Overall the room wasn't cleaned properly. It was an okay room, a lot of empty space. Customer service wasn't that great. Front desk staff tended to avoid speaking to or acknowledging me whenever I was coming in or leaving which was the strangest thing. I accidentally booked the hotel room twice and tried to get a refund for one of the bookings and was denied. It was the exact same room and dates too but I was still denied. I wouldn't stay here again when I'm back in Doha. I'd rather pay more and go to the St. Regis.

We liked the location and the nearby beach, plus the friendliness of the front of house staff. What we didn't like were the inconsistent times to clean the room. Also the pub on the 2nd floor didn't have a non-smoking section, therefore we didn't visit as often as we would like.

The staff and facilities in the hotel were good, but simple things not well checked: No toilet paper in the room on arrival Room telephone not working as wrongly connected (to call and ask for toilet paper) Room control tablet not working

Near to mall and beach, transportation readily available, hotel is clean, staff are friendly.

Overall excellent stay

Stay was very good and Manager gave extra time for stay upto 5 PM so thanks Two issues 1. Less veg choice 2. Was very expansive

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel itself was spotless as well, and staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Doha.

Excellent hotel in Doha

The refrigerator does not keep anything cool

Great staff in lobby and reception. Service in bar very poor and disorganized except for one of the table staff. Area around the hotel is a construction site which makes it difficult to find and exit the hotel by car.

Very central in Doha financial district. Unfortunately, lots of roadworks in the buildup to the World Cup

A proper 5 star treatment .

The hotel rooms not clean and the condition of the hotel not as expected, this will be my last stay in this hotel.

I like the design of path room, I don’t like the size of room it was smaller than what I expected

Hotel with an excellent location

Clean good Hotel. Good location. Walking distance to CITY CENTRE. The Manager of the front office understands if you have any issues, but other staff of front office are rigid. They need to be more courteous specially in a time when there are very less visitors.

The property and staff were nice, but our room could use some refurbishing. The carpet needed cleaning, a curtain was damaged, etc.

Great hotel and customer service

The hotel was just as we expected. The staff and service were excellent. We had encountered some noise issues, and the duty manager quickly moved our room without any question. I would stay again.

The hotel was good but the staff was so bad especially glen he had a bad attitude and wasn't helpful at all. The hotel location was great and the condition of the hotel was good but the staff were bad.

Very bad experience in the hotel untrained staff the check in was a three long hours asking the room service for a small thing as an ice bucket will take them a four calling phone and a wait up to three hours. Up-on check in I’ve waited three hours It was ok with me I didn’t complain about it, the problem is upon check out the did not give me an hour even I have a late checkout tell 1600 the problem is they made me wait up to three hours upon check in 👎👎

I booked two rooms since we travelled as family, i checked in late night so upon entering my room, the room was not clean, the carpets had lots of black spots and some other things which tells you it was never attended. The bathroom was not clean as well. Nevertheless, i reported the condition and requested to change the room, which was don after two nights. On the second night i requested for late check out since my flights had changed and extended my willingness to pay for the difference for at least one room, but the receptionist was not welcoming the approach and started to act as if he was checking the possibility but again said its not possible with a frown face, hence i thanked him and told him that i will check again in morning as the hotel management will be available to check with them. So next day morning i called again and requested a late check out for at least one room and i will pay for it, the receptionist passed on to me that his colleague has left him a message from yesterday night when he said it’s not possible!! So i told him that was yesterday night could you please check with your manager? Surprisingly he said it would be the same answer, so i asked him to talk to the manager, but answered immediately that his manager is busy!!! So i told him you want me to check with another hotel for few hours more?? He said sorry but i can’t help you. I collected our luggage and headed down for check out, then i met MS. Kinley who extended a great support help

Need serious work on room service.

I love everything, food was alittle expensive..other than that my stay was great.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, high speed internet. Amazing (Benjarong) Restaurant served us perfect meals. All the staff were helpful & friendly. Highly recommended & we will definitely visit again

The Dusit Hotel in Doha is truly excellent, particularly for the low price of around $100 / per night that I paid. A 5-star hotel through and through with a large bedroom, modern bathroom and elegant decor. The hotel is a central and convenient area of Doha, so easy to get to business meetings, shopping and other hotels nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. Service was excellent. Tv channel selection and room service menu extremely limited. Close to large shopping mall.

Good value, clean and good service hotel in the area

It was very new and in great condition. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable.the food was good and the massages excellent. I would say though that the buffet breakfast while being good was greatly overpriced.

Great customer service by Anas and Ibrahim, they really take care of every detail, from check in to leaving the hotel! I really recommend it!

This hotel is really first class in everything: staff (5* plus), spa, pool, restaurant (the xmas buffet was brilliant, but it will take me some days now to get down the 2 kilos of wight afterwords:-)). Just for recommendation: put some more unbeds onto pool area. I would give 10 points of 10!! And I have been in many hotels in Doha - this was one of the best with a reasonable price. Thank you, especailly to all the staff for the warm and lovely service!!!

L hôtel est agréable mais sa relativement récente ouverture fait que le service n est pas expérimenté. Également l offre en restauration est très limitée. Les restaurants proposés sur le site de l hôtel n étant pas opérationnel.

Hyvä palvelu, upeat huoneet ja hienointa oli ehdottomasti uima-allas katolla 31 kerroksessa. Mitkä näköalat!

Fantastisk mat og brunsj!

Flott hotell med asiatisk preg. Fantastisk seng! Vi hadde brunsj på fredag da vi ankom, rakk bare 45 minutter før det stengte. Selv om maten stengte, fikk vi lov til å bli servert drikke frem til 1630. Fantastisk! Brunsjen var nydelig! Også Benjarong, restaurant på hotellet, var helt nydelig. Frokosten er også å anbefale. Middagen på Taste var mindre bra. Utrolig vennlig personalet som hjalp til med å booke turer og ellers komme med anbefalinger. Ligger 3 minutter fra nærmeste kjøpesenter.
