Not recommended for families with young kids

Not recommended for families with young children. Overall quality was low for this price level. It was overcrowded, even finding an empty sun bed was a problem in the morning. There is extremely loud music every single day until midnight in the hotel and also in the next hotel, so sleeping before 12am is not possible.

Updated rooms, great food, beautiful beach. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service.

Very nice hotel, the gardens were well kept and clean, beautiful nature, the water was clean. Food was diverse and tasty. Overall a very nice experience.

Safe friendly staff

Great hotel

The food was always cold thats my only gripe. The buffet along the left hand side usually fish with wedges or rice was never warm. Pizza & salad 1stclass

Everything was excellent and the staff were incredible , it’s nice small hotel which I liked , not overly big and on the sea front with private beach and jetty , ultra all inclusive cocktails were amazing

Nice and betuful

Everything was as expected from a high end hotel except the service. Service was so slow based on the low number of stuff.

Very small resort and Not Ultra

This is a very small resort and was super crowded in the beginning of July. It was impossible to get a place under the umbrella on the beach unless you go there at 7am. What was ULTRA about it? Nothing!!! It was significantly lower level than other Hilton resorts in other coastal Turkey location. Will never go there again.

Awesome stay in a fantastic hotel

Super friendly, polite, and helpful employees. Awesome amenities and the best view ever by the sea. The food was delicious and had lots of variety. The hotel itself was very close to downtown and located on one of the beautiful beaches in Bodrum. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of food and activities

The hotel is excellent..unfortunately the weather was not good and the shows in the evening were canceled because of the weather..i have stayed before and i have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service is excellent..on this trip i did notice that the quality of the food has gone down ..

Super clean and friendly staff

Total value for Money. Everything is was perfect. The staff in reception desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms size for standard room was quite big and all facilities were perfect. Recommend for families since they have special facilities for families. I have been to many hotels in Bodrum but this was in the top of my list. Will stay again Inshallah

A very compact yet spacious five star complex. Excellent service, very helpful staff expecially when you have a one year old baby. We are very happy with the choice.

The front desk staff are pushy, displayed unprofessional attitude and don’t communicate well. Late service if not reminded few times.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The menu at the restaurant was diverse. The facilities were excellent. The only issue is the size of the room, it is so small and not really comfortable.

Beautiful run Hotel outside Bodrum

Beautiful clean hotel , service was excellent , especially the lady in Panoramic restaurant .Great views over the bay , had a room upgrade with sea view. Definitely returning to this hotel

It was amazing .. the staff so friendly

Pleasant stay . Service could be improved english level is not good enough at the restaurant. All the sunchairs on the beach already reserved at 8.30am it is really annoying !

After switching and looking through two rooms, the rooms seem very dark, small and depressing. Cleaning Personnel went into room even with privacy sign, which happened two times. The air conditioner does not work properly in the rooms. There are no controls in place for people without a mask and in addition the sanitary conditions in the hotel cups/ plates seemed to be lacking. The quality of the crowd seem to have significantly decreased and after this stay, I highly recommend you go elsewhere and do not spend you money here in this resort.

It was nice travel

Just one point

Overall was nice good service, friendly staff but you cant feel comfortable because you cant use the facilities in the hotel at night, i was playing billiard with my girlfriend at night and put some music because there is nothing to do during lockdown. They came to us and there is some people are complaining because of the sound we put the sound down then they turn off the lights to not let us play anymore. But from the service was good and its much better for old people.

Overall ok - however service was not good at all - I would rate as a good 4* but definitely not 5*

I highly recommend this hotel. First class with everything including cleanliness, food, hygiene and staff. An amazing hotel to completely relax.

Tatil

Son dakka yaptığımız otel arayışında muhteşem bir konaklama tecrübesi yaşadık . Yemek otel konumu deniz herşeyiyle içimize sinen bir tatil oldu . Tatil için tekrar tekrar gideceğim oteller arasında yer alıyor

Hilton ismine kanıp asla gitmeyin. Çalışan garsonlar kendinden bir haber lakayıt garsonlukla alakası yok. Yemek yiyecek bile yok dışarda rüzgarda yemek yenmiyor bildiğin aş evi gibi insanlar üst üste yemekleri lezzetsiz. Kesinlikle paranızı boşa çöpe atmayın.

Küçük çocuklu aileler için uygun

Ailece (3 yetişkin) çıktığımız bu tatilde küçük çocukların bol olduğu bir otel seçmişiz. Küçük çocuklu aileler için uygun, kafa dinlemek isteyenler için çokta uygun olmayan bir otel. Fakat deniz gayet güzeldi.

Beklentimi karşılamadı

Otel genel hatları ile temiz ve düzgün bir otel. En beğendiğim yönü hayvan dostu olması idi. Kahvaltı ve yemekler genel hilton kalitesinin altında. Odadan çıkıp koridorda yürürken otların kapladığı hortum ve boruların darma dağınık olduğu kötü bir manzara ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Otelin depo girişi oldukça pis. Denize ve plaja giderken havlu deskinin öğle tatiline girmesi çok anlamsız. Öğle saatinde gelince havlu alma şansınız yok. Ön büro ve hizmet alanında çalışan arkadaşlar çok özverili ve kibar belki de otelin en iyi tarafı. Koridorlar yerdeki halılar ve odanın içindeki mobilyalar daha az yıldızlı otellerin bile altında. Ayrıca odada ki yastıkların kalitesi rahat bir uyku için oldukça yetersiz. Genel olarak çok güzel bir manzara ve doğaya sahip olan otelin denizi temiz ve çok güzel ancak çok ciddi anlamda çevre düzenlemesine ve ciddi bir renovasyona ihtiyacı var.

Çok keyifli tatil

Odaların temizliği ve büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Açık büfe biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Deniz için plaj kısmı ve havuz çok iyiydi yalnız kaydıraklı çocuk havuzu biraz otelin dışında kalıyordu. Personel kesinlikle çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Bir de animasyon kısmı özellikle gece daha atraksiyonlu olabilirdi.

otel mukemmel her yönü ile fakat odaların yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

Adında Hilton geçiyor ama kalite maalesef isimle örtüşmüyor özellikle o da çok kötü kokuyor söylediğimiz zaman çare bulunmuyor resepsiyon ve oda servisi oldukça kötü buna rağmen bar Ve havuz çevresinde çalışanlar gayet iyi

Yemekler, plajdaki barmen arkadaşlar ve personel 10 numaraydı. Otelin portföyü çok iyiydi. Sadece oda temizliğine 4 yıldız verebilirim.

Konaklama Memnuniyeti

Her şey çok güzel ve eksiksizdi tam bir aile yeri. Mahmut Beye ve resepsiyondan Meryem Hanıma ek olarak teşekkürler ilgilerinden dolayı. Tekrar gelmekte şüphe duyulmayacak bir konaklama hizmeti.

Çok keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu. Personeli güler yüzlü. Odaları temiz. Kusur yoktu tavsiye ederim.
