Staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked Drury has a shuttle service. The complimentary breakfast and dinner with free cocktails was wonderful. And, I very much liked housekeeping everyday of my visit. I will absolutely stay at Drury hotel in my future travels!! Thank you for the great service!!

The staff was extremely attentive & polite. They offered a free hot breakfast as well as an awesome happy hour where adults of 21 were given 3 free drinks & snacks (which was more like a meal as they had quite the selection of food!) Nice pool & hot tub & our room was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was extremely friendly. Had a pool and a hot tub that we enjoyed each night. They had something different to eat and had breakfast in the morning. It was very clean. Enjoyed our stay and we’ll go back again.

We love tge happy hour, free foilod and drinks. Can't beat it!

Fantastic!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the freeway. The room was spacious and clean. It could use a little updating but nothing that makes the stay less comfortable. Too cold for the pool but the hot tub was great! They have a fantastic evening "kickback" with food and free drink along with a very yummy full breakfast in the morning. We felt very safe. I would definitely book here again if staying in the area.

Their shuttle stopped running at 12:30am and due to our flight being delayed, we didnt land until 12:20 am. Their shuttle had already stopped. We had to get a taxi which cost $25 to go less than 1 mile. The taxi driver tried to take us somewhere other than the Drury and it was not a pleasant experience. Felt very unsafe! The hotel itself was not very clean. Staff was not very friendly. Would not stay there again.

The room was very clean. The property is well kept. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, and accommodating.

Older hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, the mattress wasn't the most comfortable and I was told that they will service your room every day (trash discarded and bed made) unless you request otherwise. Stayed 3 nights and was only serviced once. Great staff that work there and the complimentary drinks and meals are a big plus.

Great place to stay to catch an airplane the next morning. Right off of 410 and airport. Unfortunately, the area just south of the hotel isn’t the safest but we had no issues.

The staff was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was great. But I was unpleasantly surprised that the room had neither an armchair nor a sofa. The only place to sit was a small office chair. And the room only had the bathroom mirror, no other mirrors.

I grabbed this room last minute so I would be closer to the airport the morning I was flying out. Staff was kind and helpful, thankful there was popcorn and beer for sale in the market. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was great.. only thing was housekeeping didn’t clean tub/shower good. Long black hair was in tub! A lot of hair!

Love staying at Drury locations!!

This location is excellent! Checking in and out was a breeze. Parking is safe/secure! The evening drinks and snacks are so awesome! Breakfast is also very amazing as the variety of food is plentiful unlike most hotels. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and I will definitely be staying here again when I'm down this way!! This hotel has a sister Drury directly across the street with the same amenities!

Stranded at San Antonio airport for the night due to a flight diversion, so had to scramble to find a place to stay. The hotel was affordable, close to the airport and clean. The front desk person was lovely, as were the shuttle drivers. I would definitely recommend!

Drury is my new favorite hotel chain to stay at

After our recent trip to San Antonio Drury will be our number 1 pick for hotel stays. The rooms were clean, great breakfast options and evening snack bar included in price. We’ve already booked our next Drury stay in Houston!

Overall it was a good stay. My only issue is that there was long, black, almost curly, hair on my bathroom floor and on some of the bathroom towels. There were a few on my bed as well. Housekeeping and laundry staff should be required to wear hair nets.

Excellent staff and very attentive to our needs. I'm now in my 70s and we asked for a walk-in shower and we were immediately accommodated, because my hip injury. Room was perfect, as well as the afternoon reception of food and drinks. Highly recommended!!

The food options are amazing and the amenities are great. The only issues we had were loud kids constantly running in the halls which was not the hotels fault. Amazing hotel overall.

I got a room with a balcony. Top floor had a nice view of sunset. The downside is that you could hear traffic noise even with the door shut.
