This hotel is is very good. Just enjoyed a very good weekend with the family. Everything is close by. Many restaurants and things to do around the hotel. No problems with our room. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Highly recommend

Everything was great, except for the fact that although the view was beautiful on the riverside, you hear all of the noise from people enjoying their time down at the river walk which compose a problem if you’re trying to sleep other than that, it was great

Great Place on the Riverwalk

This is a great place to stay on the Riverwalk. It is very close to the restaurants and walking distance to street level places, including the Alamo. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was also a lot of food at dinner time in the lobby, and, of course your 3 drink tickets. Customer service was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

This property does not disappoint. I felt very safe staying at this hotel, you need your room key to get inside this hotel. The breakfast is free and the same food is served every morning. It had a variety of Biscuit and Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, potatoes, sausages, make your own waffle, juices, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruit. You get 3 free alcoholic drinks at night but wish there was a bar at this hotel. We never ate dinner at this hotel but it was packed. Staff were very nice and this hotel was clean. The hotel is on the riverwalk and walking distance to everything. Uber was always an option which we used a lot when we had to visit somewhere further away from out hotel. Our room had a balcony and it had 2 rooms, 1 where the bedroom was and the other couch, desk and T.V. Big room and had 2 T.V.'s fridge and microwave. Would stay here again!

Great Stay

As always, the Drury was great. The room was a tad warm but nothing unbearable. The staff was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Great location but not so clean.

Our room was “upgraded” to a suite and charged accordingly, I would rather you tell me you ran out of the rooms I reserved than act like you did something special for me and up charged me for it. Also the microwave in our room still had cheese all over the inside from whenever it was used last.

Everything was awesome

Very secure covered parking. Great breakfast and great happy hour in the evenings! Access to the river walk is right from the hotel and a very short walk to everything. Staff is tremendous!

Loved our stay. The wine down, proximity to the Riverwalk, and the quietness of the hotel made for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in room 502 very load outside the window all hours of the night. Have stayed many times but will never stay on this end again!!! No sleep at all!

Everyone was so friendly. The assistant manager in charge of setting up activities took care of us first hand. It was our 22nd anniversary and they kicked the weekend of right. Nice little decorations and a chocolates. This is why we always come back to this location. The personal touch! Great job and thank you very much!!

Great stay! From the moment we arrived late in the evening, we were greeted by very friendly staff. The room was amazing with very high ceilings and beautiful views of the riverwalk. And the breakfast was good, and the evening 3 free drinks and food was amazing. I absolutely loved my stay.

We would recommend to anyone to stay here. And will definitely come back.

Nice hotel on the river walk. Staff very friendly. Parking garage could not accommodate my husband’s truck, therefore we had to park in a $35 a day lot. 😳 don’t think we will be staying downtown anymore. Too expensive.

The staff here is absolutely excellent! Friendly and helpful. Great location across the street from the Aztec. We will stay again.😊

Everything was top notch

Overall stay was good for our one night in San Antonio. We arrived slightly before check in and while we were allowed to park, we could not gain access to the building from the garage and had to walk all the way down to street level which was somewhat inconvenient and the room itself was not ready until 45 minutes after stated check in time. The room itself was clean and neat, a bit dated but not anything too bad, however smart tvs would not be a bad investment to access streaming services . Our stay overall was very nice.

Such a great stay! The front desk went out of their way to accommodate an extra night at the rate that I booked at (which was significantly lower than the "day of" booking rate). Loved the evening snacks and complimentary drinks. Fantastic location on the less busy side of the Riverwalk.

Friendly staff. Loved the River walk, rooftop pool and breakfast happy hour was perfect!

Signature happy hour/eats were a very nice touch, we enjoyed, great coffee! Buffet breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Once you stay Drury you will keep an out for them. Very satisfied. We had a truck so had to park down the street at public/pay parking. Very comfortable bed & room. Would stay again if wanting to stay downtown Riverwalk area. We were happy with our choice as met family for 4 days and they stayed here too. Used the pool/hot tub.

Delighted at Drury Inn and Suites

This was my first trip to San Antonio to see the Riverwalk the Alamo, and we wanted to choose a hotel close to both of these places. The only thing we were disappointing was the price of our 3rd day say, and then it went up additional $130 than first 2 nights. Buffet at breakfast was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised that we also were able to receive a dinner buffet and 3 complimentary cocktails for each night that we stay better.

This hotel had excellent food available in the morning and in the evening. That was very helpful.

Unique .... cool history and old buildings River ride and history very nice Motel could have been cleaner.... our room was dirty carpet filthy black socks shoes and feet .......... gross and unhealthy

The complementary full breakfast was great. The complementary evening snack and 3 alcoholic drinks was also a nice perk, even if I did not maximize it. The room's balcony over the Riverwalk was fantastic!

We have stayed here numerous times and love it . Being on the riverwalk is a plus and love kickback 5 This time they did not have our reservation though ,a little upsetting since I had called the month before to confirm Not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel that was the problem But after getting that settled everything else was great Staff is great ,especially Ina , who has been there the last few times we’ve stayed . Always willing to help even found us a place to watch the packers !

The property is not new, but there are lots of positive features. The staff is great, breakfast and happy hour offer bunch of options. The location is amazing. Parking lot available at the hotel. It was my third time at this hotel.

The property is overall nice and the staff was great. My issue and probably the reason I will not stay here again is the excessive noise. I'm a lite sleeper and wasn't able to rest well during my stay. The staff did try to assist with resolving the issue. It's just not a quiet hotel.

It was excellent. All staff were extremely nice . Snacks and drinks in the evening were wonderful.

Perfect place to visit the River Walk

A friend suggested that we visit San Antonio and stay near the River Walk. The Drury was the perfect spot with direct access to the River Walk, a substantial breakfast included, and evening social event with food and drinks. The Alamo is within easy walking distance. Overall a great place to stay and we were fortune to receive a room upgrade.

Great property on the Riverwalk.

Woke up every 20 mins to loud engines, blasting music, noise that sounded like gunshots. I have stayed here many times without any issues but this time was out of ordinary. Barely got any sleep.

The hotel was very nice. We especially liked the dinner offering. It was included and was buffet style. The food was really good quality. Breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel offering.

Great service. The patio needs to be swept. I know dust flies. Carpet needs vacuuming in corners. My room faced the wall of the other hotel, and I wasn’t allowed to upgrade. I’m still a fan of Drury.

This place was great! Right on the river and everywhere you need to go is a short walk! Love the afternoon snacks/food! Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful!

Convenient location on the river walk

Just so-so

Parking spaces are small as is the parking garage. I have a Mazda 3 BtW Floors are dirty in the hallways and in my room. I understand the hallways getting littered on the weekend but the floor in our room wasn’t even vacuumed effectively. The furniture (chair and couch) were pretty worn and shabby in our room too. The bed linens were clean and the view of the xmas lights was nice rom our balcony. Since this was a holiday weekend the food areas were extremely crowded so we opted out of the available “free” food and drinks except for coffee this morning.

Room was spacious, bed was sooo comfortable and shower was amazing, we loved the shower head. The breakfast and kickback was so awesome and the staff was extraordinary. We loved being close to everything.

Great location right on the Riverwalk. No bar on the property. Had a popular happy hour with free drinks x3 (cheap wine, beer and booze) for hotel guests. Overall good property.

We had a great stay. We came from Temple tx to have a mini vacation, me my wife and our 2 dogs. We showed up earlier then our check in time. We called when we were 45 minutes away and asked if we could check in early. They had a room ready for us by the time we showed up. It was on the river walk so we could go outside and enjoy everything.

This property in the heart of San Antonio was perfect for our family's short visit. The breakfast was huge and delicious, the cocktail hour and buffet dinner was a big savings for our family, and the location right on the river walk was perfect. We never needed a car except to get to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Poor cleaning

The staff at the property were helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel was nestled on the river walk and great for the Día de los muertos event we visited for. Would definitely stay there again.

The hallways in each floors needs to be cleaned or maybe vacuum.

The Drury Inn is our favorite place to stay while in San Antonio. The clean rooms, very friendly staff, easy parking, GREAT food - both morning and evening and located right on the riverwalk. Excellent choice and we will return!!

The front staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast and happy hour were awesome. 5 stars all the way.

Appreciated the breakfasts and kickback evening drinks and food. Our suite was roomy and clean but seemed dreary with only a little window in each part looking down the alley. Staff was very nice but we did need to remind them to clean our room on 2 of the days we were there.

The room was clean and a good size. I love the convenience of an elevator ride to the Riverwalk! The dining options were outstanding!

Making memories w/family

We were able to gather and have one last family night before some of them had to fly back home. We love this hotel because the easy access to the Riverwalk. It’s so nice to have the little soda fountain down in the lobby and the popcorn. the breakfast was great. I’ve stayed there many times before and every chance I get I will continue to stay there. I got the room that had two queen beds and the couch that let out to a bed since there was a big football game on our whole family was able to sit and watch the game together(which was 7 people). Wonderful stay ♥️

Love this hotel

The room was very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Location was perfect, situated on the river walk and within walking distance of the Majestic, several nice restaurants, and other local points of interest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and plan on staying there again on our next trip to San Antonio!

Parking was terrible. I had to spend half an hour looking for a spot since my car doesn’t fit into any available parking space . Otherwise everything was great . We loved it . Thanks for the dinner and breakfast. My kids enjoyed it
