Great location

Location is central , check in efficient with yummy Choc cookie . The concierge staff Rick is very friendly and helpful with places to eat . Used the paid spa facility as well and was satisfied.

I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay.

Free laundry, nice staff 👍, closed to Middle Street and Shenyang Imperial Palace. Excellent property.

Polite and friendly staff!

This is an old hotel in Shenyang old town area. It next to a wholesale market which was very famous about 20 years ago. The hotel room is big enough for 1 person. Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Maybe because it is still a Chinese style hotel, the lobby bar only provide coffee from 12pm. Overall I enjoy my 9 nights stay in this hotel

Clean and comfortable

Hotel is centrally located, although there's not much in the immediate vicinity. It's clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Cookie is amazing as usual. The only complaint is a few of the light bulbs were out.

This is an "off the beaten track" city not really suitable for the foreign traveler. Very little English is spoken...anywhere...interner connection is extremely poor...internsyion bank services sporadic. Shenyang is not like Hong Kong or Shanghai...places where in these things are available and common place.

Nice area, quiet, but a bit far from subway station. Far from attractions too.

Nice and clean room

The hotel is located in a convenient location accessible to most areas. I’m surprised how luxurious this hotel was. They served good American food in their restaurants. The rooms were much nice and clean much nicer than other rooms I’ve stayed at in other parts of China. Their staff was very friendly and most of them speak English. I especially like the breakfast buffet that they offered for a price of 120 rmb.

A nice weekend stay

The bartender made a mistake on my bill in the lobby lounge and didn't fix it after I insisted and made me pay for the mistake. The rest of the staff were fantastic and accommodating. The hotel itself has wonderful facilities and I would stay here again, but not return to the lobby lounge.

Room

Room was really spacious and comfortable.

Love the room. Hotel was great. Some road construction was happening right in front of the hotel door steps and that made getting around difficult. And that should have been mentioned in the hotel booking.

Great Hotel right in the center of town.

My only complaint is they didn't give me the room I booked. But other then that it was great the staff was very helpfull most would not take tips. The room was lar age and extremely comfortable. I would stay there again and probably will when I go back to get married.

Affordable but with Hilton quality

I stayed one night before my flight out of China, there were major roadworks going on outside the hotel but the taxi had no trouble accessing the premises. Staff were great, rooms are very nice with much more comfortable beds than you might expect in China (by Western standards). The hotel is still quite new and shiny, the one issue I had was the glass shower door which made a horrible cracking noise every time I closed it, but apart from the initial shock to me there didn't seem to be any actual damage to the door.

Close when needed

Was in Shenyang for medical reasons and this hotel was very close to the hospital. Very happy with the stay there.

Nice hotel but too hot room

This hotel was in all ways a good one but I had trouble sleeping and working in my room as the heating had already been turned to winter settings, and I had no option of using aircon. The portable aircon provided didn't really help either.

Enjoyable stay in Shenyang

Good and prompt service with a smile from almost every staff we came across. The piping-hot cookies are a nice surprise for arriving guests. The buffet breakfast and dinner at the Chinese restaurant are of high standard. Hope all these can be maintained if I ever return in future.

Shenyang Double Tree

I have stayed at the Shenyang Double tree two times in the past year. I would say they are a very good choice in Shenyang.. nothing to complain about. Friendly stay and comfortable rooms..

poor service. you book a hilton but get poor servi

maybe its a franchise hotel, bit the hilton name is only printed. the service is nothing international, like booking any other chinese hotel. sad and dissapointing.

Great hotel in a nice location

The hotel in really nice and very modern inside. The rooms with direct glass window to the bathroom make the room look bigger and stylish. KFC and McDonald's are just few minutes walking. The only issue I had was the is someone closes the door in nearby room, you can hear it and I was woken up by it at 7:30 AM in the morning. Maybe they can do something to the doors so they close quietly. Other than that I absolutely nothing against the hotel, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel anytime.

WE ENJOYED THE DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON

A GREAT HOTEL , MY CHILDREN AND I STAYED AT THE HOTEL FOR SEVEN DAYS , IT IS IN A GOOD LOCATION IN SHENYANG .THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL .VERY GOOD AND CLEAN FACILITIES AND IN PARTICULAR A VERY GOOD AND CLEAN POOL WHICH MY CHILDREN AND I ENJOYED SWIMMING IN EACH DAY AFTER BEING OUT AND ABOUT SHENYANG . THE RESTARANTS IN THE HOTEL PROVIDED GOOD QUALITY FOOD ALTHOUGH A BIT ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE .THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE CHINESE RESTURANT IN THE HOTEL WHICH IS OVER PRICED , AROUND 700 RMB FOR A DINNER FOR 4 . WE WERE EXPECTING THE MEAL TO BE MEMORABLE (AS WAS THE REST OF OUR STAY ) . IT WAS OUR LAST DINNER IN SHENYANG AND WANTED A SPECIAL MEAL BUT WE HAD MUCH BETTER QUALITY MEALS IN THE LOCAL RESTURANTS AT A MUCH LOWER COST . OVERALL I COULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS PROVIDING A QUALITY EXPERIENCE JUST HEAD OUT FOR DINNER .

To much for wi-fi

Hotel was very nice in every way.. My only complaint was my charge for wi-fi.. It was 75 yan for 3 days with confusing billing of this charge.. I found out it is 14 yuan per day plus minutes charged... This is a 5 star hotel, they should include the wi-fi at no charge...

The best exercise facility

Overall, it's 5 star hotel with the best exercise facility. Just one thing to note, there are couple of taxi waiting for the customers right in front of the hotel lobby. I took them several times, but the drivers ripped me off. I told about bad service to the hotel manager, and they handled it accordingly. On the last day i went to airport, the manager came out and made sure my taxi driver be courteous to me. Overall it was good stay!

お部屋の掃除は、言わないとやってくれません。タオルを交換するだけです。毎日フロントに電話でお願いしないとやってくれません。シーツも交換されません。

五愛市場横で、中国の活気を垣間見れるホテル

五愛市場のすぐ隣！　早朝からあわただしい雰囲気の町並みから、中国のエネルギッシュさを感じ取れる。 そんなロケーションの真ん中にあるため、どこの観光地へ売った帰りでも、タクシーに告げれば黙って連れて行ってもらえる。さすがに、老朽化が目立ち始めており、バスタブ回りのシーリングが剥がれてきたりしているが、シャワーの水圧、湯量、温度ともに快適。ベッドが少しばかりヘタリ気味か？　私には柔らかすぎた。 部屋は広めで、一人旅であったので充分すぎるほど。フロントスタッフ、ベルボーイともに笑顔で迎えてくれる。朝食に関しても、質、味、量的にも満足であっし、各テーブルへの気配りもなされていると思う。ドアのカードキーに不具合が有り、何度もフロントへ降りてカード交換をしたのが疲れた。エレベーター脇の館内電話は故障のた使用できなかったのは、如何なものか？タクシープールが無く、旅行者の移動手段であるべきタクシーが待機していないのも疑問。付け待ちしているタクシーは「空港なら行く」との返答。 広大な土地を持つ中国は、空も広く、気分が良いのだが交通量が多く、騒音や大気の汚れは気になる所。 大きな交差点に建つので、朝のラッシュ時の車の多さには、若干引き気味になるが、充分に満喫でき、ビジネス旅行としての居心地は良かった。深夜にオーダーしたルームサービスの味付けも非常に美味しく頂けたのも、記載しておく。

房间稍微有点旧。出电梯通往客房的地面虽然铺了地毯但是仍然坑洼不平。服务员态度友好，但是门童没有帮助下车客人拿行李。

도매시장과 가까움, 태원가/서탑 중심거리와 우수한 접근성 공항과의 접근성은 약 40분 심양자체가 공항이랑 거리가 먼 도시가 아니라 어느 호텔이나 비슷할듯 호텔 등급대비 가격이 착함 가성비 좋은 호텔

故宮と張学良（張作霖）記念館に近く、空港までタクシーで３０分で程度、比較的便利な立地条件。 ヒルトンらしく、食事はとても良い。部屋はバスタブが有り、日本人には有難い。 フロントは英語の出来る人は、居るが、少し困難。中国では女性の立場が強いのか、とても高飛車な態度が多い。ヒルトンなので、まあ、安心して宿泊出来る。

인터넷비용도 청구되고 시설도 별로이며 호텔 앞뒤는 공사장이여서 너무 불펴했어요.

全体的に良かったが、朝食の混雑にはまいりました。

客室は良かったが、ロビーが写真とは違って高級ホテルにしては少し格式がなかった。SPAはまあまあであった。 朝食レストラン中国人で混み合っていたので、座る席もなかった。落ち着いた雰囲気ではなく１日で止めた。混雑時はもう少しスタッフを増やしてかたずけを早くしたらと感じた。

風呂が無い部屋で疲れが全然とれず最悪、これはExpediaの責任ではないのか !

カップ麺1個25元は以上にガメツイまた表のタクシーに近いからと乗車拒否された、ホテルはうちの経営じゃないとの返事おかげで1時間歩くはめになった。

This hotel does not have the Hilton standard. Generally it is cleaner than average Chinese hotels but lacking of details. A massive road construction is right in front of the hotel, so it became very inconvenient for transportation. I have paid to use Wi-fi but the speed was so poor that I couldn't do anything. There were steam room and sauna facilities however they were not working. Staffs were alright, kind of friendly. However when they were busy, they seemed not able to handle stress. Will I stay here again? Probably not.

전반적으로 좋았으나 와이파이가 무료가 아니고 요금을 받는것이 아쉽네요.. 요즘 호텔 객실에서 무료와이파이는 기본아닌지요

ホテルの周りが地下鉄かなんかの工事中で車が入れなくて苦労した。ホテルそのものは良かったのだが残念だ。

初めて瀋陽の出張で、ヒルトン系にしました。世界のヒルトンですから、それなりの設備とサービスがあります。ただ、wifiは有料？1日40元から！従業員の話によると、ヒルトンの会員になって、直接部屋を予約すれば、wifiは無料になるらしいです。僕みたいにいつもエクスペディアで航空券とホテルをセットで注文する人には難しいかもしれないです。

우아이시장, 황궁, 중지에와 가까워 위치가 좋고, 친절한 서비스와 편리한 시설 덕분에 출장내내 편히 지낼 수 있었습니다. 지금 호텔 앞에 수도 공사 중이라 번잡스럽고, 어쩌면 우아이시장 때문에 복잡하다고 느낄 수 있었는데, 저는 모든 곳에 걸어다닐 수 있고 좋았습니다.

不错，就是停车送客人太麻烦

酒店很好，性价比很高，就是在五爱市场旁边，正在扩建，交通不方便。而且打车过去，居然要去前台拿停车卡，送个客人就走都需要拿卡，太麻烦了。

Stadthotel, Zentral gelegen

Gepäck wurde beim einchecken nicht abgenommen, kein geleiten aufs Zimmer, in dem Zeitraum keine Executiv Lounge, hohe kosten für Lunch als Buffet leider waren viele Speisen kalt oder vergriffen, sehr laut, schmutzig und hektisch beim Frühstück, hohe kosten für 3. Bett und Frühstück, was während der Buchung nicht erwähnt wurde.

不错的酒店

酒店住宿条件很好，房间比较大，设施齐全，服务到位，地理位置也不错，虽不在商业中心，但距离都不远，故宫、张氏帅府、耶稣圣心堂也都在附近，步行很方便。距酒店几步之遥就是据称沈阳最大的服装小商品文化用品市场五爱市场。总之感觉还是不错的，挺享受的。有机会还想再来！

Classic Hilton quality. It is in the same complex with the third biggest wholesale shopping mall in China. Very good for shoppers.

괜찮았어요...

일단 객실이 넓고 욕실도 넓고 좋았어요. 트윈룸이 없다고 대신 더블룸에 간이침대를 무료로 넣어주었어요. 조식은 방금따온 꿀통?이 있어서 신기햇어요. 다음에 간다면 다시 묵을 생각있어요. 괜찮은 호텔....직원들은 쿨한편....ㅎㅎ

ホテルの前が工事中でうるさくてほこりっぽいなおかつ警備員がホテルの前まで車をつけてくれない スタッフの教育も行き届いてなく挨拶40通できていない シャワー室の入口がすきまだらけでシャワー終わった後はバスルームに水が飛び散って中国に多い水回りの工事がちゃんとできていない

A recommander à cause du quartier très animé

En somme je n'ai rien à critiquer sauf la WIFI qui était lamentable. Heureusement que je n'ai pas du payer le forfait prévu. La piscine était hors service ce qui normalement aurait du être annoncé. Pour compenser j'ai demandé que l'on m'offre les petits déjeuners. Généreusement j'ai eu droit à deux petit déj. gratuits.

新しくて綺麗、見晴らし最高

チェックインの際に作りたてクッキーを頂きテンションが上がりました。スタッフ対応、部屋の雰囲気もよく快適に過ごせるホテルでした。 市内から、少し離れているので買い物などには、タクシーが必要です。また、翌朝の平日の便で帰国だった為、渋滞がひどく空港まで移動する際には、前日に早めにタクシーの手配をしたほうが無難です。
