The staff were exceptional, genuinely friendly and helpful. We even saw a group of them in a local taverna and they were happy to say hello on their night off. Pool area was luxurious and the drink service was top class. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had a nice selection. The arrival and welcome was five star and again was down to the staff. The beach also had drinks service, but I found the beach a little small. This is simply how the beaches are in this area. The sea was clean and glasslike. As a gold Expedia member I got a small room upgrade and also a late checkout. Overall I was very happy with my 8 nights at Domes, and if you want a lazy and relaxing break it’s perfect!

Great resort in a perfect location

Great resort in a perfect location. Only the second year this has been a Domes property and the dedicated and friendly team are working to bring it up to the standards of its sister properties elsewhere.

My hotel experience was overwhelmingly positive. Upon arrival, I was struck by the hotel's beauty, setting a relaxed tone from the start. The check-in process was impeccable, complete with welcome drinks and thorough explanations about the hotel. While the room was great overall, the bathroom design with the sink inside the room was a minor drawback. Nevertheless, the staff provided exceptional service, promptly addressing any concerns I had. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, although dinner lacked variety in sea fish dishes and options for lactose-intolerant guests were limited. Despite this, the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout. The two gyms, indoor and outdoor, with a sea view, added to the relaxation. Even upon early checkout, the staff prepared a thoughtful breakfast box for us. Overall, I am grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Previously stayed at the Domes of Corfu and so impressed, couldn't wait to try another Domes location. Fantastic friendly staff made us feel very welcome, refreshing herbal tea on arrival, welcome and leaving gifts bag, wine, cheese, fruit in our room and a complimentary meal at Topos beach bar, a wonderful gesture on arrival at this beautiful hotel, however: Restaurants/food: a mediocre buffet breakfast and dinner, not 5 star quality food expected (smoked salmon the exception one morning). Topos Beach Bar, the ONLY other restaurant offered the same limited lunch menu for dinner, last seating on any given day; 7pm, too early for us. Was pleased to see Lobster on the menu but not available during our entire stay. Decided to eat here at 5pm on last day before leaving for the airport only to be informed it was closed! We ventured around in search of other local restaurants but menus showing photos of food being served, this place is stuck in a time warp. The beach is nothing like the images or description on the website, it's not white sand, it's brown gravel. Irritating cheesy 80s 90s covers played all day and seeing clientele walking around in thongs exposing their butts was hardly the "vibe" "style" or "sophistication" described/expected of a 5 star resort. A real shame because the hotel design and staff were just lovely and so attentive. We look forward to returning to Domes of Corfu but regrettably not here.

Amazing property and customer service!

Great hotel with amazing pool

Lovely hotel and staff. Amazing infinity pool with really comfy sunloungers. Rooms were much better than advertised - king (180cm) beds in even the smallest standard room. Food was lovely but needed more a la carte choice in the evenings for those not keen on buffets - there was only sushi. All in all a lovely luxury option from a great company

Clean, amazing staff, beautiful grounds!

The hotel is nice and renovated. It has a nice beach and a pool with plenty of sunbed options. Rooms are spacious and quite clean. The staff is very warm and welcoming. We were not very satisfied with main restaurant food options. Breakfast becomes extremely boring after 1-2 days. We found dinner options limited and not to highest quality compared to other Domes hotels we stayed. In terms of location, Kassandra is quite touristic place. You can visit town centre by foot. Khalkidiki has a quite large area. If you’d like to visit famous beaches on second leg, you should keep in mind that there is ~1h 30 min travel time from the hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Beautiful, fantastically organised and extremely friendly atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to be of service. 11/10 experience. Will without doubt be visiting Domes Noruz in the future. Can’t compliment them enough.

The choice of food for half board was excellent. We stayed there 4 nights and the quality of good was varied and extremely tasty. The Lounge facility was excellent for complementary beverages. The service was truly excellent in all areas of the hotel. The whole experience was personalised from arrival to departure and food was provided on our late arrival. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Amazing and silent vacation

Our trip was amazing, beach was good, clean and silent hotel. Very helpful people. Very good breakfast and dinner. Very good beach.

If you like ‘spa retreat’ type service and facilities then this hotel is for you. Personally I prefer a more laid back approach to my holiday stay and found this all a little overbearing. Housekeeping visits 3 times a day to the room, staff following you to ask if everything is ok or if you need anything is just too much. Sadly not for me!

This hotel offers a real touch of luxury. It is bright, fresh and clean and even when it is full you have a feeling of space. The entertainment team are fun and friendly (but not pushy) and the bar staff are amazing. The rooms could do with a few more hangers in the wardrobe and the pool was a little cool this time.

Service is bad

The hotel is a nice building. However, service wise they are really bad. Dirty cutlery, dirty cups, very bad service, cold coffee, etc. etc. Service is bad also.

Modern renovated beach hotel in a popular area

This family friendly resort hotel on the beach has been remodeled and is in beautiful condition. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet excellent. Most guests appeared to be families from Greece or other European countries, but the staff all spoke excellent English. The beach is narrow and a bit rocky, but there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and the water is warm and quite swimmable. The pool is beautiful but used mostly by kids. The guest room was clean with good closet space. The bathroom set-up is a bit unusual in that there is essentially no door and thus no privacy. The toilet and the shower are both behind frosted glass doors that open to the double sink area. Water pressure is good and there is plenty of hot water. We were there for a large wedding, and other guests stayed at several other nearby hotels. All had complaints about their lodgings which cost them at least as much; we did not. Be aware that this part of Chalkidis is crowded in the Summer; this is not a secluded spot by any means and the small town which is in easy walking distance is touristy and lacks the charm of island villages. If you're staying in this part of Chalkidis, the Grecotel Pela Beach is an excellent choice.

one of the best holidays we have had,everything you want from a holiday,hotel excellent,staff very helpful,and the breakfast was the best ever,choice was overwhelming.i have to mention the entertainment team,they invited you to join with the activities they put on, but never put pressure on you.

Americans Think Twice

I have a pretty low bar for hotels. I enjoy Hampton Inns, I don't need the Ritz. But this hotel couldn't meet even the low bar for the following reasons: - We had to ask the front desk for a telephone in our room upon arrival. - Many lights in our room did not turn on. - The air conditioning was non-existent. Set at the lowest setting, the room never got to anything lower than 76-78. - The tub didn't drain (shin deep water by the time you're done showering). We informed the front desk, but no one ever came to look at it or fix it. Based on the stains on the wood trim in the bathroom, the bathroom had clearly flooded previously. - We did not receive maid service one day. - There weren't irons in the rooms. Our friends sent something to be ironed at the laundry service and it took a full 24 hours for it to be returned. - Packaging tape held together flooring in the common stairwell. I would likely not return here.

Good location by the beach, everyday volleyball, nice village, great food, very far from tourist attractions. Good for quiet relaxation and swimming. A bit outdated facilities. Visitors - mostly Russians, Brits, Germans. Many with kids.

Fun family hotel but completely run down

What saved the day was the fantastic animation team which created a fun-loving atmospere and the nice beach and pool area. My son really enjoyed his stay. The hotel however needs a major refurbishment throughout!! It is incredible run down and ungly.

Exellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Breakfast and meals are very good. Espececially the guy at front desk (Konstantinope) is very kind and helpful.

Wonderful hotel

Great hotel! One of the best I have stayed in. Our room was bungalow which was possibly the greatest choice. Pool is relax and calm. Room so comfy, large enough, modern. Bathroom was great. Sea side perfect. Breakfast lots of delicious choices. So the dinner as well. Wonderful staff. And being adult only is great for silence :) And the Chanioti down that the hotel is in very nice at evenings. Definitely recommended.

Was uns gut gefallen hat: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit direkten Blick auf einen Pool. Es ist ein frisch renovierter Bereich vom Hotel welcher einen 2. Pool hat und es ist ruhig. Personal von der Rezeption ist größtenteils sehr nett und hat auch nach einem Problem nachgefragt ob alles gerichtet wurde. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Was uns nicht gefallen hat bzw. verbessert werden könnte: Die Türe vom Zimmer war so dünn, dass wir jeden morgen um 07:00 Uhr vom Müllwagen geweckt worden sind und auch jede Person die vorbei lief gehört haben oder auch das Walkietalkie von den Mitarbeitern gehört hatten als wäre es im selben Raum - sehr hellhörige Tür & Wände. Der Service beim Frühstück, normalerweise werden beim Frühstück Getränke vom Service serviert - hier allerdings stehen die Kellner nur zum Abräumen da und sind kaum aufmerksam. Teilweise war das Essen beim Frühstück eher nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel gerecht, sowie eben der besagte Service. Das Telefon im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert obwohl wir es ein paar Mal gemeldet hatten, man musste über Whatsapp mit dem Roomservice kommunizieren. Das Putzteam hat manchmal kein Wasser nachgefüllt und was etwas umständlich war, war das der Kühlschrank nicht eingeschaltet war sondern nur als Schrank diente. Alles in allem waren einige Erlebnisse eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel passend, aber sonst war es ein gutes Hotel für 1 Woche und den Preis.

The Resort is a superior relaxing and chilling oasis in a lively peninsula of Chalkidiki .The Hotels surrounding is very quiet, very clean, and minutes away from the lively town Chanioti. The Hotel Pool is lovely that overlooks the coast just a few steps away,the water is crystal clear and safe to swim (without and high winds). Beach sun beds are for Hotel guests only with great food / drinks served all day.The rooms are super clean, comfy beds , great soaps … also exquisite fragrance diffusors throughout the hotel . Hotel staff are absolutely fantastic: especially Nikos, Christina, Eleni, Maria, Ioli and the rest of the team really do their best to make you feel welcome and fulfil any requests and wishes throughout. We do most definitely once again want to experience a vacation at Domes, even after a 2nd stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra. Der Service ist wirklich perfekt. Schöne und saubere Anlage. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, genau wie 2 Supermärtke.

Çok temiz, kaliteli müşteri kitlesi olan havuzu , denizi muhteşem, kahvaltısı avrupa da görebileceğimiz nadir olarak çok iyi, çocuksuz , yetişkin hoteli , kesinlikle tavsiyemdir.

Underbart hotell nära havet och den lilla byn

Väldigt fint hotell och trevlig personal. Ett extra plus till de som städade de allmänna toaletterna och höll rent runt polen. Det var väldigt rent och fint hela tiden. Bra frukostbuffé med både nypressad apelsinjuice och mycket färsk frukt. Det fanns när jag var där alltid lediga solstolar vilket uppskattas. Alltid positivt med med hotell som har gott om solstolar så man slipper bli utan eller behöver gå upp i ottan för att lyckas få en. Se dock upp med betalningen vid strandrestaurangen. Hotellets priser är generellt betydligt högre än utanför vilket det alltid brukar vara. Men de redovisar också endast en slutsumma så det är svårt att se att allt är korrekt. Så insåg i efterhand att min nota blev betydligt dyrare än vad den borde varit. Men detta var också det enda dåliga med hela boendet. I övrigt ett toppen ställe.
