The room was clean and close proximity to eateries and entertainment places. However, the staff service need an improvement. We have to call multiple times to get the staff to empty out our trash bin. When we requested for bottled water, it never came.

used to be nice

not the first time staying here. the room access card was malfunctioning this time and that was so annoying. the receptionist changed the card for me at 3 different times. each time i had to bring the card to my room (which did not work) and come down again to get the receptionist to follow me to open to room for me. that was just so annoying. the room service are probably proactive that they cleaned the room even without us requesting. though it is something nice, we felt like that is intruding our privacy.

I booked this hotel as per recommended by a friend coz i asked for not too pricey and not too cheap. I booked around 5.00pm, coz i have no intention to stay a night at Seberang Prai. Thank god they have vacant room and my booking is fast and easy thanks to Expedia. The hotel is good far beyond the rate. The room is cosy, with blue luminous light, love it coz keep me sleep comfortably. The minibar didnt provide creamer, only sugar and coffee in sachet. There was a list of some light snack but the actual item is not complete (instant noodle hot cup is in the list but it was not there). Quite dissapointed coz it was fasting month and i felt so lazy to go out for sahoor...the noodle will help me a lot if it was there.

stay for one night to attend convocation at uitm. easy access with GRAB.

Booking not receive to E Red Hotel

This hotel was very good. Comfort and very clean. But the staff not sure about my booking even i have shown the booking's email and itinerary number. Take a long time to check the booking and ask us to check ourself to expedia.

Good room but very disturbingly noisy at night.

The room was of good quality. But the karaoke music lounge neighbour operating loudly 9pm -2am every night spoiled it all. We felt cheated as they did not inform us about it at all. The service of reception girls are of average quality. The parking was available but not free! Location was just okay. Restaurants were few in immediately area. As we value quietness & sleep, we are disheartened to stay here again.

Nice hotel but facilities problem

Water heater not function. Hotel check out time is 12pm but 11am is not allow to enter the room. Staff only reply is management problem. But no come out with solution.

Stayed for a night after long day at work. The lobby was simply elegant despite this is just a boutique hotel. The room was spacious, neat but poorly maintained. There were handful of ageing signs in the shower room and furnitures. Comfy bed, multicolour lighting and good sound insulation did help to catch sleep at night. Under 5 minutes walk to the nearest eateries, banks, convenient stores and mall thus, many good reasons not to stay in the room. The biggest challenge was, finding a parking space during office hour. Overall, it was a good stay for business traveller.

Decent hotel (parking NOT FREE)

-customer service is good -the room was clean, tidy & well lit -free parking is NOT FREE at all, dont be fooled -no room service was provided if they called and we answered (they didnt even offer) -at one point, our room have no power, but the hotel does.. The 3.5/5 rating is spot on imho.

Stayed 2 nights, 3 adults to a room. Everything OK except free wi-fi frequently disconnects itself. Few of the remaining hotels still collecting cash deposit (RM100) even though room fully paid many weeks in advanced.

My 2nd time staying at E-Red Hotel since this hotel is near to my meeting place. Overall, this hotel is clean and pleasing, The rate is cheap and for the cheap price, the rooms are equipped with minibar, hairdryer, toiletries and other amenities usually found in a hotel. They also provide iron upon request. The only downside is that the TV has no cable channel. Only normal TV channels and the reception is a bit poor I would say. The hotel is located near eateries and also near a karaoke centre which means that some of the rooms are prone to the sounds from the karaoke centre. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its affordable price.

Pros: the room was good and worth the price. my room has no window, thus if u prefer room with window u might have to pay a bit more.ac was good, bathroom is great, plus got minibar & safety box in my room! cons: only local channels on tv (not of high quality) but ok if to watch just before bedtime, The hotel is situated next to a karaoke/snoker shoplot.But the lot is definetely not sound proof as we could hear sort of a concert going on from 10pm til probably up to 2-3am!! it was hard to sleep at first but tiredness brought us down.The room is ok of sound proofing as there was no noise from the other room or even walkway, its just the karaoke bit was a bit too much being unconsiderate of surrounding. places nearby: 7 Eleven on the next row of hotel, great food by Bangkok Station aka BM Tomyam & seafood restaurant just about 5-10mins drive from hotel (next to petron). just a <5mins drive from hotel to perda city mall.

NO FREE PARKING

Overall is ok.. The service was good and friendly staff.. However there is NO Free parking provided As stated in Hotel.com.. Have to Pay parking RM 3 ticket per day.. I hope Hotel.com remove Free parking on your website for this hotel..

Super bad hotel management

Hot shower not working, it's okay. Television channel very limited, it's okay. I had other guests knocking my door looking for his friends 3 times in middle of the night - totally NOT OKAY. Also, hotel staff entering my room all of a sudden (my bad for not locking the door) - VERY NOT OKAY. Seriously, what are management thinking? Don't they control the other guests? Don't they check at the registry that there's actually a guest inside the room before entering? I'm not going to come again at this hotel. Neither should you.
