Love this place!

We stay here often on the way to visit family. It’s beautiful, comfortable, very clean, quiet, convenient with free breakfast, supper, drinks and popcorn!

We chose this hotel specifically to use the pool and hot tub, so it was disappointing to find them closed during our one-night stay. While the evening "kickback" was a nice touch, the hot food options were unfortunately just lukewarm. The furniture in our room was noticeably worn and gave the impression that it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. Additionally, there was a large gap in the door that not only allowed us to see into the hallway but also made it easy to hear everything outside. Overall, not the first time experience we were hoping for.

In addition to being clean and very quiet, they offered a wide selection of breakfast foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Always a nice breakfast and happy hour. Room and pool area very well kept. MOST of staff were very friendly! Large dogs in room next to us and weren't made aware dogs were allowed on this property. I am allergic to large hairy dogs.

Great place to stay!

Would highly recommend staying at Drury Hotels. Meal 530-7 pm. And great breakfast! Everything was outstanding! Room spacious, bed comfortable.

Getting too high priced

Great place to stay but pricing will likely cause us to look elsewhere for a room.

Nice place to stay

Staff was fantastic & friendly. Breakfast & evening food was excellent. They even had fresh popcorn every afternoon as a snack. Hotel is next door to DQ & Pizza Inn and is right off the highway so convenient & easy to access. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Pool area was nice but water in hot tub was lukewarm. They were shutting it down for maintenance after we checked out so that issue may be resolved.

Hotel was older, bit very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was that the alarm clock in the room went off at 4:00 am. We didn't think to check if it was set before we went to sleep!

The staff is so nice, the breakfast is great and the room was clean!

Everything was great except the couch in the room had dog hair on it that would be on your clothing when you got up and the hot tub was not hot enough.

The rooms and facilities are fantastic! The staff make you feel at home and to top it off they provide a Kickback hour and half at Dinner time for guests!

I've stayed at this property several times and it's always clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again.

Another Drury Stay in the Books

The hotel is clearly older based upon the outside. Our room was clean. The only complaint is the layout. If the desk and dresser were swapped it would be less tight walking into our room. This may have been because our room was over the lobby. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel does have an event space and thus was very busy over the weekend. Breakfast and evening snacks were nothing special but appreciated.

Felt welcomed and wanted there.

Drury will be our first choice from now on

The moment we checked into the hotel we were amazed with the friendliest of staff. Our room was comfortable, adorable, and very clean. A full hot breakfast, and full hot supper is served daily. Three free cocktails per adult customer at supper time. All staff went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay pleasant. We didn’t meet everyone, however, our encounter with the assistant manager, Pam ( breakfast staff) , and Troy ( maintenance) was reason enough for them all to have a raise. Customer service is superior. The Bavarian theme is intriguing. Hot tub after a day of golf was just what we needed. Coffee pot in room.

Amazing hotel

Was the first time taking the whole family to a Drury Hotel. They all loved it. They were shocked they had had food there. I've stayed in a few when I was working out of town.

Jackson Drury Inn stay

Excellent room and very comfortable. The shower was a bit tricky, but didn't detract from our stay. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of choices.

Great Four Night Stay

Well maintained, clean rooms and common areas. Breakfast was above average. The staff was friendly and polite. The location was perfect for our needs.

We always stay at the Jackson, MO Drury Inn when visiting our daughter at college in Cape Girardeau. The service is exceptional - everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We love the complimentary happy hour and breakfast and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our new favorite hotel! Kick back was awesome!

The two TVs in our room had poor reception. Pixelation issues. It was on all stations. We didn't notify anyone, but that was the only issue we had. Room was very large and comfortable.

As always the staff always makes sure our stay is wonderful.

They could have an ice machine on each level. But other than that, everything was okay.

The Drury’s take pride in their services and amenities and that always makes for a great stay with them! From the kickback, to the hot tub and pool , along with breakfast in the a.m., this makes it where you can have a weekend getaway and not want to leave the hotel.

Good stay

The room was just as expected double bed suit with pullout bed worked great for my family of 5. Food options were grest and taste was good. Even though they were at compacity some nights, the parking lot had plenty of spots available. Dairy queen, a pizza buffet place and a gas station were right next door if you needed anything else.

Safety is everything to me when traveling with my family and I felt just that, safe.

Great Hotel

Good quality clean hotel. Our family stayed for a soccer tournament and would stay again.

This was by far the best experience we've had with places to stay. The manger was very friendly & made sure we were taken care of. The means being included was a bonus. We will definitely stay at your hotels in the future.

Love this Drury Inn. It is my go to when in the area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are professional and friendly. Of course, the kickback happy hour and breakfast are excellent, too. Safe area with plenty of parking. Great stop on a trip!

Great facility and good food but hot water for shower wouldn’t stay warm more than about 3 mins then turned cold. But great staff as we have been staying here for 3 yrs this time of year for a golf tournament.

Breakfast and Dinner were included. Popcorn nightly. They also had free alcoholic beverages if you like them. I would stay here again

Great place, we arrived too late for dinner but Dairy Queen was just next door. They had the best scrambled eggs at any hotel we have stayed at. Lots of green space for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great! We travel a lot and this is our go to place when in the area. The staff is the best in the Midwest. Always willing to go above and beyond. We would take any of them on as our own staff. Customer service is a priority here as it should be in this industry.
