This property was great. Only downside was both hot tubs were cold.

Very clean and always a pleasure to stay at this property

We have stayed here a couple times and the ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming! Room was nice and clean. Lobby and dining area were clean and staff was very friendly.

Staff were friendly and cordial. I didn’t like the stale smell of the hotel. It hits you as soon as you walk in. I liked the ease of parking and amenities.

Very clean, but reeked of marijuana

Room was extremely clean, service was 5 star. The only problem we had was that the entire hallway to our room reeked of marijuana. I feel like i shouldnt have to walk my children through clouds of weed smoke just to get to our room. If it wasn't so late we would have gone somewhere else it was so bad

Great place to stay. Carpets could be a bit cleaner in the hallways and the shower pressure was not the best in our room, but other than that all was great. We didn’t eat the dinner snacks but the breakfast was always good.

It was very comfortable. There were no issues. It was very quiet. Great place.

It was amazing! We had only booked it for one night and decided to stay an extra day. Went to the front desk and not only were they so nice, they made sure we were taken care of. Not to mention, I felt so safe at this hotel. The security there was amazing and not just anyone can enter the hotel after a certain time. I will definitely be visiting again and this will be my hotel from now on in SA.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet smelled like smelly feet. Called the front desk and they came to spray the room with air freshener. 1 hour later the room smelled bad again.

This is the place to stay in this area of San Antonio. Free parking garage that is safe and secure.

Always great family time is always best when you’re comfortable

Stayed prior to a medical procedure near by. So peace warmth and hospitality were so important for the stay! Drury plaza Hotel did not disappoint! We’ll come again!

Amazing staff

Upper end property without being snooty. Comfortable. The area is super convenient for me, easy in & out regardless of freeway construction. I always appreciate the light evening dinner with adult beverages and hot breakfast options. My favorite go-to hotel in San Antonio.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Their breakfast and evening "snacks" were awesome as well. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when the need arises.

Staff were excellent. Room was clean. The air conditioner was not working in room. Staff tried to accommodate with fans, but it was hard for me to sleep comfortably in that condition. Not to be overly dramatic, but when I opened the room door the hallway was cooler than room.

We had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect. And the free drinks each night were a great bonus.

The dinner menu terrible. Have been staying here for 4 years and same menu but taste worse. My only complaint

Property was clean, staff at front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating, and our stay was great!

I stayed one night & it was the worse stay I’ve ever experienced due to other customers’ late arrivals (9pm to 10pm) making so much noise I was awakened & wasn’t able to sleep at all. They were talking loud, loud laughter & slamming doors. This continued for three hours. Management never does anything to quiet any costumers. A warning isn’t sufficient. These disrespectful costumers should be removed from the premises immediately. People who are disrespectful & uncaring of others shouldn’t be afforded warnings. I will never recommend a stay at this property. In fact, I will deter everyone thinking of staying at this premises.

Everything excellent

I love this hotel, but I made a mistake on my reservation. I accidentally reserved it for next Wednesday Feb 12th. I rebooked it for today and love the room, but can you please refund the other reservation, or give me credit

Awesome Hotel

My wife and I love to stay at the Drury Plaza-Stone Oak every time we travel to San Antonio for a family visit. It is clean, comfortable and family orient establishment. We love the staff, breakfast and Manager special happy hour!

Never been to a Drury. This place was great! Room was a suite. I expected much less in space. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic! Big enough for two people. Quiet and clean. Bed is nice. You get a full breakfast and dinner with your stay. Also three drinks with alcohol if you're of age, each day. Parking was easy. Has an outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Was to cold outside to try it. Other people were enjoying it though. The lobby smells of popcorn. It's available to anyone staying here with no extra charge. I would come back!

Good comfortable stay

Stayed overnight after a very long drive. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Got a late check out. Only thing was walls were kind of thin and sometimes could hear people or pets in hall way but we were so tired we just ignored it. Good breakfast

Everything was good, no complaints. Room was cool and dark, and food was good. This was our 5th time here. We always come to this Drury. It’s close to everything and easy to get in and out of.

Thanks to Jamaica for finding my dip kit that I left in our room, and calling me back to pick it up. Great service!

Easy check-in, friendly staff

Drury is our go-to hotel in San Antonio. Staff makes you feel right at home upon check-in. Beddings are always fresh and smell clean. Pillows are fluffy and not stiff. Pluses are the complimentary late afternoon light meal and sumptuous breakfasts. Highly recommended!!!

Unprecedented evening reception meal

This was the first time in my 68 years that I stayed at a restaurant that served a full dinner for the evening reception. The food was excellent, and the employee who was managing the restaurant was very gracious and helpful...an excellent example of how to serve others in a service business.

Good size rooms, nice breakfast, quiet

The bathroom tile needed a deep cleaning. Need to add tea bags for hot beverage (coffee) maker supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay! We liked the included breakfast, popcorn, and afternoon kickback food! The room was clean and the location was ideal for our purposes. We really like the proximity to a local Colombian restaurant, which was really tasty!

Stains

Front desk was great and great view of the pool from our room. Stayed 6 nights cleaned room twice don’t believe they change sheets. We accidentally spilled soy sauce on bed sheet from eating on the bed,next day bed was made with soy stain slepted on bed two nights no fun especially pulling sheets off and finding a lot of old stains on mattress didn’t need to see

What a nice place for the money you pay

Everything was great. It’s nice, clean, and everyone was super nice, especially Natasha, the front desk lady. The breakfast was great, too. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is exceptional

The entire staff was exceptional throughout the 3 day stay. The Manager Clint made sure my handicapped husband had all the resources to make our stay wonderful. Tyler was also so wonderful and made me smile and laugh! This was one of our new favorite Drury Plaza Hotels to stay in!

Breakfast and dinner had multiple choices, along with being very good. Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had.

We love staying here! We came with the high school band and it was great! They were so accommodating and kind! We will definitely be back. The breakfast was really good too!

A little outdated - breakfast was not good at all compared to other hotels of the same class

It was nice up until the time we realized the air conditioner was not working. We had a very uncomfortable night…we put ac att 66 but it was 85 all night. Had never experienced this before with Drury.

Easiest check-in EVER, super nice staff. Food wasn't worth eating, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. So 8/10, or 4 stars. Absolutely will book again.

The front desk staff was super sweet and helpful. However we got to our rom, & there was a “do not disturb” sign on the room they gave us. We were able to open the door w the key that was given to us, but when I opened the door, I could see what looked like pillows and comforter on one of the beds, & trash on the dresser. We had traveled for 8 hrs and we were exhausted, so ready for bed. We had just left Red Roof Inn because we didn’t feel safe, so this concerned us at first. But staff was notified and they agave us another room. No problems after that. My friend and I could have used a glass of wine by the time we got there but no such luck at this hotel. It was almost midnight by the time we checked in.
