I have never been in a hotel with such thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Nothing redeeming this facility, relatively clean but a long walk to rooms, far from modern and updated

Its a 3 star hotel.

Friendly and quick service, but rooms are severely dated. No water pressure, hot water would cut out mid shower. Dirty band aid on floor outside our door in the hallway for 5 days, even though housekeeping walked by it, was never picked up. Rugs on floor crooked for 4 days. As a hospitality guru, many smaller fine details are lacking. Pool was not heated, jacuzzi down, both reasons why we chose this hotel. No offer on a refund because of the closed amenties, either. Parking was tough when the Citadel outlets were busy (all weekend) and even though we had a parking pass for the hotel, still had to park in the garage. Mentioned it to front desk but next day still no different. On a PAID parking pass. Overall a decent trip, hotel was outdated, but close to shops and locak amenities

Was OK for 2 nights

I was surprised that for the cost of the room that breakfast wasn't included. Also the rooms need a desk chair with wheels and adjustable height.

Too much barking over night

Unfortunately there was too much noise around our unit and that included a barking dog :(

No one able to do anything.

We stayed last Night, came back from being out with the plan to relax and enjoy a movie. There was no TV remote. We called down and were told there was nothing they could do. Definitely threw off our Night. I called for towels and was told no one could bring them to us. On our floor the fire alarms were all hanging which was concerning. I am disappointed in the stay.

Had an amazing experience. Breakfast was great all the food was great the service for breakfast was excellent! Definitely will be returning.

I have stayed here s few times on my visits to California and i am always impressed by the staff, the cleanliness of the property and the rooms, and overall the general experience! My only complaint would be somewhat in and out of control of the property. The fire down so loudly and the walls are paper thin from halls to rooms (partly because they're are no thresholds in the doors to the rooms and about an inch of open gap air. The unfortunate thing about staying in any hotel in 2024 is that people feel they can say, do and be as loud and obnoxious as they want and care not for the other people staying there. This visit was net with some white trash hillbilly families that came to visit Disneyland the weekend I was there. They were in 311 (across from me) and 312 (next to me) and apparently believed that having loud as hell conversations on the hallways from one for to the other at 2 am, then the next night at 130am, both Saturday and Sunday and finally Monday morning at 7 am, 730 am, 8 am, 9 am, and finally when they left at 1030 am was all appropriate and acceptable... not carrying about the fact that just because they were up, everyone else staying on the floor may not be. The point is that this property, if they are not going to deal their rooms better, need to add signage in the hallways, as well as inform all guests at check in that they must reflect common areas with quiet and demeanor.

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Loved the complimentary cookie. Breakfast was good too. There’s a mall within walking distance.

Second time staying at Double Tree Commerce and both times were excellent! The restaurant dinner menu is very good. Had the ribeye twice and it was cooked perfectly both times. Also had the Alfredo with salmon - superb. Arrived the evening or early morning of the 7th floor fire. I was on The 6th floor and was moved to the 5th floor so I would not have to be breathing the smoke that lingered. Thank you for that

This property is unsafe. There was an electrical fire at 3am last night, but the fire alarm did not go off to warn us. We woke up due to loud noise from the parking lot. Good thing because the hallways were smoky and we were able to run out down 5 floors of stairs. We did not stay the rest of the night due to the smoke in the hallways and daughter with asthma. I want a full refund at the very least.

Amazing. Got the parking fee waved when i signed up for Hilton honors and they gave some warm complimentary cookies. Not that is customer service!

Since 6am we were hearing so much noise coming from our front door which it was maintenance pulling stuff from the maintenance room and fixing stuff from other rooms. we couldn't sleep well

This hotel is situated right next to an outlet mall. It was in a nice area, near the highway and quiet. I would recommend it.

In the description for the rooms it said there was a fridge in the rooms, once we get into the room we looked throughout the room and no fridge insight, the room is pointless is without a fridge, it sucked because i have a toddler 1 yo that drinks milk at night. We had the half gallon of milk that we bought covered in ice in a bucket.

I liked the stay with this property very much. The only thing that I would request next time would be to not be on the bottom floor facing Gaspar street. They started landscape work at 7am on a Saturday, also a trucker was parked outside with the truck on and was very disturbing. Everything else was great and everyone very polite. Thanks.

The hotel was near the Citadel Outlets. The accommodations was decent, but probably needs an update. Rooms near the highway will be noisier than rooms near the courtyard.

Phenomenal service

The stay was good. Staff were really nice! Breakfast was surprisingly good! A lot of options. Hot tub bubbles didn’t work but the pool and sauna were nice to use.

Plenty of parking

The property and area was fine. But the hot water system needs replacement or needs to be fixed. The shower did not produce water at the same temperature consistently. It was most obvious during the morning and evening hours. I had a second stay booked for my return trek, but I'm canceling it.

The staff were very helpful and check in was a breeze.
