Comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful views. Very nice breakfast. Spa which was decent. Plumbing was horrible. Toilets don’t flush. Otherwise good.

Breakfast staff was very courteous and professional.

My recommendation is to go and visit the place. Is not for family.

Very central to mall , enjoyed spa , everyone was friendly, breakfast was good.

Front desk never answered the phone. We had to walk to the front desk for everything. We told them our phone wasnt working and the guy just looked at me. 1 towel in our room for 3. The front desk was the worst. Restaurant and staff were great. Transportation to and from airport was great. The front desk gave me a problem about putting my cc on file so i could charge to the room. I do not recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel interior, the shower is really good (rainfall with strong pressure) room has plenty of room. Shuttle to airport is no longer in use, need to stop publishing that then. But staff is friendly

Everyone at this Double Tree in Salitre, Bogotá, made our experience excellent. Every single employee was sweet and accommodating. I would love to give a special acknowledgment to the amazing front staff. They made sure my husband's birthday was special. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Super clean, nice, and safe since it’s across the police headquarters. Also, if you get a chance, don’t miss out on the fantastic spa, Sandra is one of the best doing massages and facials and it’s the sweetest person.

Excellent hotel

Very convenient and close to the airport

I had high expectations for this hotel. It was further from the airport than expected and there was a free shuttle advertised, but it wasn't specified that the shuttle was only during certain hours, so I had to pay for that unexpectedly. Since I wasn't prepared for paying, I had to overpay since I didn't have local currency (I was headed to the airport). My room's TV didn't work and had a loud beeping sound apparently from outside. They did switch rooms for me. I was also charged the local tax despite residing in the US and there was no convincing the front desk that this charge doesn't apply to people living outside of Colombia.

The staff was very welcoming and kind, the room was very clean and comfortable, room service was quick, easy to order and the food was delicious.

Staff doesnt speak english . Some staff is rude.

Fantastic hotel, great location. Rooms are soundproof, wonderful and confortable king bed and great pillows, AC is such nice treat. Ten out of ten. I will definitely come back.

This is the 4th time I have stayed. I highly enjoy the value for the services. Felipe is a wonderful host to check me in and out. The restaurant and bar are fantastic and love the spa. I only wish they had a pool.

Very safe area, great for business travel. Hotel is located in a commercial area therefor there is not much shopping / local spots in walking distance. It is 15 min drive to the airport which makes it a great layover spot. The restaurant is KA serves great food, good service at a reasonable price. Breakfast is also good, not the best I've had while staying in a hotel in Bogota But it is Good. the attention to table is outstanding. Double tree if you are reading this, Yolanda my housekeeper on the 7th floor is amazing, she deserves to be praised, it's not everyday you find people that do their jobs with so much dedication. She was tipped properly :)

Possibly my worst experience at a hotel full stop, which is a bummer since I got what I thought was a nice room and tried to make a committed effort to use the amenities. I had to toss out the room service food the first night since it was inedible. The staff isn’t the most accommodating for English speakers and gaslit me more than a few times about what was included and not included with the spa plans I had. Also ended up mostly tossing the club sandwich that came with my first spa meal (I booked multiple spa appointments, which in retrospect was a mistake) since it was so bad, which was arguably equally impressive to be as bad as the burger (though I forced myself to eat some of it to salvage some of the loss). Most of the food I had at the restaurant wasn’t good (just passable if not inedible - they found a weird balance of normally being either completely over-seasoned i.e. eating salt with a side of meat or not being seasoned almost at all). The only thing that was alright was the meal after several misses, in which the liaison to the kitchen came up to drop off (though they had some confusion with the spa about the drinks). It’s a messy operation and feels like assumptions get made left and right that are wrong and / or don’t make sense (that’s talking about the hotel, spa, and restaurant). Such as billing me incorrectly for food included in the spa plan. I think I also was given a handicap room as a lot of things were low to the ground (not requested, so just s

The property was clean and the breakfast excellent.

They have live music on Saturday evening. It is not in the center of the city, so it was quieter, which I appreciated. Locals told me that this particular hotel is where many business people stay, not necessarily tourists. I selected this hotel because it was near El dorado airport and they provided shuttle, but be mindful of the schedule of the shuttle when you book your trip.

Great staff and hotel. A bit far from the nearest comercial area (mall) but I would stay again.

It is a beautiful property however it is a little far out from everything so you have to taxi to restaurants and other things. They do have a restaurant in the hotel that was very good. They clean the rooms everyday. And live music in the lounge area on weekends. Great place to stay.

My room was beautiful, the bathroom was beautiful, state of the art and the bed very, very comfortable. I didnt like the breakfast I paid $16 for on Wednesday, March 20th, omelette was dry and a bit burnt and the coffee was cold. The next day, March 21, the breakfast I again paid $16, was much better. .

The staff was horrible, especially the Spa. They tried (they did) over charge me cause I didn’t speak Spanish. If u are not fluent in Spanish this would not be the hotel to stay at! I hated it there

Beautiful hotel! We really liked the room and the location was ok. We chose this hotel to utilize the shuttlw but then we later found out the shuttle only runs from 9am to 9pm. Not very useful when you have a 9 am flight lol. Also the check-in process was very long and the staff were almost avoiding checking people in. It really put a damper on the stay.

The property was amazingly well located. It is easy to walk to the mall, the grocery store and even the US embassy. It felt very safe since it is right across from a big police station so you can see police officers everywhere. It was very easy to get transportation as well. The staff was very friendly and kind. All in all, I really recommend this hotel.

Area was safe, quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Centro Commercial Grand Estacion. Room was nicely furnished & spacious. However, we chose a room with kitchenette and the stovetop didn’t work properly. Eventually we were moved to another room. There, the hair dryer didn’t work.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for one night. Loved everything about this hotel including the location. It is within walking distance to the Gran Estación shopping center and about a 10 minute drive to the airport, the free airport shuttle was on time and great service. Good breakfast too.

Nice place, good location

This place is amazing in every aspect and I will be staying here in the future again. The area is safe and it’s across the street from a police station. The bar tender at night knew how to make his drinks and it’s hard to find a good cocktail in bogota, I’m a chef at a known establishment in the states where we’re known for our cocktails so I know when I’m being served something good. The staff is helpful and always trying their best to make our experience great.

Beds and pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Im from Arizona so Im used to having running AC. Although they have AC as an amenity, it is not, its just a fan that runs, room was at 80° during the day when sun was hitting the windows which was NOT comfortable, being that I was working from my room and in there most of the time.
