This is most propaply the hotel in the world where we had spend the most nights. At least 5x per year for the dinner theatre where we are season ticket holders for 16 years hut also for other occasions. We come back due to the fact that it is well situated value for money and well managed. As usual we where not disappointed.

Parking can be tough during the dinner and show but the hotel and staff make up for the minor inconvenience

Tha hotel was very nice. The only negative thing was the bath shower combo. You take your life in your own hands when you want to take a shower, the tub is very slippery and there is no mat provided because they don't use them anymore.

This property hosts many executive meetings/functions, yet we found peace & relaxation on the floor we were assigned to. We will stay here again in the future

The hotel itself is a little dated but has all the comforts and amenities you would need. The staff was really friendly, and the warm cookie at check in was a delicious bonus. The pool was under maintenance the whole time we were there and the main reason i booked this hotel was for the close proximity to my event and a pool for my sons. Had I known about the pool we would have stayed elsewhere. That was a minor inconvenience though. Everything else was quite good. Breakfast biffest was the best I've seen. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean!

I have stayed here twice in 2 weeks - I would have cancelled my second stay but it was paid and non refundable The service in this hotel is basically non existent - staff is robotic- without any focus on a guest experience - it must be a management led culture as I doubt I’d experience it row stays in a row I will NEVER stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location to be close to the city’s attractions. Parking is great. We get the suite for our family of 4 and love the space and sleep options. Room is always very clean and organized. Staff is always friendly. Resteraunt for room service is great.

Lacking of Customer Engagement

Room service was horrid - ordered from online - my do not disturb was on the door and instead of a courtesy knock - meal left outside the door - I called to find that out - then only to find zero cutlery accompanied it - then I had to wait for that - by that time the meal in a word … sucked At check out no “how was your stay”? Just do you want a printed copy of my receipt? I said yes only to be taken to another desk rep and asked again if I wanted a printed receipt ?

The bar service was terrible. The room had the radiator cover detached. The make up wipe was a BRILLIANT idea. The shower was dreadful.

Great stay! Very beautiful place, friendly people. Wouldn’t recommend the room on second floor near the far right end. Very loud outside from exhaust fans or some kind of heating system.

just meh, room nothing special , no microwave , had to ask for more toilette paper , all they had when. checking in was a half roll, night table phone wasn't working and check in took forever even being at 9 pm , 6 hours after regular check-in , they tried to change the reservation from two queen beds to one king and a pill out sofa , I rejected and they said we're sold out, it wasn't my problem because my reservation was very specific, so we had to wait to get a crappy room , basic, no amenities , with finally two queen beds.

The pullout bed is awful!! Need to replace mattress for sure. Otherwise it is a great hotel

Quiet comfort

Was a great stay comfortable an quite just what was needed

We always stay here as a family of 4 with two toddlers in a junior suite. This option suits us so well to keep the kids separate while sleeping and allowing room to run around safely. We’ve always found the rooms to be very clean and well equipped. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. The parking situation is very easy and we love that it is close to a lot of places that we go to in Edmonton.

Great hotel

Our room was very spacious and clean. A few things would have bumped this up to a 5 star. There was no direction by staff on where to go to locate our room, nor a map easily located. That was a little frustrating. For a large room with separate bedrooms, it was surprising that the smallest mini fridge ever was there, and no microwave. A larger mini fridge like most average hotel rooms have would have improved the experience.

We had a very well laid out suite on the 10th floor. Spacious uncomfortable.

Loved the hotel and decor and amenities. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The only issue was the mold in the bathroom tub surround in the grout. When i brought the issue the staff were very kind and apologetic and compensated us with an upgrade on our next visit.

No hot tub, but for having a course the convention centre was the best setup I have ever been too.

It was a quick but good stay , would book again :)

They did not clean the room everyday, which is disappointing. We got there around 5.30pm and was told that the room is not ready, had to wait for another 15-20 mins. The room is really small, I probably can get a bigger room somewhere else with the price that we paid.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant a bit pricey.

Overall stay was good. Seemed as though housekeeping was interrupted in cleaning as our room didn’t get cleaned fully and not all room amenities were refilled as well as light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out the whole stay never was replaced. Staff checked in and brought us stuff when we needed but usually was too late to notice all room amenities weren’t filled. I probably would stay again as in general was nice enough to stay in.

A I actually booked this hotel thinking it was the four points I was booking and I ended up so surprised! I really enjoyed this location and will be coming back again! Super friendly guest service as we were checked in and greeted with warm cookies and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! I wish I was back there!

Only complaint was that we were unaware that the hotel rents out the pool to swim instructors. Every time we went down, the pool was full of instructors and students, making enjoying the pool quite difficult. Would consider staying at other hotels that do not rent out their pools.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. And whether you are checking in, or eating at the restaurant, or having a swim at the pool, staff you get in contact with, were all super nice! Especially the guy who helped us get checked in.

Lots of people hanging out outside and inside the lobby. Heard that people were stuck in the elevator I was on, a few hours before I used the elevator. Made me very uneasy. Expensive breakfast for the kids

Very noisy

The staff was good and the room was comfortable, but the second night of our stay was interrupted throughout the night due to our next door neighbours opening and closing their door constantly and the dog they had with them barking and whining. We were awake a good part of the night. Normally we call downstairs if something like this occurs, but for some reason this night we just kept thinking eventually it would quiet down. When asked about our stay the next morning while checking out, we did mention the noise the night before. The lady at the front desk offered us free breakfast to compensate a bit for the sleepless night.
