Good Apartment

Basic Apartment. Good overall facilities. Just an issue with the sink leaking. Also the reception team were not very nice when i asked for late checkout. As they had no cleaning that day which meant the room wasnt going to be in use they still were persistent i had to check out at 11am and my flight was at 8pm. Other than that great location and pool was nice with loads of deck chairs to sunbathe.

First time in Grand Canaria and HIGHLY recommend this property. Comfortable room. Great Location to all amenities including a grocery store close by. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful. Pool area was cleaned regularly. I will be rebooking for next year!

I have stayed in this hotel before and I really enjoy it everytime. The staff are all super lovely and friendly. There is always a "good morning" or "hello" when entering the building. There are alot more children (Spanish families) than previously, so if you are looking for a quiet stay this possibly isn't the best during peak season. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, though all apartments come with microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, freezer and crockery. Overall a really enjoyable holiday. Thanks once again.

Verdaderamente geniales para el precio que tienen. Muy recomendable. Complejo muy silencioso. Trato humano excelente. Muy cerca de la playa. Los apartamentos están renovados y las camas son muy cómodas. Baños muy adecuados y modernos. Un muy grato descubrimiento. Volveré sin dudarlo!!!

Comfortable enough for the price, perhaps good value for a couple or three, maybe a bit expensive for a solo compared to other hotels, receptionists were friendly and helpful, cleaners changed my bed sheets every other day mopped the floor, WiFi was not good enough just about useful at certain times and locations, swimming pool was sometimes full with hair and dirt from kids playing in it very many hours a day - it was useful to only cool down for few minutes - too small for swimming, sunshine reached the sunbeds only after about 11am up until 5pm at which times there might not always be available sunbeds, however the beach was only in 7-8 minutes walk, several shopping centres within few minutes walk too, kitchenette was essential but pretty enough, fridge and freezer, cutlery, frying pan, plates, etc, hot water any time, TV with quite a few channels in various languages - German / French / Spanish and one in English for news. I think for up to a few days hotel is worth it, for longer stays better or cheaper options can be found probably. If I was to go to same area again I may potentially book this hotel only because I know what to expect, but if I have time to search I believe I can possibly find a better one eventually.

nice place on a small budget

Tired, poor condition, lacking apartment

We had high hopes for this apart-hotel, with its 9+ score and reasonable photos. Unfortunately this property really fails in so many ways. A few of the issues we had... - Free on-site parking IS NOT available, told for staff only. - Elevator that's always breaking down and partner got stuck in late at night. - Light above bed broken. - Shower fitting spray water in every direction and leaks. - Only a coffee maker, no kettle. Coffee maker doesn't warm water very well and needed replacing. - Towels that look/feel as if they should of been replaced about 2 decades ago. If I had paid a budget price for the stay I would of been happy, but with much better places available for the same I felt had.

I nice studio apartment with all you require, quiet pool area with a nice relaxing atmosphere, close to all amenities.

Great location, clean and great facilities

Had a 4 night stay in December 2019 and was pleasantly surprised as for the price it was very clean and pleasant. All facilities worked well and supplied with lots of amenities such as washing liquid, pots nd pans, oven, microwave, fridge and cooker hob. Shower could have been more powerful and no English television channels but apart from that it was a great stay. Convenient location for the beach and for Yumbo Centre also.

The bed it was very uncomfortable . And also the mattress was very hard . The location it was very handy

Overall nice stay with good price

This apartment is close to pretty much everything. Everything you need is in short walking distance. Multiple grocery stores, Yumbo centrum, bus stop to the airport, beach Playa de Ingles, beach boulevard with restaurants, bars, nightlife. Still this location is rather calm and quiet. Anyways I think all areas can have some noises and here you can hear them quite clearly inside the apartment. So if you are not a good sleeper like me, it could be a problem. Regardless i managed to fall a sleep pretty okay with earplugs. The pool area is okay, sunshine lasted from 10am to 17pm so more than enough. The balcony is nice to have in the evenings. There are no actual glass windows, but some sort of blinds you can open and close and these aren’t sound proof but help with ventilation in the evening.

Serà suficiente si solo quieres disfrutar de playa, ocio....pero si hace calor no te lo recomiendo. No tiene nada de especial...solo los recepcionistas son estupendos,comunicativos y muy amables. En eso un diez!. La limpieza bien...pero el apartamento bastante obsoleto....aunque con una pequeña piscina que nos salvó en ésta ola de calor!! La playa cerca caminando.

Nice hotel some 300 meters from the Playa del Inglés beach, and close to the major shopping centers. Quite old fashioned but neat and clean and has everything you need for a week or two in the sun. Small balcony. Small but nice pool area. I would return if/when I go back to Playa del Inglés.

Il personale super gentile ed efficiente. l'appartamento comodo, essenziale, pulito, con terrazza. ci è stato fato il check-in in anticipo senza costi e siamo rimasti in piscina nel pomeriggio in attesa della partenza. La piscina pulita e tutta l'area pulita.

El complejo esta muy bien, la habitacion estaba muy limpia y todo el mobiliario esta en muy buen estado y no me gusto que en la piscina no hubiera nadie para controlar que se estuviera con cochonetas dentro de la piscina y se tirandose, asi que no te puedes bañar con tranquilidad.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal de recepción. Los apartamentos bien en general, lo único que eché en falta es que tuvieran un ventilador .

Posizione perfetta accanto a supermercati, fermate autobus, centri commerciali e spiaggia. Camere pulite e funzionali, personale gentile e disponibile.

Ich hatte sogar Meerblick von meinem Balkon und gute Aussicht rundum. Das Appartement ist gut gelegen zum Strand als auch zum Yumbo - Center. Unweit sind Autovermietung und Fahrradverleih. Eine Deutsche Bäckerei sogar auch. 360 Grad-Panoramarestaurant mit Abendprogramm. Die Lage an tagsüber mässig belebter Straße, aber keine Durchgangsstraße, nachts aber ruhig. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sauber. Das Bett war etwas weich. Es werden gerade Renovierungs-arbeiten im Hotel durchgeführt, störte aber nicht. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, sehr empfehlenswert.

Great service, loved it!

I absolutely loved this place and got only great service. Basic accommodation but very clean room and wonderful cleaning ladies. Good kitchenette so it was easy to make your own food. Short walk to the beach, supermarket, Yumbo center etc. Free wifi that worked excellent all the time (I was on the 4th floor). I will definately come back here. I also got a great car service for the airport, black Lexus ordered on my name and cheaper than common taxi. Super service!

A pesar de haber leído verdaderas barbaridades sobre este establecimiento, quedé más que agradablemente sorprendido por el excelente trato y disponibilidad de su personal, que suple con creces las pequeñas deficiencias de la antigüedad del edificio. Hace semanas han cambiado la administración del local y parece que tienen ganas de cambiar y mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes.
