Very good area. Parking close by (parallel street). Very bad sewage smell in street outside. The statement about parking being available for 8Euros p.d. should not have been made. Room and bed were good.

Very drity

The reservation desk was very prompt in addressing all concerns. The units are very intimate, but they have more than everything that you might need for your stay including hotplates, utensils, etc. Of course it is an easy five minute walk to the famous pedestrian Istiklal Street. Furthermore, it is a pleasant walk downhill to the Topane T1 tram station. However, on the way back, its best to take the tunnel from Karakoy to Galata, and walk down Istiklal Street. The receptionist has very limited knowledge of english, and while the owner is very flexible if you reach out to him, the receptionist is a bit strict with everything. So if you have any special requests, best to touch base with the owner directly. The place is neat and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

Clean Friendly staff Cosy

There were two severe problems: 1. On our last day, an intense sewer smell engulfed the entire apartment. It made sleeping, eating and bathing nearly impossible, and felt absolutely unsanitary. We weren’t notified about this problem or the attempts to fix it, we only found out fixes were being attempted when we asked the attendant. It was still smelling disgusting by the time we left. 2. The bathroom door knob was broken, and “fixed” with an elastic band. A previous reviewer mentioned getting stuck in the bathroom, but no serious repair was made. This can’t be fire-safe! Otherwise, the apartment was dingy but usable. The wifi, A/C, laundry service and elevator were all satisfactory. There were some stains and damage, and little shelf space. But the attendants made water bottles available for free! The area is cute if touristy. Many good restaurant options around. It's a little loud at night, but that's to be expected in this area.

We looked up this hotel and the pictures painted a different scene. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation instead ended up being an uncomfortable 10 days. The 2 rooms we booked were both very disappointing in size and cleanliness. By the second night me and my 9 other family members got sick from all the dust and mold in the rooms. We spent half our vacation in bed rest due to the uncleanliness. We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies and cleaned both rooms. Even after taking the time to clean there was still a sewage smell that would overwhelm the rooms. The windows and doors would have to stay open in order to be able to eat, sleep or relax. My father ended up stuck in the restroom for 2 hours because the door handle came apart. There was no water the 1st night and we lost power the last night. The safe box would not open so we were forced to walk around with our money and passports the 1st two days. When you are traveling with 10 people a safe box in the rooms is very important. The host was able to get us a replacement but we had to install and mount it ourselves. The fridge and burners are outdated. We ended up having a fridge water leak on the 3rd floor and my sister’s luggage and clothes were damaged. The burner stopped functioning and had to be replaced. My over all review is very dissatisfied, the amount of money spent was not worth the stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was down a small alley, but the Main Street just outside the alley has lots of shops and restaurants. It was very walkable to the tram stop and only a block away from Istiklal street with many, many restaurant and shopping options, including many big Western names. The room was clean and spacious enough. The furnishings were beautiful. Great deal for the price.

The experience was great and we enjoyed our stay. No issues, noise was minimal at night and rarely even noticeable. Reza, the host / receptionist was super kind and friendly and i felt welcomed by the team. Yurus the manager was also extremely helpful and quick to respond. You cant go rwrong if you want to be in the middle of all the avtion and near al the local cafes and restaurants :). Price was good too :)

Had a few communication issues (early drop-off of luggage and laundry). Information given over the chat not in line with the person at the reception.

Aile olarak seyahat ediyoruz çok memnun kaldık. Yeri çok merkezi, ona rağmen sakin ve güvenli. Oda havadar, temiz, kullanışlı. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever. Hiçbir konuda sorun yaşamadık, rahat ve keyifli bir seyahat oldu. Otelin çamaşır yıkama servisi var, odanın küçük bir mutfağı var gerekli malzemelerle birlikte, dışardan yemek söylenebiliyor, odanın ve oturma alanının küçük Fransız balkonu var, internet ve klima sorunsuz, binada asansör var. Taksim’in göbeğinde ev konforunda konakladık.

It was amazing to stay this hotel. Staffs were really nice and kind and also the room was clean and comfort.

Very comfortable

The place has an excellent location, very central but very quite. Staff of the hotel are very kind.

It wasn't a great stay. The good is the walkable area. The bad is the apartment itself - it's too small for two people, the furniture is old and broken, the bathroom smells foul, the wifi disappears every few minutes (can't really have a work zoom call or watch TV), the A/C is too weak during hot weather, no real cooking stove or laundry in the apartment unlike advertised, and finally the loud church bell by the window wakes you up at 8am. We moved out early (no refund was provided), and moved to a much better apartment nearby.

I spent a wonderful week with my besties in May 2024 at this property. Our suite was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The management was very helpful, very friendly and very quick to assist when needed. They provided us with extra clean towels, cleaning services and whatever we asked them. We were finally able to get an honest taxi rate in Istanbul because the Dorne guys helped us arrange a taxi ride. I highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and in a nice location. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The area around the hotel had lots of restaurants and cafes.

The place was perfect for our stay in Istanbul, and the staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and at ease, and were always kind and attentive. The place was very cozy, colorful, and perfect for a couple staying in Istanbul. It is also walking distance to the metro station, and to Istiklal street, with access to numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Despite being so central and close to everything, we did not struggle with loud noise at night or any other issues during our stay. Big thanks to the staff who made our stay a great experience, we would definitely consider this place for our next visit to Istanbul!!

The property is as you see in the pictures. It was well thought out and has everything you need. The communication from the host is slow and often no one it as reception. The room smelled of smoke as people smoke in front and our room was at the bottom. The location is ideal as you are walking distance from everything but parking is a nightmare. You need to pay and some charge exorbitant fees for you to park.

I stayed there with kids for 1 night. We had a lovely time there . The host Raza was very welcoming . The property is very well located, walking distance to Istiklal street with everything near ur doorstep. The room was good size with kitchen and dining table and a big Tv . The only thing I would recommend is better ventilation for bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for anyone especially who wants to be near Taksim square or istiklal street . I will definitely stay there again next time

Fantastic location with an abundance of restaurants and cafes nearby, easy access to public transport and just a short stroll to Taksim Square! The management running the hotel is very friendly and willing to do anything to help you out. The apartments very comfortable. Everything is clean and everything’s in working order. An excellent place to stay.

This property is very conveniently located close to Istaklal Cd. You can walk and find absolutely everything you want. Plenty of restaurants, shopping sightseeing all around. The unit is very comfortable. Has one bedroom, a kitchenette, a spacious living room, and a good bathroom. Much more room than a Hotel room.

Great property. The only thing is I stayed seven nights, and there was no cleaning. Also, I wish there were more bed linens.

Good location, friendly staff but overpriced

The staff were very friendly and helpfull . The facility however seemed overpriced. Not the quality i am expecting when paying around 150 usd per night.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from istiqlal road yet away from its noise . Property is safe (lots of security cameras). the room wasn't big but it was very clean and well designed to accommodate a family of 5. Sinan & Staff are all reliable, helpful & honest . Communication was easy even before arrival. They arranged a nice transportation for my family from & to the airport for a reasonable price. For this peace of mind, I would prefer them for my next visit.

The place is nice, and clean, and the staff is super friendly. We stayed at the ground level and that affected us, as we couldn't sleep. There where people on the street and some hotel guest that were super laud

Its in the heart of Taskim and best places if you like to ignore the clocks and want to do anything from dinning, shopping, stroll, and enjoy the environment irrespective of what time of the day it is, it is the best place to be around. The hotel manager Sinan was very cooperative and response and also to mention Younas has helped out and responded to any request we made big or small wouldn't matter. I definitely recommend it and will be going back there again. For a good budget hotel, its a good place to go and stay.

The apartment was clean. Strategic location in the middle of istiklal road. And the stuff was kind and helpful Mr. Sinan and Mr. Yunos.

The receptionist insulted me and almost attacked, this was because I asked for refund. The place smelled so bad when I first arrived I got the room changed and still the smell was there! The place is so old and not clean at all the sofa bed is way smaller than expected! So bad!
