Can't beat the price. property is dated, but clean, pool works,walking distance to walking st and laundry. Only thing i would mention is at check in if you bring your wife or partner. Make sure they night staff knows. Otherwise it can be awkward.

The staff were very cordial, responsive, and professional. Only a few blocks from walking street and about a 10 minute walk to the SM mall.

The staff are the ones that kept me coming back. Very respective. The rooms are a little outdated, but the price and staff are more than makes up for any deficiencies. It’s now my goto place to stay whenever I’m Balibago.

Overall not too bad, did see cockroaches, Staff were ok, general areas ok, close to large shopping mall. Its Angeles dont forget but its good for short term stays.

Everything was great but it lacks a fully furnished utensils wares such as spoons, forks, butter knives, cups, plates.. So be prepared to bring your own!!!

This is the go to place for me when I stay in Angeles City. The staff is great and the breakfast is good. I like that it is close to everything including SM Clark Mall.

The room was clean. No bugs. Quiet. And the staff was amazing. The location is very good. Five minute walk from fields and 7-Eleven. Quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was very good. Would stay here again and again.

1st day room was old water not potable no batteries in ac remote then switched rooms next day much better but shower window blinds were mold and that’s harmful

My room had a leak from the air conditioning and the did not make up my room unless I asked

Nice quiet place to stay if you are not a sex tourist. Seemed to be mostly normal people over in the Annex which is diagonal across the street. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The facility was a bit dated and worn but good enough in my opinion and was a good value for the price. I will stay again if needed on the next trip.

Bed bugs big blood stain on bed, the staff is horrible and they will charge you for EVERYTHING.

I enjoyed my stay with the hotel. The Staff was outstanding and very helpful in anything needed. The Restaurant had a wonderful free breakfast and other items on the menu. I would be happy to stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff, rooms in the annex are basic but ok, the main hotel rooms are much nicer. Breakfast is simple but ok.

Nice simple hotel

Lovely receptionist, reasonable breakfast, small but comfortable room if a little bit dated. The bathrooms would really need an upgrade. Very quiet location. Small (small!!!) pool but welcome when really too hot. Bad Aircon, so noisy, but all in all a pleasant stay. I like this place.

I have stayed here many times and will continue to use the hotel for a 1 or 2 night max stay.

I liked the interaction with all staff members, very nice folks, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I didn't like the first room because it was in the annex across the street and they changed it immediately, wanted to move to a newly-renovated room on the 4th day just for fun and they also accommodated my request. I had a very good overall experience with my stay and great interaction with staff. Food and coffee offerings need a lot of improvements in the restaurant, the cook was very nice - making my breakfast to my exact liking every morning, crispy bacons and 2 over-medium eggs :). I would go back and stay at DM Residente again for sure if I decide to go back at some point.
