Hotel was very clean so was the room. It was close walking distance to the beach. Food and amenities were in walking distance. Definitely staying there again. Plus no resort fee.

I had accidentally booked the wrong night but when I arrived the staff took care of it immediately and put me at ease. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved the dedication to conservation with the solar powered water heater! Unique experience and beautiful lobby as well.

Great place to stay before flying home

We needed somewhere convenient to stay, close to the airport. Dream Hotel is ideally located, close to Loiza Street with lots of places to eat and relax. Wonderful!!

Great boutique style hotel with easy access to everything. Beach, restaurants, and bars are all in walking distance. We stayed for one night for a long lay over and it was perftect. Jorge was amazing and gave us recommendations that exceeded our expectations.

I grew to enjoy the ambiance of the quaint hotel. It is intimate and very Zen ( perfect since it was just my spouse and I) However the photos are misleading the balcony isn't a true balcony and it faces the street so if You stand there people walking can see and hear you. Cleanliness could've been way better since its small. Humidiity is understandable but paper products shouldn't smell like mold when they are being used to wipe intimate areas. Overall I enjoyed my stay didn't have any issues staff was great! The hotel was okay and little extras like beach supplies made up for a bit of what was lacking in other areas. LOCATION!! Great and central walking distance to Ocean Park beach good food nearby although expensive. I would stay there again for the right price.

Dream Inn is a peaceful stay. Staff friendly & accomadating. Outdoor shower after beach a plus. Nice plunge pool for a quick cool down. Rooftop offers views, swinging bench & hammock. No complains here!

Great stay! Self checkin process for after hours arrival was seamless - instructions were shared on the checkin date. Location is convenient to a quiet part of the beach and accessible to many restaurants, cafes and Walgreens nearby. Staff were super friendly and helpful to provide local recommendations for first time PR visitors. Enjoyed using the rooftop facility which had chairs and 1 umbrella table.

Excellent stay for a last minute booking. We missed our flight home, so we needed to book a hotel for an overnight stay asap! I had to quickly find a hotel to stay at overnight since it was getting late. This place had some high ratings for a good value. The location was awesome, only a couple of blocks away from the beach!

Bad customer service

We loved this hotel! So comfortable, cute and eco friendly. A lot of restaurants and the beach are walking distance. Also, old San Juan and El Condado are super close driving. The staff was great! They explained everything to us and let us check out 30 min after our time due to our flight departing late. They also provided stuff to take to the beach which was nice. Great Hotel!!!❤️ will definitely come back here

Everything was amazing. The service, the room and the atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was very nice and had lots of room. The pool is very nice as well and I had it all to myself. If you like to watch netflix at night bring your roku stick or computer or whatever set uo you have cause they only have direct tv and the tv’s aren’t intelligent. It’s walking distance from the beach and has lots of restaurants nearby.

Very welcoming!! We were greeted upon arriving with offers of water and freshly brewed coffee! The woman was incredibly helpful with directions to different places to eat and visit! Very clean and comfortable!

Great staff. Our flight was delayed and they sent detailed intrstructions for a late check-in. They put our room key in a lock box, sent us the code, and when we showed up, we were able to go straight to our room-which are modern and nice. The pool is great too.

So sorry but traffic noise outside of my unit was super loud. I realize that the hotel cannot control what's happening outside, but the rooms facing the main street are just in an unfortunate location. I really like the facility and perhaps would consider a room in a different part of the building. DS

Nice property close to beach access and plenty of dining options. Check in was great with very helpful host! Tons of suggestions for things to do before we go on a cruise tomorrow! We would DEFINITELY stay again!!

Beautiful hotel

This is a charming hotel just a couple if blocks from a nice beach. (We loved all the dogs on the Ocean Park beach, but that might not be for everyone). Lots of restaurants and bars nearby; (not on the beach). The hotel had many relaxing areas where on could sit, or lie in a hammock on the lovely rooftop. The staff couldn’t be nicer, though note it’s not staffed at night; (locked up well). Cons: street noise but not enough to keep me awake. Limited hot water one night. A little worn. The lovely staff and environment greatly outweighed these things and I’d definitely stay again!

San Juan

It was amazing, great customer service and very helpful.

Dream Inn itself was clean and the front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful & pleasant. Our main complaint was that there was no hot or even warm water in our shower. The rooms are quite small, adequate for a couple but no more.The people we were traveling with said their shower control handle came off when the tried to turn it on. There are some good bakeries and coffee shops in the area but the surrounding radius is rather run down.

They don’t have a shuttle service. Response I sent was answered but hotel staff says it didn’t come from them.I would stay again nice and clean friendly staff

This is a travelers hotel… it has everything you need and nothing you don’t need. Incredible detail to design and architecture with a beautiful rooftop. The stores nearby will give you a discount when they see you’re staying at this hotel. The hotel can be loud from the busy street out front. Best part is the beach being so incredibly close… it’s 200m away.

Would rather finish my stay before giving final opinion.

Gentrifying neighborhood has some sketchy areas though it is safe in daylight hours. Beach was safe and clean.

We stayed 5 days and we loved it. They really thought of everything. From the coolers to the chairs to the beach towels to the sunscreen for their guests. So many options for dinning at walking distances. Beach is also walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Everything about this place was beautiful! It is family owned by Nimu and her husband with additional staff (I’m horrible at names) and everyone was amazing and so so kind and welcoming. Rooms were clean, Nimu gave clear advice as to where to go for nearby eats and it is just minutes away from the beach! Take advantage of the pool, as it’s very easy to get it privately for yourself. I spent 9 nights here and will miss it! Definitely coming again, after the total of 3 times coming to Puerto Rico (the first two being in high end resort hotels), Dream Inn was the best!

The people encountered, from front desk to housekeeping were so friendly, helpful and nice. The facility is so well kept, it is as if every single space has been thought of. The rooms are in good condition, includes a mini bar. The bathroom is spacious and impeccably clean. There is a small pool that looks very inviting, and they even provide beach towels, mats, coolers, if you feel like walking to the beach (1 block away). Oh, almost forgot the most important part which is the AC, the best. I might be rambling a bit, but aside from this place not having restaurants and bars, like the big mega resorts (you find restaurants, coffee houses within a 2 min. walk), this stay was seamless and perfect in every way (unlike the big resorts) TLDR: Superclean rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to entertainment. Great relaxing spaces, Koi pond, kitchenette area, small pool, parking spots, best employees. 5 star service at a great price, even better than big resorts.

El lugar está bien ubicado. Deberían brindar mantenimiento por ejemplo; lavamanos (se tapa), sale mal olor de los desagües, los matres están de cambiar. En mi opinión según lo tienen está ideal para pasar solo una noche.

AC blows cold and comfortable beds. Good size room. Strong wifi. Bathroom is clean as was the room and property but the bathroom could use some minor remodeling - not that it is a dealbreaker. Perhaps consider using better quality body soap and shampoo, again, not a dealbreaker

The hotel building is interesting in it's own right and even better to stay in. Easy to get to and convenient to beach, shopping and dining areas. Good neighborhood and very friendly helpful staff. Eco-conscious solar hot water too.

Area has a lot of loud traffic at night but otherwise hotel is perfect, really nice place.

Wanted to spend Christmas and New Years in San Juan, my usual guest house could only give us 10 days around Christmas. 4 days at Dream Inn for New Years. HAPPY ACCIDENT. If you are in San Juan for something that has fireworks, THIS IS THE PLACE. Highest rooftop terrace in a area where building height is limited, this is the highest point. PR loves their fireworks and this is where to see them. Place is tiny 13 rooms, all small but serviceable in a unique building. Again, a very cool place with the best rooftop deck for fireworks. Owners are hands on. CON: Solar hot water. I've stayed in other places with solar, and their system is inadequate. Most days luke warm at best, and that is after 'oh, let it run a minute'. Not enough minutes in eternity.

We stayed for a night here. The host was very nice and allowed us an early check in. The hotel is very clean, lots of good food places nearby. Highly recommend.

It was as expected, only issue was the parking which seemed first come first serve but luckily we always had a spot. Pool was a great fresher the roof deck was amazing with a great view. Definitely will return here soon

We liked the room cleaning service. We like the roof top. We like that the beach, cafe and restaurants were close by. We did not like the limited parking space and tight parking spaces.
