Good Location and Friendly Staff

We stay here every summer because the staff is nice and location is very convenient. Parking is also a plus. I have no complaints.

Cool pool.

An older hotel but relatively comfortable. The air- conditioning didn’t cope too well with the excessive heat. Great pool though and the perfect temperature.

So-So stay...

Wasn't aware the pool was seasonal so we weren't allowed in. They also advertise 2 sauna rooms which DO NOT exist. The staff said it's 'work in progress' but seemed really confused that it was in their brochure. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is nice. The area is extremely out of the way from stations etc so if you're planning to visit Pisa or Florence, I wouldn't recommend it. However it's right next to the beach so if you're going for the beach and weather, it's not bad. Had fresh sheets every day however some of the fresh towels did have a few holes in which was disappointing. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay again as it's very out of the way but once again, the staff are nice and accommodating.

Kids Club & Location Fantastic.

Accommodation very close to beach & shops. Room had balcony with sea view. Very clean. The property grounds were a bit tired looking. However we had 8 year old boy with us and the staff at Kids Club were fantastic. Absolutely lovely young people who really enjoyed their entertainment role. Just lovely people. Hotel near to shops & close by beautiful Pietra Santa. Must visit. Overall very adequate for our needs. Mojito bar at night ...good for a nightcap.

Ottima esperienza

Personale veramente cortese e disponibile. Piscina fantastica. La colazione a bordo vasca è ottima

Sicuramente non è un 4 stelle a livello di struttura che è molto decadente e tenuta con scarsa cura. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un gatto di polvere nascosto dietro la porta e non ci ha più abbandonato per tutto il resto della vacanza, nonostante chiedessimo pulizie quotidiane. Bagno senza finestra ne ventola, con reflussi dalle camere vicine ed odori che si avvertivano sin dal corridoio. Unica perla, la piscina che era molto pulita e curata e le camera con vista mare in realtà sono piu belle e pulite. La colazione è abbastanza completa, ma pecca il caffe veramente imbevibile. La mattina si assisteva alle piu svariate facce di disgusto immaginabili nell atto di assaggiare il caffe. Sicuramente non ci tornerei.

Das Hotel hat einen Hundepool. Super! Ansonsten ist das Hotel optisch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal und der Service waren klasse.

Hyvä sijainti, hyvät bussiyhteydet, iso uima-allas ja tosi mukavat aurinkotuolit ja -varjot, hyvä sänky, tilava parveke, josta hieno näköala, oikein hyvä aamiainen, rauhallinen ja viihtyisä tunnelma. Hotellin hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen.

La struttura è datata e di conseguenza non è confortevole. Il condizionamento non funziona xche il termostato era rotto. La luce del bagno non era neppure sufficiente per farsi la barba. L'acqua calda arrivava solo tiepida. Non pensi di ritornare. Non è paragonabile ad un 4 stelle di sicuro! Comunque personale gentile.

Sembra che stia chiudendo,non é assolutamente all'altezza di un 4* in nulla..muri scrostati in bagno crepe in camera cassetti rotti armadio idem corridoio lugubre..insomma appena arrivata volevo ripartire senza nemmeno disfare le valigie..ecco perché costava poco..ma dovrebbero togliergli una stella..il personale gentilissimo,almeno questo

Sistemazione ottima e ottimo il servizio offerto, ci saremmo aspettati di più nella colazione ma visto il periodo sufficiente. A due passi dal mare e dal centro. importante il parcheggio.

Struttura vecchia ma vicina al mare ed a Piadinolandia (luogo rinomato dai giovani perché aperto fino a tarda notte). Hotel molto pulito e ben fornito, terrazza in camera molto gradita.

Il personale è estremamente cortese e professionale ma delle 4 stelle in questo albergo è rimasto poco. La struttura meriterebbe di lavori di ammodernamento sia delle finiture che nelle stanze dove il tempo sta mostrando i suoi effetti con distacchi di intonaco e macchie un po’ ovunque. La colazione è a buffet, impossibile però riuscire ad avere caffè o cappuccino visto che le macchinette automatiche erano spente ed al bar, sebbene aperto, non c’era personale a servire i clienti.

Semplicemente indecente. Sporco, vecchio, puzzolente. Non capisco con che criterio possa avere 4 stelle. Tutto consunto e sfinito. Sarebbe da radere al suolo e ricostruzione. Il peggio hotel da me visitato negli ultimi 10 anni.

Underbar stor pool gott om plats och en stor barn bassäng. Fina superior rum rekommenderas de vanliga hade små balkonger lite mer slitna. Bra strandpromenad med flera restauranger.

Perfekt hotell för familjen

Hotell med perfekt läge. Poolen är perfekt med barnpool och en större pool. När vi var där i juni var det knappt några gäster så vi hade alla poolerna för oss själva. Precis runt hörnet om hotellet finns en mackreataurang som gör färska mackor för 5 euro styck. Perfekt lunch hela veckan.

Pas mal du tout , le parking de l'hôtel n'est pas très pratique, mais le reste est parfait .

Trovandomi in un posto turistico, ho trovato un hotel abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia e alla promenade di lido di Camaiore a 2 passi a Viareggio e 2 forte dei Marmi. Gran bel posto

Nice stay, position is perfect, 50mt from the beach and the seaside walking. A bit old but great pools!

Mal segnalato, problemi ha trovare la reception. Esternamente abbastanza fatiscente.

Bella vista sul mare e sulla piscina!

Pulizie vengono svolte troppo tardi+ un giorno quasi alle 16 ci hanno pulito la stanza. Personale scortese e non salutano mai. Occupate spesso con il proprio telefono in mano imvece di lavorare.

Très bon séjour

Très bon hôtel. Chambres et salle de bain bien équipée. Grandes terrasses. Une bouilloire à disposition. Hôtel calme. La piscine donner entière satisfaction, pas de contraintes genre pas de short, bonnet de bain etc.. Très bon accueil, personnel aimable et discret. Très bon accueil de notre petit chien qui est le bienvenue partout. Les hôtels français genre pierre et vacances devraient prendre exemple eux qui refusent les animaux. Petit déjeuner copieu et varié Juste un bémol mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable : dommage de ne pas voir la mer à cause de tous les Bagnolet.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per piscina e area

Esperienza positiva. Ho soggiornato solo una notte durante Luglio 2017 ad un buon prezzo, in un periodo in cui tutti gli hotel hanno prezzi molto alti. L'hotel ha una bella piscina e un parcheggio sterrato ampio e gratuito. La camera superior aveva un terrazzino con una bella vista sul mare, la piscina sottostante e la ruota panoramica presente in quel periodo sul lungomare lido di Camaiore. Peccato per il check out piuttosto anticipato (10,30) e il check in dalle 15,00. La colazione self service piuttosto abbondante anche se spiace sempre doversi servire alle macchinette per caffè e cappuccini, la qualità non è mai paragonabile a quella delle macchine professionali da bar. La stanza seppur un po' datata era pulita (leggermente rumorosa l'aria condizionata), idem il bagno. Numerosi gli asciugamani a disposizione. Voto massimo per l'area intorno, l'hotel è a poca distanza dal mare e a circa un km e mezzo dalle discoteche sul lungomare di Pietrasanta. Un buon approdo, ci tornerei per provarlo per più giorni.

Väldigt nytt oh fräscht hotell med bra läge om man vill tillbringa några dagar på stranden! Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Bra rum med mysig balkong med havsutsikt. Rekommenderas för ett par dagar på stranden!

Licht und Schatten

Hotel Boschetto Die Eingangssituation des Hotels war unklar, jedoch nach einigem Suchen wurde die Rezeption gefunden. Gebucht waren zwei Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, davon eins für Rollstuhlfahrer und ein 3 –Bett Zimmer. Die Rezeption hatte die 3 Bettzimmerbuchung übersehen und bot an, eine Nacht im 2 Bett Zimmer und dann Umzug. Weil wir eine Familie waren konnte wir uns ausnahmsweise behelfen. Auf eine kleine Entschädigung oder Rückzahlung warteten wir vergebens. Leider war alles im Voraus bezahlt. Wird nicht wieder vorkommen. Ich habe als Rollstuhlfahre das größte und bestgelegendste Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit und bemüht. Leider waren nicht immer alle Aktionen von Erfolg gekrönt. Meine Klimaanlage die nicht kühlte und ausschließlich Luft umwälzte, wurde angeblich repariert. Ein Kühleffekt war jedoch auch nach der Reparatur kaum Spürbar. Das Hotel war komplett vom Satellitenempfang abgekoppelt, so dass nur italienisches Fernsehen zu bekommen war. Die W-lan Verbindung war wenig Leistungsfähig. Ein streamen war durchgängig nicht möglich. Das tägliche Frühstück war karg und eintönig. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals half uns dabei über einige Mängel hinwegzusehen. Deutlich war zu spüren, dass mit einer engagierten Führung und mit einem guten Qualitätsmangement die Zufriedenheit der internationalen Gäste noch erhöht werden könnte. Hotel praticamente frontemare, molto bello, con piscina e area giochi per bambini. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e le camere erano molto belle, con un'ampia terrazza.

mécontent de cet hôtel

hôtel bien situé, personnel accueillant, réception bar salle de petit déjeuner bien agencés propre. chambre basique très bruyante, frigo bruyant toute la nuit, mal insonorisée pas de lumière dans la chambre , coffre fort cassé, la radio ne fonctionnait pas, salle de bain minuscule, toilettes entartrées. à mon avis cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Helt ok.....

Kändes lite grann som ett hotell från 1980 men vi hade absolut inget att klaga på. Stor pool, nära stranden och restaurangerna. Bra service och välstädat och en helt ok frukost. Lite charmlöst men helt ok att stanna 2 nätter.
