Bar staff add on 7.5 per cent for pulling a pint. Also bar closes at 10.30. It only stays open for residents who have paid a 50 pounds deposit for extras. I did not do that as I like to pay as I go. Even as a resident they would not take my order and pay by card or cash. I won’t be staying again.

Everyone who worked in the hotel attempted to make my stay there as pleasant as possible. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. As soon as I went to my room the front desk called to enquire if anything was needed. The location is excellent. Many options to shop, eat and buy personal items necessary when you travel. The hotel is literally across the street from the underground and you can easily navigate the entire city at this location.

Great location for what we needed west end show!

Lovely hotel and very convenient for transportation hub. Staff were great especially Oscar in the restaurant, he was very professional, friendly and a real pleasure to talk to. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for train station

Great position for London Victoria. Room had a nice view but it’s a shame you can’t access the balcony (although I understand why). Bed was a little firm for me and the fire alarm at 1:15am was a bit of a rude wake up call! It lasted a few seconds then turned off and then sounded again a few minutes later. At least it was a false alarm and not a fire though. Breakfast was fine. Loved the cookie on check in

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the 5 nights we spent here after Christmas into the new year. Breakfast was excellent. My 11 yr old son and I were sad to leave. Beds were so comfoetable especially after being jet lagged after 10 hr flight. Lastly the shower was amazing had great pressure and water was always hot.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We chose this room due to the size of the room for four adult family members. We had the suite with the loft. It was a little tight as far as luggage was concerned but we were able to make it work. I would recommend some additional hanging options in the storage closet but overall everything went very well.

Amazing service from all staff, nothing is too much trouble! Twin single room very comfortable fresh clean bedding, huge tv, good size fridge, tea/coffee, iron and board, fresh bottled water every day, lifts never too busy, excellent service on concierge and reception, great for disabled access. Restaurant good but if there was a little more range of wholesome English food on menu, would be great.

A really good stay will come again

Very lovely hotel. But the one thing that was odd to me there was no where to get a bottled water, soda or snack after the restaurant or bar closed. I wish there had been a small vending area.

The sink tap leaked when used which soaked the top where we would naturally put our stuff. Other than that all was well.

Convenient location but next to recycling station which was noisy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable mattress and professional staff. Nice bar area.

This is a good hotel, nice bar with good food options , next to Victoria station and just round the corner from Buckingham Palace. Family friendly and reasonably priced. Weve stayed here before and its recommended for familys .

Good location and staff was nice but the property was dirty and in poor condition. For a Hilton I did not expect it to be dirty or to have a broken window in our room and when i went to complain about the window not being able to close or lock their solution was to send maintainance to add a screw which really didn’t fix it. Very disappointed 😞

Our family of 5 stayed in the suite and it was fantastic! Very luxurious and spacious. We loved breakfast and the staff were very accomodation. Close walk to Buckingham palace and beyond Victoria station.

Very good location for visiting London accross the road from Victoria station and underground. Excellent rail link to Gatwick. Breakfast was adequate with just enough variety to satisfy most people. They ran out of strawberry jam for 3 days and marmalade for 1 day which seemed odd. The room again was adequate but nothing special.

Great location being right next to Victoria station. The hop on hop off bus picks up and drops off at the station. Easy to get to most laces in London by transit or taxi. The hotel is very nice inside. Having a bar and restaurant on site is a plus.

Receptionist helpful and friendly. I was a little disappointed when I asked for help with my case, I have a fear of lifts and couldn’t manage to carry it up the stairs, the guy did take it for me but didn’t seem to understand why I wouldn’t use the lift.

Staff friendly, beds and pillows very hard neither of us slept well. The grouting in the shower around the tiles was very black need cleaning but the shower was hot and powerful.

We had a wonderful stay. Only stayed one night. The only problem was the shower only seemed to have 1 temperature setting and it was unbearably hot (could have burnt) so we weren’t able to shower. If it was a longer stay we would have asked for it to be looked at. Other than that it was a brilliant stay.

Property was nice. And locations was spectacular. Very close to victoria station. Staff was nice but sometimes slow on fulfilling requests. We asked for 2 bottle of waters to be sent to our room. They said okay we are sending it and it never arrived. Apart from that everything was nice.

Good location! 3-4 minutes walk to Victoria station, restaurants. 12-15min to Buckingham palace. There is a souvenir shop, also they storage luggage in 2 min walk.

Other than having a dirty duvet cover, everything else was really good. When I complained, they sent somebody up within a half hour to change the bedding.

Excellent location near to Victoria Station. The reception staff was very efficient, and the concierge was always nice and helpful. However, the room service was not the best. The staff didn't put clean towels and we had to ask for them in guest service, as well as coffee supplies.

On the way to a steam train!

This hotel was just in the right location - and VERY handy for us to get to a train at Victoria in the early hours of Saturday. Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable ... but the view was dreadful! All we could see was the back of some air conditioning units! We did not use the refreshment faciltities but the menu looked very good.

Lovely service with very knowledgeable and caring staff. Easy to get to the tube and trains and walkable to great shops and restaurants and attractions in London. The rooms are very luxurious and well suited for small family like ours. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back next time.

Awesome staff, property is a mess. First room we checked into had non functioning air conditioning ( it was August and extremely hot). The staff was fabulous, moved us to another room. First time I flushed the toilet the whole fixture fell off the wall-turns out it was plastic, not metal and pretty cheap. They are doing reconstruction on this hotel, so be prepared for a LOT of construction work noise! Those are the negatives. Positives are the awesome staff and the hotel proximity to Victoria Station. Like I said, the staff was outstanding, but to be honest, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Staff was so nice, but the property needs some work. The first room we checked into had no air conditioning and it was extremely hot. When maintenance was unable to repair, we were given a different room. The second room we were given had a/c, but the first time I flushed the toilet, the whole fixture fell off the wall (turns out all of the fixtures are plastic, not metal)! The smell in the hotel was kind of an iffy-mildew smell. Those are the negatives. Positives are the awesome staff and the location, based on close proximity to Victoria train, coach and bus stations.

We liked is close enough to the high street. Room is small but ok for short stay. Clean communal toilets!

My room could definitively use some touch ups on the maintenance side but over all, the stay was great. Very convenient location.

The room air conditioner was broken and the only thing that was offered was an old fan. They would not address it at the desk and was told the manager would get back to us in a few hours and never did.

Super comfy beds, quality products, attentive staff and great location directly across the road from Victoria train and tube station. I stayed with my family of 5, and the rooms was well suited for our needs.

For 350 a night, the room was too tiny and dirty.
