Great hotel. No

Staff were extremely helpful, grounds were beautiful. Lots of cats and little pups around (not sure if strays or if the hotel was caring for them) but all very friendly and loved feeding them. Rooms spacious and clean.

Absolutely fantastic staff which made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. I was amazed at the incredible level of hospitality that we were afforded. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a family friendly, all inclusive.

Maids attended the rooms daily and changed bedding and clean towels, but did not once sweep or mop the floors

I got the ocean view room and it was gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The workout classes everyday are amazing overlooking the ocean. The buffet is delicious but note that its the same everyday so might get boring if you stay more than 5 days. This property is located slightly away from the downtown so its not walkable to downtown but staff can call you a taxi conveniently :)

The reception staff were either rude or incompetent. Problems started at check in. We booked 2 rooms, telephoned 2 months prior asking them to be together. We were shown 2 rooms in 2 diffwrent buildings and told we would have to wait for the next day to speak to manager. When shown our 2nd room, ther adjoining (interconnecting room) was empty. We asked for that room, which took convincing and about an hour to sort. On check out we were checking charges and reception staff were talking over us, rude snd not allowing us to speak. When we pointed it out, they didnt apologise and even worse had to cheek to say we were rude. The hotel coudl have been anywhere in the world, there was nothinh Greek about it, apart from one Greek night. Overall dissaponting holidqy for the money

This hotel is branded a Domes Hotel - food was excellent but not much else meets the standard expected of a Domes

Great hotel. But checking in is chaotic.

Great stay, but front desk is a bit chaotic at check in and they almost checked me in under someone else’s booking. Probably because your details and paperwork gets passed on to 3 people before you actually speak to the person at the desk.

Had a lovely week, very welcoming and helpful staff. Would recommend and hope to go back soon

Zante Stay

Hotel condition is quite out of date, needs proper refurbishment all together, starting from the main building to the bungalows. Bathrooms and rooms are very small and we were downgraded and offered only on the third day (out of four) to move tot he room type we booked. We refused, but upon return and contacting Hotels.com any partial refund was denied. I felt very disappointed all together.

Fantastic location on a wonderful beach and close to lively Laganas. Fab friendly staff. Mini lockdown meant no entertainment. Food was quiet basic and lacked variation. Overall though a fantastic holiday

If you stay here, you must get the all inclusive. The food is really good and all you can eat buffet. The rooms alone are not worth this being a 4 star hotel. They are seriously outdated and not that comfortable. We stayed in a sea view room and one night as we were sleeping, I heard a strange noise as if someone turned on the shower. I rushed to the bathroom and I see one of the valves below the sink spewing water and spewing water fast. I tried to close it but there was no way. I quickly woke my girlfriend up and told her to pack when all of a sudden the other valve burst and now double trouble. I called the front desk panicking and they didn’t seem to understand the. I felt like all of our things were going to get wet because the entire bathroom floor was now below water and the water was seeping into the room. I felt like I was on the sinking titanic! The water rushed into the hallway and when the guy finally came up to shut off the water, water had spilled into the hallway and covered a 10 foot area. Looking at the neighbors across from us, I couldn’t help but feel how their entire room would’ve been filled with water too as I saw the water line just an couple inches shy of their door. I asked to be moved but the night staff seemed very unhelpful and they didn’t really care it was midnight and we had things to do early in the AM and had a long day and were tired. Didn’t offer any discount or compensation, just a basket of fruit. Bad management or inexperienced or both.
