great place to stay!

The staff were helpful but not very friendly, and were not interested in the visitors at all. the lobby on each floor smelt like cigarette smoke. The room was great and everything worked well, but in the long run, staff interaction makes and breaks a visit and Dolce was lacking in that area.

Wow after leaving the inter con this property was a massive disappointment. Maybe I was just spoiled from the attention to detail, amazing staff amenities and good food at intercon but this paled in comparison (even tho literally everything is tacky and gold) you would never know this was an international hotel because very few of the staff have any grasp of English making it extremely hard to order or communicate. The breakfast buffet was huge but terrible, the room service was awful. I ended up going to circle k and living off snacks due to the poor quality and difficulty in ordering. Housekeeping was random and they never replaced the snacks and food unless I asked. The gym is ok but half the cardio equipment was broken and I was unable to use it. I really would recommend not staying here

Amazing room, lovely view, pool is so nice and view is amazing from pool. Breakfast was lovely, great vegetarian options. Only 1 problem I had, under the bed had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and bottles/wrappers from previous guests. Everything else was absolutely spotless

Staff was wonderful. Made sure my valuables were safe after forgetting to lock my safe! They even put a new temporary password while I was gone.

The staff were extremely inviting and friendly

Terrible service. Terrible location. Tacky gold spray everywhere. Booking online said twin or king bed - pretty common when they see us they just give us the king bed cause we are a couple. They told us you have twin. I’m like ok is king room available - he went an upgraded us for $50 when the same king suite was available. K whatever. Then we try to go to the pool. Not heated, it’s cold. We wanted to go work somewhere on our computers. Not a single restaurant is open, not a bar , even on the rooftop atleast have tables . Nothing. Booked a reservation at there hotel for 6:45 through reception at the steakhouse. We waited for our reservation since there was no point to leave and return. When we went we were rudely refused. Told there is a “party” and it’s booked out. K cool. Why weren’t we told this when we booked and wasted our time at hotel, could have easily gone somewhere else. They were still setting up for the party. Right after, a Chinese couple, confused after what we were told came and sat down at a table. They were helped and given drinks. Bathroom had a very weird smell to it as well. Location was terrible, far from everything. Not there fault ours . But not convenient. Would not recommend.

Golden Hotel

I was curious about the novelty of the golden rooms, so I checked in for 2 nights. Although it's a pretty hotel, I found it a little outdated. For the price I found it to be too expensive in comparison to other hotels for same price like Lotte Hotel nearby. My room was interesting with golden fixtures and an usually big bed that was very comfortable. Upon arriving I noticed that the tv was not working and took a full day to be fixed and the AC pointed exactly to the bed which made me get up in the middle of the night to turn it off. The location is not the most convenient, but it's surrounded by some interesting cafes and restaurants. I didn't try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel for I didn't find it appealing. But if you like the opulence of gold, you will find your stay here comfortable and luxurious.

Very pleasant staff. Great condition. Large room with beautiful lake view and nice roof top pool. Breakfast is ok. Chinese restaurant very good.
