I will stay here my next visit in Quebec City this is by far the nicest hotel love the spa was great staff is very friendly.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, very clean. Warm and courteous welcome. What's really nice is that the hotel offers its guests, free, hot chocolate chip cookies. All you have to do is ask for your cookie at reception. It’s a very nice touch :) We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Le Dijon. Very good service, delicious meal, very nice wine list. Beautiful atmosphere, both for couples and small groups.

The amenity was great. We spent time on the hot tub for both days we stayed. I was not sure if it was the rain on the 2nd day, the hot tub was a bit cold. But overall it was a great experience. The hotel offered microwave in the lobby area as well, which was very convenient for a small quick heat up of food. The staff was friendly too. One thing to watch out for is the location, where you would probably need to drive out for food. Although there was also a small convenient snack bar for you to pick up some small items.

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree Hotel! The location is excellent, easily accessible with convenient parking and just a short drive to the city. It’s close enough to everything you need but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of nature. One of the highlights was the warm cookie welcome upon arrival. A small but delightful touch! The thermal spa and sauna were fantastic, providing the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great option, for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is beautiful, the gym and the thermal pool, and sauna are top notch. The buffet was like any other great quick options of continental and American breakfast. Lovely staff, and clean rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Hotel, and I have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the rooms were impeccably clean and visually pleasing, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The decor was modern yet warm, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall appeal. It was evident that attention was paid to creating a pleasant environment for guests. The amenities were truly outstanding. The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to stay on top of my fitness routine, while the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Both were spotless and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were another highlight. They were incredibly welcoming, greeting me with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. One of the things I loved about this location is its proximity to the vibrant heart of Quebec City. It's just a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown and the many excellent restaurants and attractions in the area, making it a convenient choice for anyone looking to explore. Lastly, the common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and spotless. The ambiance was calm and inviting. All in all, my stay at the DoubleTree Hotel was memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Enjoyed the convenient location. 15 minutes away from everything. Great for an extended stay. Loved coming back to fresh cookies daily. Very convenient restaurant downstairs. Make sure to reserve early for major holidays or you will find it fully booked like us but you can still order the food as takeout to your rooms which was VERY convenient on Christmas day when almost everything was closed. Close to Stoneham mountain. Close to a nearby Nordic Spa (the hot tub in the hotel lacked in heat compared to the real spas but was great to just hop in after coming back to relax in). About 15-20 minutes drive to Old Quebec. 15 minutes to Montmorency Falls. 5 minutes to Costco and a nearby shopping mall. 10 minutes to the Sagamite restaurant site with museum. Clean rooms. Decent priced room service options. (Note that the room service menu is only a portion of their restaurant downstairs) You are able to order from their full menu and room service it. You are also able to request for their bread and butter for free as if you are dining downstairs.

Very good all round

Had a great stay at this hotel, the room exceeded our expectations! The only minor issue was the parking lot. The parking in front of the hotel was full so we had to use the one on the side which was on a bit of a slope. That area was covered in black ice and was very slippery, so be careful when visiting in the winter! But overall had a nice stay:)

I asked for an early check in (2:00 pm) because my girlfriend was sick. No way. We had the room at 4:00. Don’t ask for extras.

The hotel is located within 30 minutes drive to all places of interest. There are some nice restaurants nearby. It is a very clean hotel and in very good condition. You can't go wrong choosing it for your stay. The staff are very friendly. The outdoor pool is a true gem. Swimming in its hot water while it was snowing was an unforgettable experience. The only comment I have about it is that there was a reception in the area you have to walk through to get to the elevators and walking through a huge crowd after coming out of the pool was not pleasant. All in all it was a great stay.

Absolutely loved, loved, loved my experience at the DoubleTree!! The space was absolutely beautiful with modern touches and a cabin/chalet sort of vibe. The room was impeccable, clean, the bed was so comfortable and I loved the carpeting in the room. I love the entrance with the fireplace and the bright lighting as you walk in. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to the DoubleTree again in the very near future. I would love to try the spa centre the next time I come to the hotel. The Doubletree is my new favourite hotel. I will tell all my friends about it!!!

Ce fut parfait du début à la fin , pour débuter le service à la réception à l’arrivée fut impeccable et extrêmement professionnel petit attention tel que bouteille d’eau offerte et biscuits. La chambre très confortable et spacieuse avec un lit douillet à souhait. Le petit déjeuner buffet offre un choix de qualité et varié. La section spa très apprécié avec un sauna extérieur. Un immense merci pour votre service impeccable.

This property has no room service, unprofessional and racist front desk and irresponsible staff. On the hotel’s website it clearly listed room service as one of the service they provide, yet when we asked for a bottle of water, they said the minimum order is $15. It’s not the hotel provide such it’s a separate restaurant. When we ask for extra pillow, the front desk ask us to come to the reception and get it. The front desk is also providing complimentary water bottle to other guest yet when we ask for it, they did not give us any. Horrible experience.

The room did not get cleaned properly. Used glasses were put back in their places without washing them. Asked them to change the bedding and they didn't. They just made the bed again using the same bedding. Very disappointed with cleanliness and hygiene.

Only 1 Hot pool, hot tub looks like it’s been out of service for awhile (mouldy). Rooms are nice in modern but very dusty and had a blood stain on bedding. Keep in mind this property is 20-30 minutes to Old Quebec depending on traffic.

Was not too far away from the city, but far enough. The area is beautiful, with the golf course next door. All staff we encountered were very friendly and attentive. We very much enjoyed Le Dijon for dining. The room was very clean and comfortable, aside from the noisy air conditioner. We would stay again

I liked the hotel but the kids screaming and playing around the jacuzzi wasn’t really necessary, as well the sauna wasn’t working by the time we arrived… a place and a time for everything. I wish we would’ve known there was a wedding going on beforehand to reschedule our plans.

Dislike: two lifts boke at the same time. Fornt desk doesn't have extra icebags. Like: friendly staffs, easy checking and check out. Clean and quite and free parking.
