. We stayed just one night but service and room were very good.
Room was spacious although the mattress on the pull out was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise great, safe location close to bakeries, mini groceries, Burger King on the corner, pharmacies, 5 minute uphill 10 minute walk to Linea Cuidad train station.
