The property itself was well located, however payment services at time of checkin did not meet our expectations and was managed poorly.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton Monti - Rome! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic—such a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay extra special. The location is perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 experience!

Perfect property ,staff delightful ,food delicious perfect location to discover all the sites around Rome .The Terminni is within walkable distance to get you to Leonardo Da Vinci Airport

Location was excellent Shower area was tight

It was the perfect place for us to stay in central Rome area , most key places were in less than 20 mins walking distance, lots of restaurant options to choose from that are nearby . Breakfast at the hotel was amazing , room was small but had everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable at the hotel the whole time.

Good - at first we had a smelly room with a broken window, but they moved is quickly and all was well.

Hotel in great location. The room was small but stylish, modern and clean. We didn’t book the breakfast option as there we plenty of local places around. Quiet location, walkable to all the tourist sites. Would come back.

This hotel was a gem--quiet, well-kept. The lighting in the room was great, the lobby was charming, and the location was terrific in terms of walking to the train station and city center. I've stayed in other Rome hotels that are run down for the cost--this was not one of them. Oh, and the mattress was soft compared to others in Italy. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Rooms were modern and high quality

My daughter and I absolutely loved this hotel and our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was very clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Anytime we needed something brought to our room they were quick to deliver. We felt safe and had the best sleep because the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. It’s in a good area and walkable.

This is a great hotel. Location is perfect with a roof bar overlooking the amazing church! Staff are lovely with special mention of the rooftop bar staff and also checkout staff. Thank you

Excellent staff and excellent location. It would have been nice to have some snacks or drinks in the fridge but apart from that 10/10 experience. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The room was very spacious and clean, and the downstairs lobby area was a great, comfortable workspace. Additionally, the location was very convenient (less than a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini and less than a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum and the surrounding area), and there was a wide variety of surrounding restaurants as well. And the rooftop area was beautiful too! Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the showers. Good size and I"m 6"3 for me that was a plus for sure.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. The rooms were a bit small, but that’s typical for Rome and it still had everything we needed. The local area didn’t have many shops or restaurants that suited us, but taxis were quick and affordable (under 15 minutes). Plus, the hotel was conveniently close to the station, just a couple of stops away from Trastevere with its amazing restaurants and Spagna for high-end designer shopping. One of the best parts was how close the hotel was to the Colosseum—an absolute must-see! I did expect more from the gym and rooftop bar, but for a hotel in the heart of the city, it was still quite good. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Rome!

The staff was well trained and congenial. The facility was clean and in good repair. The gym was nice and in good repair.

The hotel was great! It seemed central for us to popular attractions and shopping! The beds were comfy, Bathrooms was spacious, and we enjoyed all the food options. Breakfast was great, big selections, room service was delicious and the resturant and rooftop were great as well! Our room was located near and alley and we were there through New Year’s Eve so it seemed extremely loud, but of course the hotel couldn’t help that! Parking was off site and expensive but we knew that ahead of time.

Modern Hotel with excellent breakfast.

The hotel is a modern hotel. Breakfast was excellent. There was a rack missing for the suitcase. Shower space could be a bit bigger. Overall we liked and would return again.

The location was excellent. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the Metro, which serves all the main tourist spots, and the Main Train station is only 32 minutes from the Airport. The restaurant breakfast had a limited variety of food, but the staff was happy to do fried eggs or an omelette for you if asked. However, the evening meals on offer were minimal, very basic, and expensive. The room was clean and tidy, and if you like your tea in a cup, I would advise you to get these at breakfast along with some extra tea bags, as you only get 2 tea bags in your room with paper cups. Would I stay here again, Yes, and eat out in the evening.

Room and hotel service was great, but the service in the Mamalia restaurant was extremely bad. Stay in the hotel but please don't use the Mamalia restaurant. There are nice ones nearby.

Good standard of hotel in a great location. Wasn’t very impressed with variety at breakfast was my only note. The room was very spacious and comfortable and all staff were welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Rome, easy walking distance to all attractions, shopping and restaurants, many to choose from! We got upgraded due to birthday celebrations, staff were amazing.

Modern hotel near the main touristic areas in Rome. Staff was nice and the breakfast (which was included) was good. The rooms are modern and well kept. In general we had a good experience with this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. It had a boutique feel to it. Our room had high ceiling and very comfortable. I have to say the staff there were great, Alice was amazing. The staff from the front desk, restaurant inside and doormen were exceptional! They get a 5 star from me.

We loved the Hilton - fantastic location, brand new modern and smart - such kind and caring staff. We cant wait to return one day.

We have a wonderful 3 night stay in Rome! We were in the area we wanted and the hotel and staff were excellent!

Great hotel, easy walk to main streets, clean, great breakfast.

Hotel is managed very good and staff very knowledgeable and responsive. I did not like the street noise, which caused us to lose precious night sleep hours.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and well appointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, as is consistent with all the Hilton properties it was modern, clean and spacious! It does lack any Italian charm but other than that I couldn’t fault it. The breakfast staff were incredibly well versed in coeliac and ensuring my gluten free diet was catered for, the rooftop bar is pricey but was fantastic for a gorgeous view of Rome by night. I would gladly stay here again!

Great Stay

Great location for getting around Rome. We walked everywhere but very easy to get taxi. Reception organised and arrived in minutes. Hotel very helpful with whatever was needed.

Wonderful Rome vacation

Front desk assistance was wonderful and Ms. Divine was amazing! thanks for all of the suggestions. Overall the hotel was very good and the location was great, but it was the staff that made the hotel even better.

The hotel was nice. We had a suite, quite small. The room and property was very clean. The staff was outstanding. Every employee we came across went over and beyond. The front desk was extremely helpful. The staff is definitely 5 star.

It was nice but for almost $500 per night i was expecting a bigger room. Service was very good!! Room service food was not.

It’s in a great location where you can walk or bike to the main historical sites

I was late due to transportation issues, and they rented out my hotel room and kept my money. They failed to issue a refund. The restaurant staff was rude. The front desk was ruined and not accommodating. They gave us a smaller bedroom than we paid for. The bed was smaller. There was no water in the refrigerator. The employee at the buffet was picking her nose.

Normal bedroom not mini suite

We payed for a mini suite and we got a larger bedroom not what I would call a mini suite, was very disappointed and the shower was leaking into the wall of the bedroom .

A the double tree Hilton Rome monit was so nice! The staff was wonderful the area was perfect the hotel was so nice! Roof top bar was so pretty and rooms are modern and clean! Will be back someday!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Overall it was a short and pleasant stay. The only detraction was the cleanliness of the room. The decor is nice but can be complicated to clean, which is probably why there was a lot of dust piles throughout the room. If the room was a bit cleaner, this would be an easy 5 star review.

close to roma termini

The staff was amazing and so helpful. The hotel is vey clean and modern. The rooms are larger than I thought they would be. The location is ideal and within walking distance of the Colessum, Trevi Fountain, and tons of shopping. For those that prefer to ride, the bus stops are plentiful and the termina (train station) is very close. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel on a quiet street. Staff was wonderful. 7 minute walk to train station. Great location. Rooms were small but comfortable, nicely done and well equipped with all you need.

Everything you need

Great service. Good breakfast. Nice cafe and bar. Junior suite was bigger than standard EU hotel but not large. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Great location - easy access to hop on and off buses and area of Monti was fabulous; less crowds, good food and shops.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights on our vacation to Rome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff would greet us every morning and they were so kind. The room was fantastic, with more than enough room for my wife and I. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to visit Rome, and would most definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Excellent staff and a very clean hotel. Rooms had everything we needed and the en-suite was a good size. Walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, with a good selection of bars and cafes within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

This is hands down the best place I have ever stayed at. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. 10/10
