Chateau nit worth it

Over priced for the amenities we received. Had a two bedroom. One the sinks in bathroom didn't work. The shower drain in batheoom not working. On arrival no towels. Television in one of the rroms was not working. Still waiting for hand towels never received

We had wonderful service The staff we very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had very good food. Both food and drinks were reasonably priced.

No telephone in the room for any services. You have to walk to the reception for any issue.

Overall the staff is great and breakfast is solid as well. They went above and beyond for my airport pickup and ensuring we got to the hotel safely despite our late flight in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was definitely not luxurious. I think the suites are nicer, so be mindful of that.

Drainage problem

The water issue in the shower of the water backing up due to a slow draining problem has not been repaired. I would give all five stars once this is fixed. This is my third time staying here. The staff are very nice and the food is delicious.

Food was very good, but expensive. Property needed maintenance. The property was falling apart. People were very friendly. Breakfast needed a little more variety.

Initially my room had a few things not working properly. So they gave me another room.

I was pleased to discover that the pictures are exactly how the hotel is/looks. Their accommodations are second to none and the staff is awesome... I plan to stay here again....

A True Gem in Dzorwulu Metropolis

Love this place! Especially the staff, who is so accommodating and kind. Check out is at 11am and I didn't need to go to the airport until 7pm and they let me hang out poolside all day to work on a project. They also let my coworker join and hang out too - keeping our luggage safe and sound so we could even go for a walk in the neighborhood! The restaurant, Eliza's is superb and I didn't have one thing I didn't enjoy. Not to mention the super fast wifi (I streamed Netflix), huge rooms and affordability! *** This place is located in a residential neighborhood near the airport and not close to the hip OSU area, but the most I paid for an Uber is 10-20 cidis anywhere so it was so worth the distance!***

Wonderfully comfortable Accra getaway

This hotel was a fantastic getaway. The Accra Mall is just a short drive away. The staff at Earl Heights was excellent. Both the hotel and restaurant were great. We will be back! Our next Accra trip will absolutely include a stay at Earl Heights.

Stay was pleasant and service was ok. I would rate this place B-. The service could be better if they did not lack of towels.

First thing we got there and the room that we reserved did not have enough beds for us to stay in and they may know accommodations to fix the problem. Next there was no elevator and my mother was disabled and we had to get a person from the taxi service to get her up the stairs without any help from the hotel staff. So now the hotel manager will not refund us part of our money for the horrible stay. Additionally there is a church in the backyard of the hotel and they are beating drums constantly

Earl Heights Suites is Great

I totally enjoyed my stay. The staff was very good with the English language. No trouble at all with food from the restaurant.

I will reccomend Earl Heights to anyone. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and home welcoming and the Location is nice and private.

Great experience. They got big and clean suites. Staff is amazing. Daily housekeeping. Beds are really confortable. Their restaurant is one of the best. The breakfast is delicious. The food is just amazing. Get the seafood menu you won't be dissapointed. Loved every minutes spent there and my husband and me will return for sure.

Wow!!it was amazing, the staff was so professional above and beyond couldn't ask for anything more better, my airport shuttle was waiting for me soon as I arrive with excellent service the driver Parez I hope I'm saying his name right, he shook my hand and greeted me with a warm professional smile and welcome be my first time in Ghana, when I got to the hotel I was aggravated with another warm smile from Serafina my check in was quick and efficient, when I got to the room I could not believe how beautiful it was it's like a mini condo the stay for me and my fiance like beyond belief, free breakfast every morning, every door was open by staff for me we were treated like royalty, thanks guys for a beautiful stay at Earl Heights suite hotel you guys look great me and my fiance will be back soon for another Pleasant royalty stay, I will recommend all my friends and family to this excellent and professional and also beautiful hotel

A little gem in Accra

I stayed at the Earl Height on 18-25th May 2018 for business. The hotel is in the centre of Accra, 15 minutes to the airport. I was picked up by a well mannered young man as part of my booking. On arrival I was impressed by the modernness of the hotel. It was clean and the staff are all young and very polite. My room was clean and had all that I needed to make my stay pleasant. I was not happy first 3 days with my shower as there was not enough pressure but by my 4th day it was fixed. In the scheme of things this is minor compared to what they offered. My bed was made on a daily basis with fresh sheets, and fresh towels. I paid for room only but the occasional breakfast was good. The selection of food on their dinner menu was not extensive but was prepared well. My favourite is their Chardonnay from SA with the local peanuts. I will definitely go to this hotel again as they seem to offer what a European going to Africa would want. If Mr and Mrs Earl are reading this review, well done your hotel is impeccable!

It is a new apartment hotel. Some services are missing including telephone services. People are nice and friendly. It is located off road and you have to go to the main road to get a taxi.

Good stay

Had a good stay with my friends. The rooms were beautiful even if some amenities needed some attention. Hotel staff was helpful and the owner was flexible and accommodating. I recommend the place and will go back.

Accra finest. Check it out.

This Apartment services are unbelievable. From the Front Desk, Room Service, Cleaner to the Restaurant services were at 150 percent. They provide the help you need instantly. As for the Apartment, it is "Wow". The title "Accra Finest" says it all. Everything in it works. You are provided everything you need (Refrigerator, Plates, Silverware, Microwaves, I mean everything). Then, you have the cleaners who actually change your sheets daily. The apartment is sparkling clean and refreshing daily. The room A|C works perfectly. Also, the security in this facilities is great. This area has some interesting place to visit. You have the Accra Mall and restaurants few miles away. Don't be afraid to visit restaurant that are blocks away from the apartment. I recommend this apartment for tourist visiting Accra. Thanks to their staffs and special "Thanks" to the Assistant Manager, Florence, and Front Desk for all their assistance.

Really nice hotel, close to the Airport

I loved my stay at Earl Heights. The room was comfy. Only a few things weren't perfect like understanding the shower head. Other than that it was perfect. They have room service and the apartment was really nice. Thank you.

A must stay!!

I would highly recommend and would stay at this property again. Super fast free wifi in all areas was most impressive. The two bedroom Apartment we stayed in, was a great alternative as a home away from home....which included a washing machine / dryer, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster...and tv's in both bedrooms as well as the lounge.... though disappointingly the same programme has to be watched on all three screens?!.... Negatives....the smell of damp in room 5 that I stayed in ( though the lady on reception sprayed with air freshener once I informed ) and the complimentary breakfast was quite poor, though this did not affect my stay. If breakfast is improved... and it needs to be.. this property would be above outstanding. Rooms are quite spacious...Another negative was surprisingly, considering it was December, the swimming pool was freezing cold, not enjoyable for my family and I at all, apparently the pump to heat it was not working. That said i will 100% return on my next to Ghana. All staff are truly helpful, in particular the ladies on reception, as well as Samuel and Eric who were most professional. Well done Earl Heights, despite the negatives mentioned, my family and I really enjoyed our 3 night stay. I am sure that this property will become more and more popular..Dzorwulu's best kept secret.

Very good hotel, we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, very well equipped and spacious. Only down side was noise from the generators outside, but it's either that or no power

The hotel was amazing, customer service was superb even as my flight was reschedule three times, they still came back to the airport to pick us with all smiles. The apartment was lovely and modern " home away from home".

Le séjour était bien dans l’ensemble, mais il avait des remontées d’odeurs dans le salon ensuite la je fais face à un grand garage mécanique qui n’ai pas agréable avec les grands bruits mécaniques ! C’était très gênant
