Comfortable hotel

Comfortable hotel. Pleasant room, firm bed. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure and water temperature. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Not pedestrian friendly outside the hotel. Sidewalks are uneven and streets are hard to cross. There are a couple malls nearby with good restaurants.

Another Fantastic Stay

This was either our fifth or sixth time staying at this hotel. The entire staff is exceptional, attentive, courteous, and friendly. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is fantastic, with an all-you-can eat breakfast buffet, and a good choice for lunch and dinner. It is conveniently located in Bangna, directly across from Seacon Square Mall.

Great hotel

Great hotel for business trips located close to the convention centre. Room rates are really affordable and dining in the restaurant was real value for money. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to assist. Room service slipped up on one icy but other than that a great stay.

My stay was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful in typical Thai style. My room was spacious and very good. The only complaint I would make is that my room was not always cleaned properly. On one occassion they only made my bed and cleaned the bathroom halfway. The coffee area was left with dirty cups and the coffee and sugar was not replaced nor was my empty water bottle replaced. The next day they cleaned my room properly but the teaspoon for the coffee cups was dirty and was gross. I would like to know how they clean the cups and spoons because if it is just done in the bathroom of the room then that is gross.

Great location for a pre exit or entry via BKK

Used this hotel as a BKK staging place. It turned out to be a great location and I really liked the hotel. Everything was easy. Great dining options at the mall across the street. They hailed a taxi very quick the day we left for BKK. Hotel is a bit dated but great value. When I say dated I just mean the decor and general feeling. The hotel was clean and was a great value. I liked the location as well. I will stay here again when arriving or leaving Bangkok when there is a need.

Enjoyed my stay but the cleanness was not the best. Also the ac seems to not go below 23C.

The height of the room is low so it could hurt the head of the tall person.

Service par excellence

Met by Ms Pat during checking in time and she made the difference with introduction to the hotel and her hospitality won over the day. She even noticed my birthday a day before and surprised me with birthday cake ....that is hard to beat. Thank you Pat and staff. Hotel needed some upgrade but the service and warmness superceded all.

Checking in took some time as room not ready. Room 602 is very old & air conditioning is too cold & cannot be controlled. Floor 6 is inconvenient for older people as have to climb stairs. Trainee cooks at breakfast don't know how to cook eggs properly.

Best hotel near airport

I nice, affordable and clean place to stay. The food was good, The staff were fantastic. The facilities were a little dated. The gym equipment needs to be fixed (one elliptical machine and one bike did not work). I will go back. :)

Lovely hotel in a great location

Excellent hotel, a little off the tourist map which is a shame, there is so much in the area to see, great location for shopping, parks and the train night market. Room was spot on, large room with bath, bottle water, fridge, kettle etc. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. good selection at breakfast, didn't try the on site restaurants, bar prices are expensive which is a shame because it drives everyone out or into their rooms so there is no atmosphere. Hotel can arrange transfer to the airport (1200bht), cheaper by taxi. New yellow line stations are not far from the hotel which will help you get into the center of bangkok. Lovely swimming pool and garden area. Would stay here again.

Check-in was fast. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Good variety of foods for Breakfast. Location was excellent, next to Seacon Square shopping mall.

Carpets on 4th floor and in room look old. When i exited from lift, could smell a faint mould smell. Bed is comfortable. Room and toilet are spacious. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic. Location is good for a night stay cos near big shopping center Seacon and walking distance 20mins to Train Night market. To airport, around 25 mins.

Superb

Superb service and place to stay.

My wife and I have been coming to the Dusit Princess for many years. An ideal jumping off point before travel by road to beaches in Rayong, for instance. The property is a little faded but the staff are excellent.

Great place to stay we are happy with breakfast, the mall near by and nice swim pool.

Great service at remote Dusit Princess

I recently stayed at the Dusit Princess hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was in good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. The only downside is that the hotel is located a bit far from any activities or attractions, requiring transportation to get to them. However, if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then the Dusit Princess may be just what you're looking for.

Just ordinary hotel. Nothing to mention

Very quiet hotel very close to a shopping mall. Other than that mall (which is actually pretty big), there are not much other attractions within walking distance. The good news is the city is nearing completion of two new MTR stops on each side of this hotel, but they’re not open yet. Until those new train routes open, you have to take either a bus or a taxi to go pretty much anywhere except for that aforementioned mall. Those brand new MTR routes/stops look super close to completion (maybe early 2023) I also should mention the staff were about the most friendly and helpful as you could ever hope for.

Good location, close to seacon square

This was my second stay at Dusit Princess. Staff were polite and helpful. Room well maintained and whole was place very clean. Not the easiest to get to but it’s near to Seacon Square and Paradise Park so shopping is convenient. Soon there will be a BTS but until then a taxi is the best way to get here.

Great as usual

As good as usual. Breakfast has included new item which is great. Great personal interaction from staff which is one of the main reason make it my favourite hotel. Used to have a lot red wine in lounge but none during the stay. Hope they can resume love music like before.

I consider this is a good hotel for holiday. It is very close to SEacon Square & Train Night Market.

Love this hotel. Nice and clean. The staff are professional. I always stay here whenever I come to Bangkok especially staying the day before I board the plane since the hotel is not too far from the airport.

Even though it is further from main city, i like the quiet, convenient stay with close proximity of the shopping center there. The only complain i have is the lack of Muslim Halal food except for the night bazaar.

the check-in was fast. request items from housekeeping were met with an excellent fast time. Would be nice if the room cleanup default is "clean room" instead of having to "press the button". The staff are friendly and quick to the action.

Located in Chiang mai night bazaar. The building itself is 40 years old but has been renovated.

Loved Our Stay!

Service was stellar, staff are all top notch and super helpful. We got a baller executive suite 900 sq. ft - dope! There's tons of places to eat at seacon square walking distance away and a fun train market nearby too.

Near the night market

Great location near night market and shopping malls. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable room with all expected amenities. Comfortable bed (firm). Friendly staff and quick check-in and check out. Outdoor pool - a bit run down.

The hotel is near Seacon square mall about 5 mins walk. The staffs are really nice. The room is large and clean. I really like the smart TV in my room. The location is a little bit far from public transportation like bts, mrt train. but it's okay, you can use taxi instead.

A great hotel for short stays. I stay here when I travel through Bangkok to other destinations.

Property is advertised through Expedia to be less than 7 miles from the main airport. It is more like 20 kilos from the airport. It takes a taxi more than 30 minutes in light traffic to get you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

Staff was excellent. Also excellent value. Some people might not like the location others might prefer it.

It was not too far from the International Airport and right next to Secon Shopping Complex and just a 5 minute walk from the Night Market

Poor Breakfast

Do improve the breakfast varieties serving. Compared to our many stays before was this (11 Aug 2019) was very much lower in expectation. Your standard had dropped tremendously. Do improve your breakfast varieties serving.

Nice breakfast selection

Everything is good except the TV channel reception is so bad that I’ve to watch YouTube videos from my own computer.

poor information system

My booking with hotel.com comes with breakfast, but they mentioned that it does not. Therefore, i paid it over the counter without further argument. now check check again on my receipt, it stated that Breakfast is included! i felt short change over this incident.

Overall hotel was good. Definitely recommend and would stay again. The dining area for breakfast was great and stood out with the selection of food and quality. This actually put it over and stood out compared to relative priced hotels. The gym was clean good equipment. The room was nice didn’t like the controls for ac and couldn’t get the room to get constant temp through the rooms very extreme actually from area to area but not a deal breaker wouldn’t hesitate going there again. I actually stayed at the end of my trip there one additional day and the staff was kind enough to let me check in early.

Great stay!

Very comfortable!!! First bed I had in weeks that was soft! Just wish the pool was open later than 8pm.

This place was fabulous from start to finish. Check in was easy, we were honoured a quiet room with late check out until 2pm The cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency is all 1st class. The staff especially Patrick and the lovely girls serving in the bar were so friendly and polite. The whole experience was absolutely outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Disappointed

I reserved a smoking room but was told only upon check in that they stopped offering smoking rooms since January 2019. You have to brave the elements if you wish to smoke at the designated area. The water in the shower stall goes from very hot to cold by itself. This is so far the only hotel that has refused my request for a takeaway coffee in a paper cup.

The staff were very friendly,the buffett had a variety of food & the taste was awesome,the bed was very comfortable the only problem was the swimming pool it needs upgrading to something better, i will return to this hotel again i was very happy

very accommodating

A nice stay at a great hotel!!

The executive suite I was staying at was spacious and very comfortable! I would definitely recommend and stay again. The bathroom was also very clean with the option of showering in a separate shower stall or taking a bath in the bathtub. There was also an incredible walk in closet with a safe and ironing board. The executive suite was definitely worth the money compared to a standard room. I cannot comment on the facilities as I did not have the time or chance to try them out, but the food at the restaurants was delicious with good selections but a bit pricey. As for the area this hotel is located on is not so bad at all, as there is a huge mall and department store close by named “Seacon”. The road noise from the 6th floor I was on could not be heard at all, so I got my deep sleep done with. This hotel’s location may not be in the middle of Bangkok, but the rooms and beds are what really count with a very reasonable room rate!

Everything was good but varieties of food and taste should be improved alot. Otherwise it's an excellent place to stay.
