-Staff was amazing - Easy check in and out - Near restaurants and off I35 - Pay for parking $20 a night - No free breakfast - Hotel is dated ( they are doing construction)
Overall very satisfied
I believed their ads are deceiving & gave us the wrong room. Looks spacious in a pictures! But anyways, it’s ok for the price of covered parking in front of our room. Too bad, no continental breakfast for I like drinking apple juice every morning & scramble eggs with yogurt :-).
Ideally sitiated between airport and my office and downtown
Very comfy bed and beautiful property
Beautiful
Typical good Hilton hotel, nothing special
Clean rooms, great lobby, breakfast area, 20$/night self parking, 10$/2 person breakfast.
It was a great stay little pricey!!
I will stay here again.
Parking is not free
The hotel is beautiful! However the customer service was terrible and I would not stay here again. They told me I could check in early but when I arrived they had given the room I reserved away. My bedding was dirty and when I asked them to replace, they just left the sheets in my room for me change the bedding. It really is a shame because the hotel is gorgeous overall. Won’t be coming back though.
Big room, clean, nice peopel
Ok
Fridge didn’t work, Blood on the covers
Reception desk team is quite efficent
Lovely property
Lovely property. Great breakfast buffet
Lovely property and great staff. Welcome cookies and water is a wonderful touch!
Free parking
sink was not draining in our room on the 6th floor ( I think it was 644) We also did not have coffee cups or coffee on the 2nd day , I went down twice to get cups and coffee... However, everyone was very nice, and I really like the property. Will stay again and recommend.
great
Very class hotel stay!
Drawer on night table did not close, shower looked dirty (didn’t feel comfortable using it and since we were only staying for a night, we didn’t report it). The coffee maker didn’t work properly. TV service was slow and would not load.
Nice property and great rooms. However, the rooms are all centered around a courtyard and for some reason the hotel played “lobby music” all night in the courtyard and it echoed throughout and could be heard in the room. Strange.
Great stay
Our stay was great at the Doubletree. Front desk was very helpful. There were only two downfalls, one was that the Jacuzzi was not working, and I would suggest replacing the old foam toilet seats with new regular ones. Ours was peeling and showing age, a little gross. Everything else was great.
A unique hotel with a large interior courtyard that is well enjoyed on a nice day. A great spot to sit and have a cup of coffee.
The hotel was great and parking was affordable!
The property is very nice, easy check-in and parking garage was safe and easy access in and out
Things can be repaired
Room was quiet, had trouble with internet, did not work, as a Gold member it was disappointing. Coffee maker was broken, staff replaced it in good time. There we fruit flies on some of the buffet breakfast but the omelette was very good.
We stay at this location once a year when we visit Austin. The hotel is nice, convenient, and fairly priced. It could use a few upgrades to make it a bit more modern, but it’s an excellent value.
Enjoyed our stay
Loved the facility. Very comfortable room
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay.
Mostly Good, With Some Challenges.
Room was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. $20 per night parking was a shock. Could not stay connected to WiFi for more than 2 minutes at a time.
Enjoyed our stay at this property!
Proximity to restaurants was great! The bartender (Kylar, I think) was great! The coffee maker in the room smelled of mildew. There was a musty smell in the room too, probably the carpet; as my boyfriend’s clothing had an odor after laying it on the floor. Hot tub was at best, lukewarm, which is probably why we didn’t see anyone else use it.
Great hotel, friendly staff
Nice comfortable hotel
Needs a face lift
Great place to stay!
really enjoy the property and the staff were great
I recommend!
Lovely hotel. Easy parking. Nice bar and lobby area
Beautiful facility
Loved the beautifully updated courtyard! This would be a great place for a group stay due to its unique inner courtyard walkway and the fact that each room has direct access from their room via a second door. Really interesting local art in the public spaces, very quiet rooms, and the best scrambled eggs I’ve had in a long time at the restaurant! My new go-to hotel in this area.
Beautiful hotel with Spanish arches and balconies all around the courtyard.
The hotel has a wonderful pool area that is surrounded by the hotel.
Awesome place and staff
We loved this hotel, we were there for two nights! Room was very nice. Comfy bed. The Hotel was very pretty. The pool looked very nice. We would get Lyfts to & from downtown Austin. Parking does have an added fee.
Very clean, modern, very pretty.
The hotel room was great and the bar/grill was open til 1:30am which was perfect for us!
We enjoyed the spacious room. The room upgrade was worth every penny. Front door and kitchen staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back soon!
It was vary specious clean and newer hotel
The room was huge! Staff was amazing! Great amenities!
Staff is so welcoming.
Not great
My room was not in good condition. The mini fridge had a block of ice inside it, and water was leaking from it all over the cabinet and carpet. The curtains had a burn hole in them. The toilet didn’t flush, and the shower had no hot water.
Property is right off the highway, quiet and very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby made eating out quite convenient.
Nice property. I was shocked to see that $20 a day was charged for parking.
Beautiful spacious rooms. NICE pool area. Good late night bar and dining. Comfortable bed. Beautiful drapes and shower.
Modern Texas theme with beautiful artwork throughout the property. The Starbucks opens early and is on the first floor.
It's filthy and somewhat run-down. I had crickets in my room and cockroaches throughout the building. Nasty.
Great stay all around
Love the courtyard and room exit to the interior.
Everything was amazing! Except the elevator for the parking were very old and made loud sounds, little scary and elevator Ed in the lobby didn’t have air conditioning! Will definitely stay here again:)
We had no hot water in the bathroom and a problem sink. As soon as we returned from a late night event we ran water in the sink to brush our teeth and I jumped in the shower to find out there was NO hot water. When we told them about the issue at checkout they wanted to know why we hadn’t called maintenance! At 11:30 at night we were just ready to go to bed. The desk clerk just wasn’t going to do anything to make us happy. She offered a starbuck’s discount voucher for coffee. We don’t support starbuck’s or spend our money there. They should have given us some sort of voucher for a discount rate to use at another time.
Yes it is older hotel which is the best part of it's personality. It is renovated and well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. We enjoyed dinner in the bar lounge the first night. For a night out we just had to walk across the street to Pappadeaux's seafood restaurant. It was delicious! A real treat
Expensive parking.
stay was awesome!!
It was just a normal hotel setting nothing special
I thought overall the service was excellent.
Huge black bug in the bathroom. Yikes!
Quite property with a convenient location
Oook
Customer service
Room was amazing. Bed is super comfortable. Front desk staff was great. However, on day of check out, at 0900 I hear a light knock on door, and then an immediate attempt to open the door? When checkout isn't until noon. It was housekeeping, so this was a bit jarring and didn't like that at all, nor could I snooze anymore afterwards. Other than this, stay and hotel were good.
Reasonably close to downtown
Nice hotel and staff. On site parking (fee) with easy access to highway.
Great property!
I loved the stay
NA
The staff is really friendly .
Shower curtain had stains and housekeeper didn’t clean my room the next day.
Excellent
I check into room 607 and there was a strong odor odor of dog, it was very unbearable so I called the front desk and they provided me with room 577. The door to this room appears to have been kicked in on the lower left side which did not make me feel safe at all. But the room was clean. I didn’t change rooms because I was here for one night and did not want to bother the front desk staff again with the same. The unit was clean and atleast had a coworker staying on the same floor so I toughed it out. I wanted to eat some dinner so I called the room service from my room only to be answered rudely. I asked them how the service and payment work, thier response was, “ do you not know how to scan a QR code.” So i decided to Heade out for dinner when all I wanted to do was stay in. The next morning I hear a loud know on my door around 9am and it was housekeeping. I told them no thank you, but they kept knocking until I answered the door. I asked what the problem was they stated they were there to clean the room, I asked what check out time was they said 10, I was confused because I was told check out was at 12. I called the front desk to confirm and they said I had until 12 just to let the housekeeper know. Why should I let someone know? I was very confused by that. This was my first stay ever at a Double tree property and i truly Wish it was a better one.
The room was very clean & spacious. Also, it is very quiet.
Felt so welcome from the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out. The level of security I felt being at the Hilton made my stay that much better. The room was amazing and very clean. Everything was excellent ❤️
Electrical was out in half the room for entire stay and was never offered to move rooms, just told engineering would repair it, which they didn’t.
I stayed in this property recently and my room had bed bugs. I talked to the front desk and they assured me to keep in contact with me and comp my stay. After a few days I was ghosted and haven't received any response from them over the matter.
I greatly appreciated the amenities, service and location of my room. I do wish there had not been a stain on my bedspread but I also did not make time to request a new one. I also wish parking was not $20/night but the garage worked out as the favorable option. Will return again!
Nice hotel, would stay here again.
UT trip
Loved this hotel! Will be staying again! Bar had good drinks! Pool was nice! Loved the cookie they handed out at check in and check out! Parking garage is a plus. Can't beat this price either! Will come back!
Hotel entrance from freeway is very confusing and difficult to get to. Staff was not too friendly upon arrival, it was more of a “do it yourself” hotel. The girl at the check in counter asked for the name on my reservation, typed it in, then asked for my id then would not check me in until my husband arrived with his id
Austin
Room was clean, bed a bit too soft for me. I was also disappointed that parking was $20 a night, wasn’t mentioned when I reserved the room. I mean, I had to pay it because that was the only available parking, but I’d have rather known before I arrived.

My room had a stale/old smell. I called the front desk and housekeeping was sent right away. He sprayed something in the vent and around the room. The bathroom sink looked liked it had not been cleaned in a long time and there was some substance on the drapes. I checked out a day early and found another hotel.
Nice hotel in a convenient area
Location was convenient to get to downtown Austin and North Austin. Tidy. Close to dining options.
It was very comfortable and nice.
Convenient
Amazing!!!
Had a good experience but there was a roach in my room lol
The room was slightly dirty with a left over empty roll of tp out as well as a crusty toilet seat. We could consistently hear kids crying/screaming through the night
Ehb
Booked 1 king bedroom. The room was clean and cool upon doing a late check in. The parking garage was clean and easily accessible with key card. The contactless option was a great feature as well. Will stay here again.
We had a great visit at this double tree. I personally am a double tree frequent flyer and always enjoy the cleanliness and vibes of the bar/restaurant. My only complaint here was that the cookies were not as soft as the tend to usually be. Other than that its was perfect. Thank you to the staff for accommodations!
