This motel is smell of smoke,no shower room so floor is wet all the times Room is small with the describes, not clean & old dated.

2번째 여기 자는건데 직원들 신속하고 친절합니다. 늦게가도 체크인 신속하게 잘 처리해줍니다. 잠자리는 뭐 고급은 아니고 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자고 갈만은 합니다. 공항 근처라서 약간 소음이 있긴한데 그래도 잠은 크게 방해받지 않았습니다.

Room spacious, clean and tidy. Bathroom small and shower makes the whole room wet so the floor gets very slippery.

Not a non-smoking hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was quite quiet considering it’s proximity to the airport and a busy road. The corridors were quite echoey however. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that the hotel wasn’t non-smoking and the room stank of cigarettes and I woke up with a sore throat as a result. Based on that I would not stay here again as I don’t think it’s healthy. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Walkable from the Hanoi airport. Stayed for a few hours, just enough to shower and take a 3-4 hour rest before next flight.

BEWARE

We were given room on the 5th floor where jackhammers and drills were being used at 8 a.m. making sleep impossible. Despite offering airport transfers, no one came to pick us up, and no one could offer any explanation. Meager breakfast, staff spoke little or no English. .

YUCK!

We booked 1 night as we had a flight the next morning. This hotel is very close to the airport, so close that taxis refuse to come and drive us there! I called the hotel and they picked us up at 1am, thankfully. Here stops the positive of this hotel. The room is big enough, but the TV did not work, the cleaning was not done properly and the shower was dirty and there was no toilet paper. I can organize myself with a cheap room but when the dirty sanitary napkins of the client before us have been left in the trash of the bathroom, I wonder. I went to bed partly dressed and did not take a shower. There were dirty glasses in the hallway ashtray and people were smoking everywhere ... Yuck.

close to airport but that's all I can really say. the room was not clean but at least the air conditioning worked. we had to walk in the rain with our bags as no one was there to pick us up as prior arranged. Breakfast was meager. unfortunately we didn't enjoy this stay sorry

Short stay only and good for transfers only. Breakfast is basic and there is not much around the area.

No air conditioning. So you open your window to the streets sounds of the airport, where the traffic and horns never stop, bathroom was not very clean and the shampoo/ body wash were half used. Disgusting.

Free shuttle transfers from airport. Noon used.

They provided free both legs, from and to airport. Really nice response, I can manage with staff in advance. Staff have nice service like expensive hotels. Worth for shot transfer at Hanoi airport. I slept at noon for three hours, took shower. Compare with same cost, better than lounge in Airport. Including wasted 30 minutes for both legs car transferring was still much better than sitting a sofa in Lounge.

Hanoi airport hotel

Just returned from trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. This hotel was by for the WORST hotel I stayed at ! Needed to call for pickup initially. The staff spoke very little English and the room was dirty and the hotel was in a desolate area. I would sleep in the airport on the floor before choosing to stay at the Dragon Airport hotel.

Ideal if need hotel close to airport.

Ideal if you have early departure or late arrival at airport.

OK airport hotel.

OK. Price was high for the offerings, compared to other similar options that cost 25% less. Breakfast was very basic (two sunny side up egg , two slices of white bread, two bananas, and a cup of tea or packaged coffee) I believe the check-in clerk purposely delayed from checking me into a room until after I tipped the hotel driver.

Good value for short stay

Free shuttle to hotel. Car not waiting upon srrival but did send when I called. Room clean with fan snd air conditioning. Bathroom had new toluet. Sink water drained into a floor drain which caught me by surprise. Shower came out frim wall and was ‘open’ between sink snd toluet. Breakfast was fried eggs, a toasted bun, fresh fruit, and coffee. Free shuttle to airport!

You could literally walk from the airport to here

I booked this hotel mostly because of its location near the airport, and the positive ratings from other guests. I was not disappointed. It's not fancy. The furnishings have seen some wear. The breakfast is spartan (fried eggs and toast) but freshly made for you on the spot.. It's clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly (though their English is limited), and make sure they will get to the airport promptly. I got the impression it's family run. The neighborhood has many small shops and restaurants, so you won't starve, and the owners there are also friendly. The area is really a Vietnamese neighborhood that happens to be right next to an airport. It won't be there forever. If the airport expands, which it probably will, the Dragon and the other shops will likely be razed. Enjoy a visit while you can.

absolutely terrible,arrived late and didnt want to travel to old quarter {BIG MISTAKE}.free shuttle didnt turn up at airport,room was freezing and air con did not work slept with coat on asked twice to sort but couldnt understand us ,area surrounding there is nothing apart from a vietnamese cafe or two which are filthy.if u just need a sleep over and arrive late and leave early then maybe you will be ok any longer FORGET IT.

Convenient but horrible

Hotel room was unclean, damp and smelt terrible. Airport transfer times are at a time convemient to the staff rather than the prearranged time. The only thing in it’s favour is its proximity to the airport. It’s no way near a 3* hotel, 1.5 would be more realistic.

Simple but comfortable. 10-min walk from T2

We stayed in this hotel because we had a late flight and then an early one in the morning and didn’t want to go into the city center (which is like 45-min away). The room was simple but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful (they drove us to the airport the next day for free). Breakfast: tea or coffee, fruit and two fried eggs. Excellent to start the day. The only downside was that it took us some time to find the path that leads to the hotel. Once we figured this out it was an easy 10-min walk. (If you arrive to terminal 1, take the free shuttle to terminal 2. From terminal 2, turn right as soon as you step out from the terminal and go straight until you see the hotel. You’ll find a path, a small bridge, and then the path continues.)

The hotel is within the walking distance from the International airport. So it's convenient for the travellers who have the overnight transit. The staff is polite and have the adequate level of English communication.

Free airport pick up and drop off are the deal that we are looking for. The room was ok because we just need a place for waiting for our next flight.

Good Airport Hotel

10 to 15 minutes walk from the international terminal. Or they have a free transfer if you don't want to walk. Rooms were clean, bathroom abit tatty but fine for 1 night. We didn't try the breakfast.

Efficient!

Both check-in and check-out were the fastest I've ever experienced. No time wasted on pleasantries. Includes free bottled water and a fast (~5 minute) ride to the airport terminal.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is very close to the Hanoi Airport. It was a welcome relief after arriving to Vietnam in the evening to have a hotel within a few minutes from the Airport. The rooms are relatively small but besides the size issue, they were clean, inexpensive and quite comfortable. Next time I fly into Hanoi, I will stay at the Dragon Airport Hotel.

Convenient stay

Staff is super friendly. Great location, probably the most closest hotel to the airport. Free breakfast and shuttle are provided. The shortcoming is it's room facilities - no hairdryer and poor wifi service.

I stayed 1 night. It was rather noisy. There was no hairdryer in room, but one was available at reception. It was reasonable value for money.

Pleasant walk to/from the airport

This was a perfectly fine hotel for what I needed -- reasonably priced, clean, quiet, complementary breakfast of eggs, toast, coffee and fruit, and although the had a shuttle, it felt great to walk on a safe, wide, lighted walking path that was a straight shot from the airport.

Very close to airport

This is a 2 star hotel very close to the airport. nice if you arrive late and/or are departing the next day early. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Bed is good for sleeping. Bathroom is small and old. there is no shower curtain so everything gets wet. Shower / water temperature is good (we didn't run out of hot water - which was a problem in another of the hotels we were staying at). Breakfast was 2 fried eggs with bread and a variety of fruits. The group I was traveling with agreed that this was the best coffee they had in all the trip.

Breakfast before flying was great, room neat, tidy and spacious. Bathroom a bit random - hard to have a shower without washing the entire bathroom. Recommend for overnight with early or late flights out.

Convenient location right near Hanoi airport. It can get pretty loud though as it is right on the highway. Breakfast was ok, set menu of 2 eggs, toast and fruits. Had better...

공항에서 가까운 점이 가장 큰 장점입니다. 가격을 생각하면 그냥 잘만한 수준이고요. 밤늦게 공항에 도착하거나 이른 아침에 공항에서 출발해야 한다면 거리 상으로 최고입니다. 다만, 시설이나 청결 상태는 너무 큰 기대 안하시는 것이 좋습니다. 미리 요청하면 픽업도 공짜로 나와주니 밤늦은 시간 하노이로 바로 들어가기 싫은 분들에게 좋습니다.

spacious and clean room, very near airport. there's a direct path from the airport, once you exit arrival hall turn right and keep on walking on the path and you'll see the big red sign of the hotel. it's about 10minutes on foot, so might be troublesome if you have big and heavy luggage. you can also book for free airport transfer beforehand or when you checkin. perfect place to stay if you have an early flight to catch or have long transit at the airport. will stay again.

Close to the airport

It was cheap to book and when I arrived, I realised why. I was looking for somewhere close to the airport as I had an early morning flight out. There was no food available, and drinks sat in a fridge cabinet which was unplugged - so warm beer for a 34 degree night - not great. The room was quite warm and the bed was hard. The shower was an open one that wet the entire bathroom floor. In all, I guess that I got what I paid for - would've paid double for a little more comfort!

the hotel is in a walkable distance from the airport. you can see the "red light", indicating where the hotel is from the airport. the room was clean .the breakfast is simple fried eggs ,toasts and some fruits. they also provide a service to take me and family to the airport.

Hotel Airport

Hotel is not located in terminal 2 but a short 5 min taxi away (you would struggle to walk this due to airport layout). Although there was nothing wanting it was very basic and the bed was uncomfortable. It was also noisy and the wifi didn't work. Breakfast was ok, 2 fried eggs with toast and fruit.

深夜発の帰国便に搭乗する為、夕方から２１時過ぎまで休憩の為に前日予約しました。 空港まで徒歩１０分程です。 部屋は狭いですが、まあまあ綺麗で湯舟は無し。 布団の柔軟剤？の匂いがちょっと苦手でした。

空港から歩ける、みたいなので利用しました。 歩けますが、ちゃんとした歩道という訳でもないので注意して歩いて下さい。部屋は広かったし、Wi-Fi無料ですし、多くを求めない方には充分なコスパだと思いました。

深夜早朝空港到着の心強い味方。

空港まで歩いて行ける。居室は清潔感があり快適。洗面台が斜めになっているので物が置けなくて不便。

国際線ターミナルから徒歩圏内

翌朝の早朝便に備え宿泊。ダブルベッド×2台の4人部屋で広々。シャワールームは独特の排水システム（洗面所から流れた水がシャワースペース横のパイプを通って排水口へ流れる仕組み）のため使用中はややうるさいかも。ノイバイ空港ターミナル2（国際線）まで荷物を持った状態で徒歩12～13分程度。ホテルから空港へ向かうまでに早朝から営業している麺屋が数件あった。

Billig in Preis und Leistung

Naja ist wenigstens günstig und gut gelegen für den Flughafen. Transport an Flughafen kann organisiert werden kostet aber fast das doppelte wie ein Grab Taxi. Sauberkeit sehr bedenklich, habe mich unwohl gefühlt. Die Laken, das Bad und der Geruch im Hotel würden mich keine 2te Buchung machen lassen, sa würde ich etwas mehr in eine Nacht investieren

お部屋自体は清潔が保たれていて、過ごしやすかったです。 シャワーは古く、少し難ありでした。 空港からとても近いため、飛行機の音は聞こえましたがぐっすり眠れました。 早朝便搭乗のための短時間滞在には、最適でした。 ありがとうございました。

早朝飛行機利用には機能的です。　

早朝の国内線利用のために利用しました。 ハノイ市街からグラブタクシーで行きましたが、国際線ターミナル過ぎてすぐに大きくホテル名のネオンが出ているのですぐわかりました。 1階には食堂が併設されていて、早朝朝ごはん用に前夜のうちにオムレツをテイクアウトしました。　 チェックイン時に翌朝5時の国内線ターミナルへの車を手配してもらいました。　翌朝もその車がホテル前にいて出発もスムーズでした。　 エレベータもあり、部屋は広く清潔で問題なかったです。 シャワーとトイレに仕切りはないのでずぶ濡れな感じでした。　

　値段なりです。一泊、寝るだけならよいのでは。

空港からも近く、トランジット目的で滞在するにはとても良いホテルでした。 スタッフの方も皆フレンドリーで、気持ちよく対応していただけました。

事前にエクスペディアから空港にピックアップをお願いしたところ、すぐに返事をもらえて安心しました。 空港を出たところで名前を書いたカードを持って待っていてくれるとのこでしたが、同じようにカードを持っている人が多くいて見つけられず。 なのでホテルに電話をすると、柱に書いてある番号を教えてくれ、そこに行くとちゃんと待っていてくれました。 子連れで夜に空港に着いたため、とてもありがたかったです。 翌朝も有料でしたが、朝早く空港まで送ってもらえました。 朝食のフォーもトーストもフルーツもお茶も美味しかった！ 英語の苦手な私でも困ることなく過ごせました。 若い従業員さんばかりで皆明るく優しかったのが印象深いです。 それから女性で日本語の発音がとてもキレイな従業員さんがいて感動しました。 勉強中だと言っていましたが、頑張ってほしいです。

一人旅トランジット

トランジットの為利用。 空港から歩いて10分ぐらい。 朝は空港まで送りあり。 値段の割には清潔な部屋でよかった。

空港から近くて深夜便または早朝便の利用にいい

ハノイノイバイ空港に23時頃到着しました。 Hotels.comで予約する際に、特別リクエストを記入する欄に空港への迎えを お願いする旨書いたのですが、特に返信もありませんでした。 空港から歩けるようでしたので歩いて、徒歩10分位。 ダブルベッドルームは広くて快適でした。 エアコンも付くし、ビールやジュース、お水はフロントで購入可能です。 ビールは1缶2万ドン。 シャワーとトイレが一緒というベトナムではよくある形態。 古さはありますが、掃除もちゃんとされていましたので、問題無いかと思います。 ベッドはちょっと固めですが、まぁこの価格ならこんなもんだと思って利用しました。

外の音と蚊に悩まされてあまりよく眠れなかったです。 トランジットで使ったので、空港に大きな荷物は預けて歩きましたが、夜だったのでちょっと怖かったです。タクシーに乗ればよかった。 チェックアウト時は無料で空港まで送ってもらえました。朝食のフォーも美味。

寝るだけのための価格相応のホテルと考えれば特に不満はありません。

安かったので、古い、汚いは仕方ないかなという感じです。朝食のフォーは美味しかったです。

慣れていないせいか、空港からのピックアップサービスがよくわからなかった。そもそも、知らない人と知らないところで待ち合わせをするのは難しい。 空港から近いホテルだが、道路状況的に歩くのは難しいと思うのでピックサップサービスは使わなければならない。（もしくはtaxi）

ハノイ空港到着が夜だったので、本当に空港から徒歩圏内にホテルが存在するか（エクスペディアの地図が間違っていないか）不安だったが、ちゃんと徒歩１０分程度のところに在り、立地は最高に良い。 ホテルフロントや部屋については最低限レベルだが、値段と立地を考慮すれば及第点以上かな。 トランジット目的ならば再訪もアリだが、数泊して観光の拠点と考えるには、少し厳しい。

공항에서3분거리택시요금흥정필요없고 미터기로10000ㅡ0하나빼고÷2=500원 미리알았으면 이용많이하고 좋았을걸, 그리고조식 국수국물진국.

Mycket skabbigt hotell

Bra service, hotellet hämtade och lämnade oss gratis på flygplatsen i Hanoi. Väl framme på hotellet var det en mardröm. Superfuktigt hotell, hål i taket, mögligt badrum, skitigt och flertal kackerlackor på rummet.

深夜０時前にノイバイ空港T2に到着。空港エントランスからホテルの赤いネオンが見えるので何となく安心感を抱きつつも、何かあったらどうしようかと思うような夜道を進みホテルに到着。設備はそれなりですが、チェックアウト時にT1までの送迎をお願いしたところ、即クルマを出してくれました。トランジットホテルとしての利用と考えれば問題ないのではと思います。

Décevant, hôtel désuet, bruits incessants durant la nuit, ... Un minimum de respect du sommeil est un minimum.

Hotellets åbenlyse berettigelse, er beliggenheden lige ved lufthavnen og prisen. Der er meget støj - sikkert pga mange ind- og udtjekninger. Stedet er slidt, men ok.

ハノイ国際空港に近いホテルで。空港から徒歩約10分ですが、24時間の無料空港送迎（有料の場合もあるとのこと）があります。チェックアウト時、フロントスタッフより「無料送迎がある」と話があり、お言葉に甘えました。スタッフは皆さん親切です。

ノイバイ空港ターミナル２から歩いて10分、１キロほど！ ターミナル２を右へと空港脇の歩道を歩いていくことができる。 ホテルの周辺には24時間営業のフォーやカインチュアなどの軽食屋があり、便利だ。

방은 넓은편이었고 저렴한 가격대비 만족스러운 편이었으며, 공항옆에 있어 경유시 간단하게 묵기 편했습니다. 조식은 옆 식당에서 쌀국수나 반미(식빵??ㅜㅜ) 선택가능하고 과일(수박)과 커피or티 줍니다. 공항까지 무료로 데려다주니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

空港までの迎えがなかった。深夜１時の到着でと頼んどいたのに、お出向かいは、なかった。朝食は、横のレストランで本場の牛肉のせフォー、最高においしかった。帰りは、空港まで送っていただいた。

深夜01:00到着便で、翌日ホーチミンに飛ぶ予定で宿泊しました。 空港から歩いて15分弱ですが、道は暗くオススメはしません。ホテルは評価どうり古く、清潔感はありませんでした。朝食がついているようです。ホテルが空港シャトルを無料で出しているので、事前予約するか、Grabアプリを使う方がいいかもしれません。空港シャトルは来ない可能性もあるかもしれませんし、当日の夕方エクスペディアから当ホテルにメールしましたが、なしのつぶてでした。 　ついでに、関空から深夜便が出ているので、追記ですが、インターナショナル空港からドメスティック空港までは、徒歩１０分ほどで、歩くことができるそうです。ただ、道が暗く危険がないとは言えないので、到着便のあとはそこそこ国内線に歩く人がいるので、流れに乗ってついていくといいと思います。空港で客待ちしているタクシーは5倍ほどぼるようですが、それでも、500円か1000円の距離です。ただ、深夜便で疲れている時にはすごく面倒なので、やはりベトナムではGrabタクシーが必須でしょう。まだインストールしてない人は今すぐにインストールして、クレジットカードも登録してしまいましょう。ホテルまで現金いらずで、移動できますし、タクシーの運転手とのやり取りもほぼゼロです。ちなみにUberはベトナムから撤退しましたから一切使えません。 ベトナムは東南アジアの中では治安がいい方だとは思いますが、日本在住歴のあるベトナム人曰く、日本のように安全ではないので、くれぐれもご注意下さいとのことでした。女性の深夜便は当然NGですよ。

空港から歩いて行ける距離で、値段相応ですが寝るだけなら十分なホテルです。 ただ、深夜の場合タクシー勧誘が酷く、歩くには暗い道通りのため、ご注意ください。

커플이나 가족여행으로는 어울리지 않는 출장자 위주의 비지니스 호텔로 적합 이틀간 숙박을 하였는데 출장자에게는 가성비가 좋은 호텔임 세탁비도 싸고 직원들도 친절함. 주변 식당이 현지인들만 가는 식당이라 가격도 싸고 음식도 좋으나 베트남어를 알아야지만 주문이 가능함

ハノイノイバイ空港至近の格安ホテル

夜遅い到着便で、翌日ノイバイ空港で知人と待ち合わせの為、空港から至近距離のホテルに1泊。 ホテルに到着した所、2つの部屋が修理中の為、別のホテルに案内される。車で数分の距離だったが、ホテルランクは更に落ちる。 ついているはずのペットボトルの水はないし、綺麗かというとそうではないし。 非常に残念でした。
