The location is excellent, but the staff are not very friendly.

Room Key didn't work for me several times.

Bathroom smelled like stale urine. I had asked told the desk gal to clean it and it took over an hour for her to have someone clean the bathroom. Still smelled like stale urine and I asked a 2nd time for it to be cleaned. Smell never went away. I had to buy air freshener to help mask the smell a bit. There was a cockroach we had to kill in our room as well. Pictures on site are not uptodate and do not represent what the rooms look like. Outside looking at the building the left side had rats running around and garbage along the walls. Smelled terrible as well. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Uninformed change to my stay

On my arrival, I found out that the hotel moved me to another hotel for the night. I wasn’t informed of this decision prior or given the opportunity to cancel so that I can book another place. The place they booked me at is about 20 - 30 mins away from this location. When asked if they will reimburse me for my taxi fare to this location and back, they didn’t respond. Ruined my entire trip to Vietnam. I believe the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. Won’t stay again.

Conveniently located in the heart of District 1, we could walk to most areas of interest and shopping and dining spots from the hotel. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as you could also at times hear the other rooms on top of noise from outside. Friendly reception staff who could organise your laundry for you, just ask.

I need coffee to start my day. None here. 100 meters away great coffee shops. Convinient stores and Costly resteraunts about a block away. This place is central, meters to the opera house and classic hotels. The building is a small redone older building, exterior nothing like the picture. The youngest staff member spoke English well and was very helpful. If you must stay in D1 it's ok.

Lockdown experience

Although there was an unusual, somber and almost eerie quietnrss across the city because of a Covid-19 lockdown, the reception staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were very helpful with my enquiries and good listeners. The room was comfortable but it was lacking a small refrigerator which would have been helpful since most restaurants were closed.

Enjoyed my stay at the Dyn Opera Hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - very welcoming. Room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable.

Nice stay in HCMC

Lovely little boutique hotel at a great price compared to adjacent hotels. Decent stay for several days. Good breakfast but nothing spectacular. Nice area nearby. Good beds and a friendly staff.

Clean but dated and tired hotel

I had prepaid for family room and could not cancel the remaining nights reservation without charge and had to stay there for all 3 nights. The hotel is very dated. The hair dryer is an antique piece. Shower doesn't work well. 3-4 staff run the show. Staff is nice and friendly. They try their best but are not trained properly. You will have to ask for toilet rolls, bath towels, bath foam etc as they don't replenish it when they make up the room. Moisturiser and conditioner is not provided. Toilet roll quality is cheap. Breakfast is limited choices. On request the chef prepared vegetarian noodles for us. That was a consolation and they allowed late check out without charge. The room is clean, There is good Jacuzzi in the room. Overall, ok 3 star hotel but not a great value for the price you pay. 30 to 40% over charged. If you have another option then take the other option.

Nicely located hotel in centre of District 1. Close to all major attractions and lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is basic. The staff are friendly, helpful and keen to ensure your stay is pleasant. The rate was very reasonable. Good choice of TV channels. Mini bar includes complimentary water and cans of pop. However, the shower is in a tub - not that well secured. The shower curtain in my room had mould on it. There is a kate might bar next to hotel - music until 02:00. Additionally, there is a building site next to hitel - workers from about 07:30. All in all a reasonably priced hotel but could be better with some minor changes. Ho Chi Minh itself is OK. More expensive than Hanoi.

The customer service is very friendly and supportive. I really enjoy the breakfast as well.

Location of this hotel is excellent, staff was very cooperative and always ready to help. Would definitely like to stay there during my next visit.

밤에 도착했지만 가방을 들어서 올리는 걸 도와주지 않아요.수압이 좀 낮고...더운물이 아주 따뜻하지도 않구요..호텔의 위치는 좋은데 나머지는 별로였어요. 클리닝이 안되서 수건달라고 하니까..꽤 오래걸리네요..

Nhóm chúng tôi có 4 người, đặt 2 phòng. Chúng tôi đến lúc 10h30 sáng và gửi hành lý để đi ra ngoài. Trước khi ra ngoài chúng tôi có cung cấp tên + số booking và CCCD cho nhân viên lễ tân để họ làm thủ tục để khi chúng tôi về chỉ cần nhận phòng. 15h40 chúng tôi quay lại khách sạn thì 1 nhân viên lễ tân ca chiều tiếp chúng tôi như những khách vừa đến vì...không nhận được bàn giao gì từ ca sáng mà chỉ có bàn giao hành lý. Chúng tôi lại phải trình bày lại từ đầu việc đặt qua đâu, qua kênh nào, tên là gì, CCCD đâu...?? Sau 10 phút check hệ thống các kiểu thì lễ tân trả lời chúng tôi là "không có booking nào" trong khi tôi đã đưa rõ thư xác nhận và tên tuổi, thanh toán đầy đủ..và lúc đó tôi giận rồi nhưng vẫn kìm chế để bạn lễ tân kia đi chào đón check in 1 đôi khách khác (mặc dù chúng tôi đã đến trước và đợi rất lâu). Sau 1 hồi chờ đợi thì 30 phút sau chúng tôi mới được lên phòng (Tổng thời gian chờ là 40' ) Tôi được nhận 1 phòng điều hòa hỏng, hành lang trước cửa nham nhở đang sửa chữa, vào phòng thì mùi..vì điều hòa không hoạt động, mở két sắt thì có 1 vỏ cốc mì tôm đã ăn hết còn dính nước khô két cùng thìa nhựa, vỏ mì..nằm trong két! Lễ tân đó lên sửa điều hòa 1 lúc lâu không được nên đổi cho chúng tôi xuống 1 tầng khác. Ngày check out tôi xuống đề nghị rằng tôi muốn giữ 1 phòng đến 17h chiều và tôi trả 1 nửa tiền để keep đồ, còn 1 phòng kia chúng tôi sẽ trả sớm lúc 10h sáng, chiều chúng tôi quay lại thay đồ và đi sân bay NHƯNG lễ tân trả lời rằng " vì dồn 2 phòng vào 1 nên c/o

コロナ前のオーナーから変わった様で、グレードがかなり下がった。料金的に安い方がいい方は良いかもしれないが… シャワーの水がお湯にならなくて冷たいシャーワーで災厄でした。次回からは泊まりません。

悪くないと思う。価格も安いので次回も利用するかも・・
