Amazing and value for money spent

We have enjoyed each and every moment of our stay in your hotel. We are blown away by your services. Especially to mention the services rendered by Ms.Dolly and Ms. Kayal in the Asia Alive was amazing. All our family members have enjoyed your food in the restaurant. Kerala style Molie fish curry, Karuvepilai fish fry and Corn Upma are few of the outstanding dishes that we enjoyed in your restaurant. Kudos to all your team members...

Stay was good. Staff and Service was super good. The property and rooms are dated.

We had a great time. The hotel staff were polite and courteous. They provided us with a Crib for our infant. The food was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was absolutely awesome at this property. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The breakfast was sumptuous. The south indian dishes were awesome. We had a three year old with us and he was really looked after by all the staff. Definitely staying here again.

not much variety food near hotel. Except hotel, there are not much food eatable. (Dirty, not hygene etc...)

Excellent and recommend this property

Decent hotel well located, rooms are dated, but can't fault staff or breakfast buffet, both excellent, great roof top pool and bar area. Very good gym facility.

Great service

Convenient if you want to be within a 90 minute radius of the airport and visit nearby IT parks. Excellent F&B in the hotel and staff are very helpful & accommodating. The furniture could do with a bit of upgrade and repair in places. Choose a room with a view of the small wooded area behind the hotel.

Great place to stay. Mainly, the welcoming from the staff was nice during the check-in process and also warm gesture from Ritika and shaifali towards customers was good. Happy to visit again next time.

Lovely hotel. Very clean room, good amenities. Superb staff and everybody was super helpful.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They upgraded me without asking and booked me into a Suite. The breakfast was very good.

Pros: Convenient location to HSR, clean room. Cons: Breakfast at other hotels is better. My plans also changed and needed to reduce from 5 nights to 4 nights but they would not accommodate change in fees. Mentioned it would have been possible if booked directly with them but because I booked from Expedia they couldn't make the change.

The extra mile.

Amazing food, hotel, 360 fusion bar, rooms and staff, with Aishwarya arranging a surprise birthday cake for our arrival, completely unexpected. Great rooftop 360 fusion bar, really nice atmosphere and food, Great cocktail menu too, Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was some confusion on purchased package options and hotel staff were repetitively confused. Like day 1 they were reconfirming on airport transfer and day 2 they were revalidating on breakfast, then on day 3 reconfirming again on breakfast airport transfer. This should have been better confirmed with Expedia on day 1 itself or best even before the guest arrived. Created heavy discomfort and confusion.

Well located for my purposes and felt home away from home

We called multiple times to the hotel from bangalore airport, they haven't respond properly. We haven't check in to the hotel. We lost our money by booking this.

Staff here is excellent. Food is quite good. Dinning area staff Sabnam, Jyoti, Vijay, Sarfarosh Erica are excellent, never flustered even when there is a mad rush in the morning. Kashi, Shiva and Stefin are amazing at providing you with any help you need regarding say cleaning your room to coffee. Also a big thank you to the front desk ,which is clearly overworked, for taking the time to help us always and going the extra mile. Also thanks to the staff for getting us a cake before we left. My family were very happy with our stay and will miss the lovely and wonderful staff at the Hilton.

Fantastic stay during the pandemic. Staff great, very polite and always deliver a good service. Kashi, Shiva and Amrita are great. Food was excellent as well.

Overall good experience. Even though the washrooms are tiny, the overall experience was really pleasing.

Tiniest washroom you could ever find in any 4 star rated hotel. Plus what they refer to as a king sized bed is a queen bed.

Great stay

It was my 9 th or 10 th time staying at the hotel. But it was the most memorable due to the shut downs in the cities and the country. However the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible and it was my best experience at the hotel so far. During such trouble times the staff stayed extremely positive and they were taking care of me very well under stressful circumstances. So a big thank you to all the staff and hope I stay there under better circumstances.

Close to work. Relatively good neighborhood. Traffic access is difficult.

The staff went above and beyond to keep our children happy. They even gave my daughter 2 cakes on her birthday. Also, they have a great play area geared toward kids from 1 to 6

Great though needs some TLC

Great though the swimming pool could do with some TLC as murky and tiles missing. Also pots & pans were missing.

I had booked the room for a Honeymoon couple. The Hotel took excellent care in doing up the room and placing a cake for the couple without any extra charges.

A very good hotel

I had a very good experience here. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the drop off and pick up service to and from my office was completely reliable (this is not so easy in the Bangalore traffic...) and the facilities were good. I'd recommend this hotel.

Got stolen, unprofessional

We were a basketball team checking in, our check in took 3 hours after a long flight because we had booked 8 double rooms to be shocked that they have one bed in each.. So we had to reserve more and the last night, while we left to our game they took my stuff from my room without my approval and stole money from my wallet.. While confronting them they did nothing but lie to us and even when we asked for them to call the cops they kept stalling and they didnt knowing that we had a flight to catch..

Great business stay

The hotel and staff were amazing. The hotel has excellent security. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Bottled water was available at a low cost. The bar is great with very friendly tenders.
