Otel cok temizdi,mis gibi kokuyordu..kapali havuz isitilabilir .cocuklar daha cok yuzdugu icin bize soguk geldi.yemek secitliligi artirilabilir.

Amazing hotel

Great stay, incredible breakfast and amenities. Very clean, and staff was great as well. Decor was unique, and fit well for the area. Nothing is in walking distance, but that was no problem for us, as we had a car.

Perfect spot to relax and visit Cappadocia

Amazing 5 Star hotel in close proximity to all tourist sites near Cappadocia. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast with a large selection. Great outdoor and indoor pools. Nice gardens.

Excellent hotel in one of the most exciting areas of Turkey. Service was nice, though not amazing. The bed was too soft - guess replacing the mattress would do only good

The hotel has a fabulous outdoor pool. The staff are generally very helpful. The rooms are quite decent. The hotel is a bit out of the way requiring longer taxi journies.

Great 5star hotel

Great hotel in cappadcia. However bed is too soft. I don't like it.

little away from city centre or a market

Bathroom door had no locking device from inside!! On top of that, there was a window between bedroom and bathroom which was openable from bedroom only!! This led to a lot of embarrassment, insecurity and ridicule to a female while using the bathroom. Further, they refused to provide us a kitchen knife to cut some fruits and vegetables on the ground of security !!

Great customer relations service

For dinner, the customer relations at the hotel recommended a great fish restaurant in Avanos, and even made reservations and arrangement for transportation to and fro the restaurant and hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, with fresh honey comb and a lot of choices.

our two night stay was excellent. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Clean, modern hotel with great pools, decent gym, superb breakfast. This is so much better than staying in an overpriced cave hotel. Location is also very good for was access to fairy towers and cave churches.

we liked the Tree Double hotel at Cappodocia. Staffs was interested in our happy. it is very good for us to stay at this hotel. I recommend everybody.

Excellent modern hotel in Kapadokya

The hotel is quite new so facilities are in excellent shape. Has a gorgeous view of Avanos and is far from any hustle or bustle. Only disadvantage is that you are not in walking distance to any restaurants. The hotel staff are professional, polite, speak english and are very accommodating. A special mention regarding the hostess at the hotel restaurant, Ms. Bahaar. Went out of her way to be nice and even bought us dessert.

2 day visit

Hotel room was very hot, AC wasn't working properly. Staff spoke very little English. I would advise travelling in Gorem to book tours as you'll get a better price. This hotel is not in Gorem however it's only a 15 minute walk to Avanos city center for dining and shopping. And a short taxi into Gorem. All tours include pick up at the hotel so don't be concerned with the location. We took a late night bus to pamakkale and after checking out at noon the hotel allowed us to come back in the evening to shower in the spa room. A big plus!! Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. And can't beat the price Overall I would recommend this hotel.

It is not authentic but at international standards

We stayed there in October 2013 as a family. The hotel is located 2 km from Avanos city center and about 5km from major attractions. It is a new and modern hotel actually the architecture does not fit the environment, it looks cold, but if you want to stay at an international reliable chain hotel this is the place. The hotel stands in a village actually, there are just some village houses around, and there is not an impressive view when you look out of your room window. Do not worry about the safety.

Excellent value for money ...

Doubletree by hilton in avanos is a modern five star hotel in avanos, which is other filled with cave hotels. Rooms are standard,breakfast is good and lot of facilities froom hotel like health club, sauna, buisness centre are free to use. Only messagges were charged. Hotel food is bit pricey, but we usually went to town for dinner. For around 60 USD per night, i could'nt have asked for more!!!!!

GREAT HOTEL ON THE EDGE OF TOWN

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT FACILITIES ESPECIALLY THE OUTDOOR POOL AREA IN THE SUMMER. AMAZING CHOICE AT BREAKFAST AND MOST STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. ONLY REAL PROBLEM WAS THAT BEDS WERE FAR TOO SOFT!!

Not 5 star service

Hotel overall is fine. But hotel staff does not have good device. When I check out, hotel staff told me they did not give paper form invoices but they will email me the invoice, which after a month I stll did not receive. A 5 star hotel without adequate 5 star service.

Genel anlamda otel güzeldi ; fakat dikkatimi çeken havuz hiyejen kuralları pek uygulanmıyordu ; yemek seçenekleri azdı daha çeşitli ve daha özenli lezzetli olabilirdi ; konum güzel personel gayet iyi yardımcı ve güler yüzlü ; fakat otelin bir takım yenilenme işlemlerine tabi tutulması gerekiyor bazı aynalar paslı idi ve abajörler yertıktı ; Daha iyi olabilmesi için hafif dokunuşlar gerekmekte , Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz .

Hersey çok Temiz, çok memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve komforlu...Hizmet mükemmeldi. Biz aktifelerimize Double Tree (Hilton) üzerinden gercekleştirdik...sky dinner, balon, atv, Turlar, düzenli bir şekilde geçirdik.

Schönes Hotel

Die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand. Ich habe Halbpension gebucht. Die Auswahl viel eher klein aus.

Farklılıklar

Her yıl memleket ziyaretinde bu oteli tercih ediyorum. Eskiden giriş yapılınca otomatik olarak cookie ikramı yapılırdı, giriş yaptığımız gün alamadık, sonradan da bu ikram yapılmadı. Kahvaltıdan kağıt bardakta kahve çıkarırken uyarı aldık?! Bu çok anlamsız geldi. Bu gibi sebeplerden dolayı puanım 3.

Kahvaltıda yumurta bile yoktu diye misafirlerim şikayet etti

wir hatten eine Suit, diese war toll. Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Zu weit vom Schuss. Göreme etc. nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Resepsiyondaki kişiler oldukça yardımcı oldular. Odadaki çarşaflar cildimde kaşıntı yaptı. Temizlik kaynaklı mı yoksa kullanılan ürün kaynaklı mı bilmiyorum. Kahvaltı zayıftı.

Havlular lekeliydi, yastiklar inanilmaz rahatsiz cok ince. Otelde nefes almak haric her sey parali ornegin wifi :) otelin konumu gezilecek yerlere biraz uzakmis ama onun disinda memnun kaldik.

Temizlik ve restoran personeli daha özenli olmalı

Check in check out işlemlerimizde resepsiyon göreclisi güler yüzlüydü, odamızda klimamız ısıtmıyordu bununla ilgili hemen yardımcı oldular fakat temizlik personelleri sabah koridorda sesli ve bağırarak konuşuyorlardı odaya ses gelecek kadar rahatsız etti, kahvaltı bölümünde garson Zehra hn konuşma ve üslubu ters ve kabaydı.Temizlik ve servis personelleri ile ilgili daha özenli olmanızda fayda var.Başta memnun olarak girdim fakat çıkarken bu durumdan dolayı idare eder seviyesinde kaldı.

Gayet guzel

Genel olarak gayet olumlu. Fakat yatak sagliksiz derecede yumusakti. Bu kalitede bir otelde ortopedik yatagi gectim ama daha kaliteli bir yatak olmasini beklerdim.

Merhaba , bu otele 3 yada 4. gidişim Genel olarak memnun kaldığım için geliyorum , fakat bu defa geldiğimde akşam yemeği özellikle sıcaklar çok kötü idi Doublee Tree by Hiltona yakışır bir akşam yemeği değildi bana göre , belki o gün orada düğünün yemekli oluşu ile ilgili idi ama , bende ailem ile gitmişim güzel bir hafta sonu tatili gecirmek ve özellikle açıf büfe yemek için , dediğim gibi maalesef sıcak yemekler kötü idi (ızgara köfte ve makarna pilav çok kötü idi)

Bir sonraki sefer de görüşmek üzere...

Odaların temizliği, resepsiyondan başlayarak personelin bilgi, ilgi ve insiyatif kullanması bizi çok memnun etti. Teşekkür ediyoruz...

Otel konumu güzel yalnız belediye ile işbirliği içerisinde çevre düzenlemesi yapılabilir.kapslkı havuz ile açık havuz arasında sürekli gidiş geliş var.havuzda hijyene dikkat edilmiyor.bone hiç görmedim.Havuz kenarında görevli de dahil ayakkabı ile geziliyor...Yemekler ve kahvaltı güzel.açık büfe güzel.

Otel genel olarak gayet iyiydi, giriste cookie ikrami yaptilar, lezzetliydi. Kahvaltisinda peynirler haric her sey guzeldi, yatak biraz rahatsizdi 2 tane tek kisilik yatagi birlestirip cift kisilik hale getirmisler, yatarken rahatsiz etti. fiyat performans olarak tercih edilebilir, memnun kaldik
