Front desk staff was awesome. A/C in the room didn't work 1st night, but they got it fixed for the 2nd night. Only having a miniature ironing board is unacceptable.
Overbooked, did not honor the reservation. No where to stay!
Lovely decor but needs modernization in the future
An older hotel but lovely decor . Front desk girl was very sweet and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast could be improved greatly although the attendant was lovely and hardworking. There were no working laundry facilities which is why I chose this option. Things arise but my honest opinion on this matter is that there are corners being cut and it didn’t appear they had a lack of guests . For the beautiful place that it still is it lacks quality and the respectful atmosphere it deserves.

comfy. clean. nice staff.
Celia is the ultimate professional!
Check-in was FANTASTIC! Please let Celia know we greatly appreciate her friendly, professional and courteous service! Check out with Celia was absolutely pleasurable! The mad our stay the best we have had in Austin!
Clean and friendly
Our AC went out during the early morning which made it uncomfortable. When we left to start our day, we notified the front desk. Upon our return to our room later that day, it was nice and cold again. Our overall experience was great for a weekend getaway with friends.
The staff was unusually wonderful... very curteous.
I walked into the room and the AC was blowing hot air. I took my bags back to the front desk and requested a new room. Asst Mgr Becker requested that I stay in that room and maintenance would reset the AC. The Tech came to the room with major attitude, reset the AC, it blew cooler air and the Tech said it would be cooler in 30 minutes. I had a fitful night sleep the temp went from 78 to 76. At 5 am it was back to 78. I requested a refund but was denied. I cannot recall a worse hotel experience in my life.
Lousy Hotel. Don't Waste Your Money.
I reserved an upgraded room, got bumped to a lower grade room upon arrival. Thermostat in room didn't work and had to be replaced. Cooked the first night I was there. TV remote barely worked. Room was on the bottom floor and loud and faced the parking lot. Second night the fire alarm for the hotel goes off at 11:30 and everyone has to exit the hotel until the Fire Department clears the hotel. No compensation or apologies from the hotel. The condition of the hotel is blausey. You can tell it's a refurbished property and they are trying to make out like its a five star resort. I've stayed at better Motel 6 hotels. Parking was not free and there was no indication that it was paid parking until you arrive at the hotel. The nightly rate was $15.00 dollars. What a rip off. Parking should be at least free in this location. I would not recommend staying here. Location is good and that's about all.
This hotel is very convenient for me when I visit some friends who live in the area. It’s comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly. My main complaint is that they charge you to park your own car per night in their massive parking lot.
Property shows its age. For example, no electrical or USB outlets on one side of the bed or on the desk. Hot water slow to arrive and not very hot when it did. One wall switch didn't work anything. Surprised by parking fee for a suburban hotel.
The room hot and the air conditioner ran all night. The thermostat was set at 65 but did not go below 74 which lead to it running all night. It was annoying and loud.
The heat did not work in the room we had, even when it was on 80 it kept blowing cold air. We were told maintenance would come but the never did. Overall the staff was very respectable.
They have security in parking lot.
No one available to answer questions. No cups or glasses in hotel room except a $4 plastic water bottle. Reservation says breakfast included, but breakfast billed at checkout. Fitness room full of non-operational equipment.
Josh was amazing. He was welcoming, kind, & overall a joy to have checking in. I wish more people would show common courtesy as him. 10/10.
Convenient location. We continue to stay when we visit Austin.
A
I am not Happy to pay for parking at a hotel that owns their own large parking lot. That was not mentioned in the add. The hotel should think about that.
Hotel felt clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and nice
Really good property!
Clean, Comfortable But Not Quiet
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed but very loud HVAC system.
.
Nice location, friendly staff!
I haven't stayed at this hotel in years but it seems like the room quality isn't the same. It was stuffy and the AC died in in the middle of the night. We also heard constant water running through the pipes. Overall it was an average stay but nothing spectacular.
Everything was good, nice friendly staff.
clean location and courteous staff
We just needed a one night stay as we attended a Comedy Show. The hotels location was perfect for catching an Uber and heading downtown.
No hot water, had to have AC worked on and eventually moved. Dirty carpets. Not even a 1 star hotel.
Everything.
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful staff.
Not good at all
Everything was great except for the room AC which never really cooled the room down. I'd stay here again however.
No good
It was just an older facility & there was no hot water. You also had to constantly keep flusing the toilet.
Customer service was horrible and room ac didn't work.
AC Conditioning not working properly
A wonderful stay
The property is a bit old. Some items in my room needed maintenance.
All ok
Great area
Nice clean moderate hotel setting
Checked in and was told had to pay additional fee to park my car. Then my room got hotter the more AC ran. Called desk and it was fixed for 3-4 hours and stopped working. Then shower wouldn’t drain. All in all pretty poor experience
Close to the arboretum!
Front desk service was great the male person who attend me was really great, no negative comments, I wish service like that can be in other hotels.
Needs updating
The hotel itself was old and did not show it's age well. The carpet in the bar area was bunching up, the room needed some tlc as well. The sconces next the bed were not attached to the wall, although at some point it seemed that they were. The coffee table in our "suite" had some unidentifiable stain on it and the a/c was very loud. I didn't like that the rooms are open to the bar/restaurant area, very strange. However the day staff were friendly.
Nice bar area
AC in room was not working.
Breakfast was delicious 😋, rooms were very clean
Would not stay again
AC problems for several guests. Ours worked initially and gave out overnight. They repaired it in the morning while we were away. However, by late afternoon it was 80 degrees in the room again and we had to relocate. To have booked 2 nights there, suffered through the broken AC, and never to be offered any comps is crazy. At least pay my parking for the inconvenience.
Nice stag
Rooms were clean and spacious, I loved that there is already high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided ( I always forget mine). The beds were comfortable and I appreciated how quick it was to check in.
Y
I think could be better The snack area was almost empty, no water most of the time, no Coca Cola, no vendings machines. The sink was broken and they couldn’t fix it
the property was old. Hinges on doors and grills were rusting. We stayed there because the hotel was close to the hospital my wife was having surgery the next morning, When we got up the next morning to shower and get ready the tub did not drain and we did not have any hot water. And on top of that we had to pay for parking, which was not disclosed on he website.
The pool area and pool were dirty.
Great location. Lout air conditioning. Great bed/bedding. Otherwise very quite
Very few handicap spaces.

A quiet place to stay the night
Everything was ok, the bath towels were rough as a corn cob, on the plus side it is a quiet location, no freeway noise to disturb your sleep.
Over all a great place to stay. There was a charge on my room for a dinner which was not mine as I dont eat in hotels and the staff didnt seem to want to remove it and said that they send it off to accounting to see if they could remove it. So buyer beware, if you stay here tell them to block all charges to your room.
Not great
The pool water was green and didn’t look appealing to get in and I booked the hotel hoping the kids could swim. I didn’t like that they had to charge me $50 on my credit card and then once you leave you get that back if everything‘s great, I’ve never had that experience and a hotel before it kind of made me feel like there were gross people that stay at this hotel. we left the room in pristine condition and I know we will get a full reimbursement, but it just made me feel like gross people stay here. It was old rumpled carpets in the lobby and not really great, but I would honestly say this is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The pillows were fantastic, and the bedding itself was extremely comfortable. So it was a five for or two.
Just don’t.
This place is gross, outdated, and musty. I regret staying here. I could not wait to leave. And you have to pay to park there!
Great place to stay
Nice staff clean room good safe location near the freeway access and a very nice residential neighborhood right behind it
Our reservation was cancelled and we were walked to a different hotel. I called to confirm our reservation, got put on hold twice by 2 different front desk agents, then a 3rd agent picked up and put me on hold again then came back after 5 minutes and told me that the hotel was sold out. I booked 2 rooms 10 days before our check in date. I asked why I didn’t receive a call about this. Her response was, “We were about to call you”. I was already placed on hold for about 20 minutes by the other 2 agents. Their front desk staff was absolutely terrible.
The ac was noisy
Nice beds but they nickle&dime you for everything
Originally I booked a king bed they gave me 2 queen bed room instead because they said they had the right to give me a replacement since I booked through a 3rd party. Beds were comfy room was decent nothing fancy. Breakfast is expensive $18 and its an additional $10 to park for 24hrs. I feel for the amount we paid to stay parking shoudl be included.
I did not like anything about this property my room had no a/c it was hot the whole time, my bathtub was clogged, the tv did not work and telephone neither. It said we had free breakfast and we got charged this experience has been awful so far and I would’ve rather stay at motel 8 because this hotel disappointed so much.
the staff was not courteous the patrons appeared to be from some type of government type stay program they were unkept in appearance, and made me feel unsafe ... i would not stay there again I woke up at 530 in the morning and my bathroom smelled like burning marijuana. at checkout i saw a bus that looked like a government program transport. not a safe place to stay
On one night of our stay 9 vehicles were broken into. Zero accountability.
Near the downtown, clean, comfortable
Excellent customer service
I liked the ease of check in and check out. I liked the coffee bar and flavored waters that were free to guests, as well as the items that were for sale. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool cleaning equipment was strewn about the afternoon we spent at the pool and the pool deck could use some updating,… However, it was quiet and secluded and made for a pleasant afternoon.
Staff was superb, faculty was very clean and nice. 10 stars ⭐️
Very neat and clean. Only thing I was looking for was a cup.
Very quiet area. There’s even a security on guard at night, felt safe when we arrived late from an event.
Slow service at the bar area
liked the lobby appearance. didn’t like window facing interior of hotel. You have to pay for outdoor unguarded parking. Breakfast costs $18.00 Staff were cheerful and helpful. Hilton Honors interface is awful. Hotel does not sell any craft beers. The busload of Danes staying there were appalled.
So so I’d say. Tub didn’t drain properly and the shower curtain rod was broken or loose. It was concerning that these are visible problems that no one bothered to address and/or ignored. And if it was noted why would it be available for booking. For the amount of stars this place has I would have expected better. When it comes to a hotel a good bed and a functioning bathroom is about the minimum standard you’d expect from Hilton or Hilton member.
Nice staff, clean room!
There was brown dirt oozing from the tub because housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom from the prior guest. No wash cloths either. Heating unit was so loud we couldn't hear the television over it, so the front desk had to provide a space heater. Certain outlets didn't work properly. There was no notice that guests had to pay for parking. Certain staff members were rude. Put simply, this guest will never return.
The hotel staff were amazing and super friendly. The common areas of the hotel were clean, and relaxing. It was perfect for the purpose of our stay. The only problems I had were with the shower. My husband took a shower first and the water would not get hot. I realized that it had to run for an excessive amount of time before it would get hot enough. As I was there for a licensing board exam, I wanted to take a relaxing soak before bed that night. The paint was peeling off of the tub when I tried to do so. Other than that it was an amazing stay.
Having to pay for parking was surprising, definitely caught me off guard
Parking is $10/day. This was not clearly disclosed at time of reservation.
Lacks proper supervision. Staff are left unsupported. My toilet was not working and no available supervisor till morning after. There was 1 staff available for breakfast w a full house. Staff there were nice and friendly but w limited resources.
my breakfast was not included in my stay it cost 42.00
Nice reception
Disappointed
Customer service was excellent. The bed was very plush and comfortable. The property from inside the room looked like it was a motel. The property is dingy, continental style breakfast was $18 per adult, the ceilings in the room were very low, no microwave or fridge in the room, no free tea or coffee, couldn’t get hot water, the convenience store in the lobby trash was over flowing with garbage in the evening, there was cucumber and lemon water for free. I was a bit disappointed in the property for a Hilton hotel.
Intentionally the staff didn’t clean our room last day. There was a leak in the bathroom. Parking is not free. There is no room service. We called and they ask us to go to the bar order the food an pick it up. It should be a 2 stars rating hotel.
Amazing staff, cute hotel, perfect location!
Hotel was a little outdated but still super cute. They staff was super friendly and welcoming! Our initial room was warm and the AC wasn’t working. We were immediately accommodated and moved to another room. Overall, great stay!
More of a nickel and dime type stay and location. What would be included at most places was extra or additional.
Nice Hotel, but the Parking is Pricey
It's a nice, clean hotel and convenient for when I'm visiting my friend in Austin. But, since my last visit back in November, they've started charging $10 a day to park in their very spacious and very empty parking lot. Yes, there is a way to get it validated, but it either involves having the clerk put the code in on your phone (so hope you have your license plate memorized) or calling some number in an effort to get the charge removed. It makes no sense.
The breakfast was decent, but way understaffed. No plates available, tables needing to be cleaned, etc. The bartender decided to close at 8:45 on a Saturday night. We were on a group trip and wanted a place to hang with the adults. Why even advertise the bar if it’s open from 4-8:45 on a Saturday?
Nothing the restaurant food is bad it taste old and is plain
The cookies when u arrive are great!
Wish I knew ab payed parking though . Overall it’s good
It was a nice quiet place to stay, but the room was too warm and wouldn't respond to fiddling with the thermostat.

Had to report an active leak in bathroom. Water wasn't warm enough for showering. Limited dining.
