Nice place for a short stay

Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend!

The unit we had was really spacious .. large lounge area and big bathroom - amazing pressure in shower. Close to the octagon which is the center of the city. Lots of eating places around with plenty of variety .. close to the university if your interest is there .. Greeted with a smile at check in ... really good 2 nights stay.

The location was excellent for exploring the city and nearby restaurants. The property and staff were excellent.

Staff were very friendly and warm . Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable . Easy access to city centre . Parking available any time. One of the best place to stay during our 12 days trip in South Island NZ.

Unfortunately the stay was spoiled by the settings of the shower. It was either hot or cold, no warm.

Though we just stayed overnight. It was comfortable place for our family. It was very spacious & clean! Your lady staff was very friendly and loved the idea of parking our cars by our rooms! Amenities were a plus! Excellent supply!

Absolutely loved our stay at your property. We came down for the University of Otago's open day and this motel was very convenient and we could walk every where. The staff were great too. Our room was so clean and warm - heater on when we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

1 Night stay

Nice place to stay ,clean and comfortable, I booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it says air-conditioned but it wasn't so i went to Bunnings and purchased a fan since it was that hot. Best $20 I've ever spent.

Very welcoming.

Off street parking was good and they allowed us to leave the car in their park for a couple of hours after we checked out in order to walk to town and back. Too many roadworks around the centre of town to easily navigate & find parks.

Best Dunedin motel in this price range.

Best motel for this price range in Dunedin. I did a thorough search of all the hotels in this price range and all the others looked very tired and old fashioned. The rooms here look very new or freshly renovated so everything was perfect. Very spacious and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, room was warm and Smart TV was great addition. Very clean and friendly service. Location was nice an central to everything too. I will stay here next time I am in Dunedin for sure. Top marks!

This is our go-to place to stay when we go to Dunedin. Very friendly couple who manage the place, affordable, clean, and comfortable. Very handy to a few restaurants and cafes, and there is a 24 hour dairy less than a block walk away.

Real home away from home feel.

We had a one-bedroom apartment upstairs. Wow it was really spotless, the kitchen stainless steel bench was about four meters long it had a fridge, hot plate, everything you wanted. it was really decent place to stay, we were there two nights and yes if we went back to Dunedin that would be certainly the place we'd want to stay. Spotlessly clean, a big King bed and another bed in the lounge area with the couches. It was a special place that felt real homely.

Room excellent, reception staff, I think the owners were very helpful, unfortunately due to virus, instead of staying 5 nights, we only stayed 1 night, would have liked to have stayed longer

The owner helped us a lot in getting oriented. The hotel is clean and in good shape, and in a great location.

This was a really large and comfortable studio - all the amenities we needed for cooking. The bed was really comfortable. Amazingly convenient for the university and a stroll into the city centre
