Clean comfortable rooms

Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable, slept well. Location was close to everything and plenty of parking. The front desk was able to help us with show tickets at a cheaper price and breakfast was good too.

Nice and give us options as far as different things that we could do in town. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about it was the breakfast only because I’m gluten-free some nice fruit like a banana apple they cut up fruit but just something simple to take would be nice.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location! I will definitely stay there again.

Its a good place to stay. It is on the strip and easy access. The rooms are a little run down and need some work the beds are very comfortable.

Our bed had lots of hairs shows that were not washed.

We liked everything about the property. Only 1 thing could have been better. We stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds. If we sat on the side of either bed,we felt like we were going to slide off the bed. We also felt like we would fall off the bed at night if we turned over.

Awesome for the money

Had a little problem with getting ice, other than that….perfect!

We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. During this stay, there was a miscommunication between the manager and the night managers on allowing our group access to an area to play games.

The Dutton inn is always clean.. if you have an issue they will take care of it right away.. went on the off season.. but still very nice.. great showers great beds and also me breakfast..and don’t miss the Dutton Show❤️

Nice staff. Outdated room. Tiny tv. Old fixtures and old bathroom. Didnt have meat delivered on first day we were there for breakfast. Room priced a little high for what was provided. One queen bed was too soft. The other bed was decent. Pretty good location.

Branson Trip

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

We had a great stay from check in to check out. They might have the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. We would seek out this hotel upon any future visits to Branson.

We love the Dutton!

First time staying and would definitely return. The staff was nice and courteous. Our room was very clean. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious, although they probably needed more than one person running it because they couldn’t keep food fast enough and she wants to talk to everyone. lol. It’s situated in the middle of the strip, great for shopping and exploring.

Very friendly people. Beds very comfortable. Great rates. Should specify when advertising every resevation gets one free ticket, that the ticket is not for The Dutton's show.

Front desk worker was fairly snippy and rude-the guy. The lady was more than helpful and very friendly. Would stay here again when in need for a quick place to stay. Typically we only do condos and resorts but this wasn't terrible. Breakfast not good though.

Great place to stay in Branson

Dutton Inn is our go to place to stay in Branson. It is conveniently located on the West end of Hwy 76, an easy drive to Silver Dollar City. The breakfast is hot and the attendant is friendly.

Comfy chair need

It was all good except they needed a comfy chair in the room not a straight backed chair. The comfy chair would have made it better to relax in, instead of sitting up on the bed to view the tv.

Good for the price

Good stay for the money. Dutton has always been solid for the money.

False VIP

I booked this property because it offered VIP for Expedia platinum members, we were supposed to receive Tickets or ticket to a show which we never received,

Will Stay Again

Wonderful stay- Ill stay again. My only suggestion would be to provide shampoo and conditioner and some amenities similar. Great breakfast, location and service. Comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The property was very clean, and their breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! We will definitely be back!

The lady doing breakfast was so sweet. Loved the gift shop at Abby's tourist trap also. Rooms still open with a real key and a few things could use updating. Beds were somewhat comfy but mattress did need replaced. It was clean and comfortable and breakfast buffet was a real plus. They do count people in the room though. So just a heads up.

We love it here and stay quite often on our many trips to Branson. It's becoming our go-to place. Clean, quiet and great breakfast!

Nice, clean room. Bed was soft and i fell asleep right away. Room must be well insulated as i didn't hear any outside noises even while awake. The only thing I would mention is let the water run before jumping in the shower. My friend went first, so i figured it should be nice and hot. It was for about 15 seconds then it got cold so i started to accuse her of taking all the hot water but she told me it did the same to her and just let it run for a minute before I get in. After that the water was perfect! Definitely would stay there again!!

Convenient to Branson venues. Slightly dated, but great front desk gentleman. A good value.

Just OK

This was as expected for the price. When we went to unlock our room door the whole lock came out when i pulled the key out of lock. We were give a second room after our request. These rooms have keys not card passes. Hotel is ok but does need an upgrade. Will most likely not stay here again.

great place to stay for the price

we were in room 201 the room was very clean and the service was great. if i were to make a suggestion it would to replace recliner it has seen better days. also the sink in the bathroom drains very slowly. i would come again

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Mattress really needed an update. Breakfast was great - eggs, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus the extras - waffles, toast, yogurt etc

Family operated on site availability. CLEAN friendly, basic but never had bad experience. Quiet, great location

The staff were very helpful -when our room needed attention we were offered a choice between 2 other rooms. We appreciated the breakfast choices. Very easy to walk to around the strip from there.

Dutton Hotel Awesome!

Very impressed. Made 2 requests : no stairs and toilet seat riser. Both as requested AND toilet seat riser was ready in room! Room cleaned EVERYDAY! Quiet. Easy access to main strip. Hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Definitely staying again!

Another great stay in this motel! We pick this place quite often when we go to Branson.

The view from the room was very good and quiet. staff was really courteous and responsive to our requests. our room was easily accessible from the parking lot. breakfast was really good and the kitchen staff was really courteous. the location of the property is good. i wont hesitate to stay there in the future

We stayed in room 305, which provided a lovely view of the Ferris wheel off the strip. The room was very clean and everything was in working order. Each room had a mini refrigerator, microwave, TV, 4 cup coffee maker, and hairdryer. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet was in a large banquet room and was always hot and delicious with plenty of seating. The hotel has access to both the yellow route and hwy 76, which makes it extremely convenient to get anywhere in Branson. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Room is very clean and quiet

For an older place it exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the staff where so kind and welcoming. I did not get the name of the lady who prepares the breakfast, she made you feel like you where sitting down with family. We will be back.

The property was clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. All around good decent place to stay.

They had gave us 3 different keys to 3 different rooms and each one of those rooms there was people in it. I had came on vacation with my family and the room they were supposed to stay in had been broken into the night before we had got there. My sons room was also broken into and they took of their toilet. We thought it was very unsafe so we went to another hotel immediately. Everybody and everything is very sketchy. I do not recommend!

We chose this property because of its location and price point. We felt confident that it would be clean, quiet and reviews I checked were encouraging. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast was good.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in August for our anniversary. The hotel sits back off the main road, which was nice. It made it quiet. We had a nice view of the strip. The staff is super friendly and helpful in the morning. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel room was clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again. The beds are super comfortable too.

The lady at the frint desknthe night we arrived was not all that hospitable and webhad to spray Fabreeze in the room to eliminate the stale smell. But the room service crew were friendly and did a good job and the breafast was good both mornings we were there.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable of the area. The room was standard and comfortable. The one weird thing was the rule that breakfast could not be taken out of the breakfast room. That would have been a problem if my wife was along on this trip. She expects the room service.

Ok for the price

Property needs updated but was very clean. Beds were too soft and not very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Hot breakfast was nice.

Great staff

The location and staff were excellent! The only problem is the rooms are just very dated, scuffs and water stains ect. But the location is perfect for family activities and we felt safe in that location as well.

A Small Taste of Nostalgia!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the staff were an absolute delight! Now with all that being said, the hotel is not new nor is it run down, it literally is a small taste of nostalgia...speaking of taste their hot breakfast is no joke, its definitely just what you need to start your day off right in Branson! <3 We will be back for sure!

I found the room to be your basic hotel room. The parking lot was average. Nothing to brag about. It served its purpose. A place to sleep.

Everything was perfect, starting with friendly staff and a smooth check-in! The room was nice, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Good breakfast included as well. I will definitely be back!

It's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at friendliest people. We did have a problem with the microwave, but they took care of it right away.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I met a friend in Branson for the 4th of July weekend. We stayed at the Dutton Inn for the first time and it was very clean, and well maintained. The ladies at the front desk were the sweetest and so accommodating. We would highly recommend staying at the Dutton Inn.

I reserved two rooms for a weekend stay for me and the family. The room was very clean and the staff members were very accommodating and nice. The beds were very soft and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Branson and will definitely stay at the Dutton Inn.

It was ok. Could use some upgrades. We thought breakfast from 7am to 9am was ridiculous especially for a vacation spot.

Good hotel for a quick overnight stay

We booked the Dutton Inn at the last minute when deciding to head to Branson a day early. It was a great place to stay. The best thing about our room was the air conditioner kept up amazingly well for the extremely hot temperatures. They had free hot breakfast, where my husband commented that the biscuits and gravy were the best he’s ever had from a hotel. The room itself was pretty clean. The only complaint we would have is the the ceiling in the bathroom looked dirty. While that was a little gross, it was still a good stay overall.

The Dutton is a well place and well priced hotel. Staff were all great and room service daily.

While checking in the lady working the desk was extremely rude. Charged me more than my guaranteed reservation receipt that the Dutton Inn sent me when i purchased my tickets and room. Lady actually said she would not look at the email from Dutton Inn. I was and am very disappointed about this situation.

Very old but clean. Stains on the sheets. Elevator was broke and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Toilet ran continuously!

Hotel was nice. Staff was nice but they gave inaccurate direction on parking and access to hotel as elevator was out of order/ Their direction led gusts to having to carry luggage up more flights of stairs than was necessary, No offers of help with luggage either.

Everyone was very friendly, the place was very clean. My son has to use a wheelchair and I even got a call ahead of time. The only problem I had was the bathroom door did not close very easily.

Clean older location. However the point of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. Beds were so bad everyone could not sleep past 4:30am stuff sore. Slept better moving to our car. Not what makes for a good stay.
