Unwilling to assist or accomodate
I unfortunately did not get to stay at the hotel. Due to an unforeseen emergency our airport has canceled all outgoing flights and we couldn’t get to Rome. When i contacted the hotel several days in advance they were unwilling to refund even partial or compensate us in any way. This was the busiest weekend in Rome when the pope was elected and they could have easily found a replacement for us in time. This place obviously values money ahead of basic human kindness and decency.
Modern Gem!
Visiting for a couple of days before a cruise. The hotel was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier! Nice quiet location well situated to walk to whatever we wanted. Would definitely book another stay when we come back to Rome;).
The hotel has a great location,
We only stayed 2 nights but we loved the location and even though you are close to many of the interesting sites it was very quiet.
It was clean and quiet
Modern good location excellent restaurant next doors huge room and bathroom
The staff is amazing, the breakfast was great. My room was a little warm, I called the front desk and they immediately provided a fan.
Had a great time thank you for the wonderful stay
We had a nice time. Staff were helpful and all the facilities were clean
I would leave 5 stars based on the shower alone lol.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast options. Room had a couple of flaws which was addressed by maintenance: leaking bathroom ceiling and the door wouldn’t latch. Overall, very nice stay. Recommend.
Stayed for two nights in April and had a marvelous time. Hotel staff are very professional and the hotel itself is very well presented with a good level of cleanliness. Food and restaurant staff were also fantastic, with the staff remembering our drinks order from the day before. Would very happily stay again.
Great location. Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious
Small hotel with good staff,no air conditioning which makes room hot during our stays!
Spacious rooms. Great location. Fantastic Staff. Great Breakfast. Convenient location. Lots to do within walking distance.
It was a nice hotel close to many places and lovely stuff
Every person at the Divina went out of their way to assist in anyway possible. The customer service was excellent, the breakfast was great with a wonderful selection, and the location was great.
The property was small and intimate. It was a wonderful stay.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Convenient location.
24/7 staff were very responsive to any query. Breakfast staff were very friendly. Room was big and comfortable and the area was quite quiet.
The hotel was very nice, walkable to most of the tourists attractions. Short taxi ride to anything else, very clean, very friendly, the room was large with nice closet space and drawers. I will stay again if my travels take me back to Rome
Lovely big bed, great water pressure, very helpful staff, very good breakfast. Only criticism would be lack of air conditioning. We found the room too warm at night, so most nights we had the window open. That’s fine in March, but I don’t know how it would be in the height of summer! The No 7 stop for hop-on/hop-off and tour buses was very close, and the Villa Borghese museum and Spanish steps were within easy walking distance. About a 25 min slow walk into the city centre. Overall a very pleasant stay in Rome.
Lovely little hotel surrounded by lots of lovely Italian restaurants all within walking distance, staff very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was lovely would recommend and return again
This hotel is
Great boutique hotel with frat service and accommodations
I gave this hotel 5 stars I every category, staff was very helpful and always kind. Room was comfortable.modern and always clean. If we are ever back in Rome this is where we will stay. About 7 min to Spanish steps, and restaurants . A lot in walking distance, Wear thicker soled tennis shoes/running shoes,we taxied to coliseum,(45min walk).hotel will call for taxi.only 9-14$
Great location. 150 meters from "Hop On, Hop Off, stop 7" fairly close to Spanish Steps. Awesome Staff!! Would stay here again, no doubt.
The hotel was good but… I got a room that slept 3 just in case my daughter decided to join us. On the website it says they charge an extra $50 a night for a rollaway bed. I did not request one and was still charged an extra $50 a night.
Hotel is close to most places you need to see in Rome. Restaurants are just beside the hotel. Most importantly, the staff are very welcoming and Elaine, the Receptionist is very helpful!
Very much enjoyed our extended stay. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Excellent location, probably best part of Rome. Walking distance to many attractions, very good restaurants near the hotel. The staff super friendly and professional.
If you can - stay at the Panoramic suite.
Loved Divina
Love the location. Staff is very professional and accomidating.
Excellent
Great old Hotel staying very nice very well located super friendly staff breakfast nothing to write home About , quality was good with selection limited
Clean place, nice breakfast. Walking distance to many sights.
We had a perfect 6 night stay at this hotel in March. We had a room with a sitting area with comfortable furnishings. Excellent water pressure in the shower, no street noise, comfortable bed, perfect walkable location to many attractions and restaurants. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop about a block away and tickets to ride that can be purchased at the stop. The included daily breakfast was good. There was always a selection of scrambled eggs, pancetta, breads to toast, pastries, pancakes, waffles, cheese, cold cuts, bananas, oranges, juice, coffee, eggs cooked to order. The hotel and room are kept very clean and we had a nice view outside our room with a small balcony. The front desk staff are always available and helpful with any needs and questions. I had tickets booked to take the fast train to Venice and heard there had been some strike disruptions. The front desk attendant looked up the disruptions on website and let me know it did not affect my day. He also suggested what time to be down in the lobby to catch a cab or Uber for my early morning train. Cabs or Ubers to the hotel were only ever a 1 to 3 min wait. We had a great vacation and will be highly recommending this hotel to anyone who asks.
Nice
Rooms look elegant but modern.
Located in a very quiet and clean area, the facility a little bit dated. Entire room has no any UBS plug not even mention UBS-C. Front desk loan is an adopt. But the room is large.
poor lighting in the bathrooms
Great hotel, friendly and welcoming. Ina good location approximately 12 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain! Good restaurants close by too which was a bonus The hotel is very close to a large wall which is also fenced, so no nice views! The fridge in the room was extremely warm, however the mini bar was a nice touch
Davide, Elaine, Victor, and the maintenence crew were absolutely marvelous!
Great location and lovely, helpful staff.
The staff were very attentive and approachable. Hotel in a fabulous location. Expedia opening picture for this hotel is a complete miss sell of the property
Nice hotel, my room was big, clean, comfortable, bed remade every day. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice, lovely staff at breakfasts. Reception staff also very helpful.
Cleanliness
Great hotel and amazing staff. We had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend!
Staff was the best. Hotel needs some refresh.
Amazing in every way. Great breakfast. Best staff! Grazi!
Perfect!!!!!
Very friendly people, awesome place. Definitely would be staying there again. Thank you for the hospitality.
It’s called luxury hotel , but it’s not at all . Does not have public area small reception . The room are comfortable big bathroom. Nice room quit fell used … overall ok but not as described
Great location and walkable to many attractions. Friendly and helpful staff.
Travelled to Rome with my wife for our honeymoon. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. About a 7 min walk to the Spanish Steps. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Elaine, the hotel receptionist when we arrived to the hotel was very welcoming. One of the easiest check ins. Breakfast was also very delicious. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel would highly recommended, easy check-in, very friendly, helpful staff, rooms were very tastefully decorated, comfy bed, well equipped and very clean
The front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast
This is a WONDERFUL hotel! The front desk and staff have been great, shout out to Omar who shared he was new to staff. He did a great job at welcoming us and setting us up in our room. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS EXCELLENT. The location is great! It is in a more quiet area at the top of the Spanish Steps and a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants around the corner, a pharmacy, shops and mini mart. The mini bar in the room is free, which is a really nice touch. They’ve replenished it daily. The included breakfast is plentiful and a nice way to start the day! The room is very, modern and the cleaning staff does a great job! The bathroom is very large as well with heated towel racks. The lighting in the bathroom could be better, but I just did my make up by the window light using my own compact mirror. The hotel is attentive, minor power issue with the TV and the staff checked on it right away and told us how they would resolve it. The room is a bit warm even when we change the temp - but we opened the window time to time. This is an excellent hotel and would highly recommend! The staff really, really make you feel welcome and taken care of. Great way to end a two week trip in Italy! A nice, large room and awesome service!
Beautiful hotel
No hot water the first night, and no late check out available
Such a wonderful stay, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located at a convenient place with many shops and restaurants nearby. We hardly walked more than 5 minutes for a nice dinner.
Nice stay
The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently located and walking distance from a lot of attractions.
The hotel staff are extremely helpful in trying to locate our mis-placed item, during transit to the hotel. They also provide good advises to our travel needs.
I loved the room. It exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay there again
With really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointing factor was the smell. We eventually discovered the smell is from the plumbing. The hotel advertises heat and AC however, AC is only available in summer and heat is only available in winter. Neither are available during fall and spring.
Hotel was great. I didn't get to use vip upgrades.
Clean, good sized room and great location.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were large for Europe.
Excellent small hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Lovely staff. Great choice of breakfasts Easy to get about. Hop and off bus round corner if needed
I’d stay here again
Room was beautiful. Balcony was great. The lighting could use some maintenance. The bed was hard like concrete but I was grateful to have found a king sized bed in Italy. Location was perfect; easily walkable to most everything in Rome.
Great friendly service. Big rooms, huge bathrooms. Very clean. Only negative was the hot water took a long time to warm up depending on the time of day - but that was minor. Overall a great hotel in a nice area walkable to most attractions.
Great hotel and great staff, very friendly and very helpful, spacious room and bathroom, fantastic restaurants right outside the hotel, just the perfect stay in Rome.
Great location but our room thermostat wasn’t working and was constantly blasting heat. It was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the window open (6°C outside)
I had bad experience with night Shift front desk No manner He was unpleasant not perfshonal i spoke to Katrin Front Desck manager We arrived after 18 hour flight No hot water in the room and the heater was not working. We spend the night with no hot water and no heater and freezing room. They could not offer us different room or to give us courtesy discount. You can have guest coming after 7:00 pm Even able to seat in lobby and chat It’s disgusting policy this hotel have Beside the good location The should not have 4star rated hotel I don’t recommend at all this hotel to anyone
Lighting is too dark and moody. Feels like nighttime all day
Great place to stay
Great place to stay.
The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the mini bar was complementary which was a nice surprise. They booked everything even to a point they remembered everyone’s choice of drink. Lovely rooms too!
We liked the tiled floors (booo carpeting). The shower head was incredible. Management was helpful when scheduling transportation from our cruise line and to the airport. The breakfast was very good.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Divina Luxury Hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the seventh floor. It was large and with a fabulous balcony. Quiet location within walking distance of many popular sites. Clean room with a complimentary mini bar with drinks. Breakfast was good with a choice of pastries, cereals and small selection of cooked food. More fruit options would have been good. The staff that served us were lovely. The only negative I found is they don’t do lunch, dinner or room service, something I should have checked before I booked. The front desk Staff were friendly and helpful, ordering taxis and suggesting restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay here for good service and a quiet location.
Big Space in a Great Location
This property is convenient located in a desirable neighborhood. The Hop On bus was just around the corner and several restaurants were within walking distance. The up-to-date rooms are quite large (a lot more space compared to many in Rome/Europe). The bathroom amenities were great, and there was ample closet/storage space. The bed was harder than preferred but we still got restful sleep. The breakfast buffet had plentiful items from which to select, but the late start time of 7:30 AM was inconvenient with early tour plans. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely hospitable. We would stay there again!
Room was large. Easy to walk to the Borghese and the Spanish Steps. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did not upgrade our room for free even though they should have . We did pay for an upgrade and they were helpful accommodating that change. We did have to ask for coffee, shampoo and toiletries twice. They were nice about it.
Staff was friendly.
Look no further!!
4 nights in the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the first moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. A lot of attention to detail and cleaned daily to an exceptional standard in our junior suite. The king size bed was so so comfortable, the room was sparkly clean every day when we returned. So many really nice little touches. Also it was very quiet at the night time. The complimentary breakfast was so nice and again the staff so accommodating. Bravo to the management for making this hotel show how a hotel should be run. Should be rated Platinum, never mind 4 star. Thank you once again for making our Rome trip extra special.
Ok average
Perfect couple getaway!
Great stay for a weekend getaway in Rome! Very clean, great shower, good breakfast and amazing location. About 20 mts from Roma Termini. 100% recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was very comfortable and in a great location to easily walk to most of the sites.
Muy bien ubicado y con una vista desde su roof top increible hacia el acropolis. El personal es muy amable y servicial.
Very nice hotel in great area. The staff is excellent and I especially want the recognize the day shift maintenance man and the evening front desk manager. My one complaint is that our AC unit didn’t blow cool air after the first day and two requests for repair did not fix the issue.
Perfect location and Clean Rooms
The hotel staff was very kind! Especially Davide, always welcomed us with a smile and great recommendations. The rooms are pretty big and well designed, although from what we experienced the air conditioning doesn't work really well and the breakfast is a bit disappointing. Overall for city center its well located and the rooms are bigger than what we expected.
Wonderful wonderful
From the moment we walked in the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Then we went to our suite . It was beyond one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve seen or stayed in . Bravo to the designer. We didn’t want to leave . A true gem . Location was close to everything. Thank you hotel Divina for such a wonderful experience. We will be back
Excellent stay
The Hotel and Staff were wonderful. The metro was close and the restaurant next door was great.
Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast. Excellent location, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome.
We stayed a couple days before our cruise. This is a small boutique hotel that impresses in all ways. The room we had was quite large. Although there was no coffee machine, you could make instant with the kettle. Quite close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, even the Colosseum was only a 20 minute walk. Hop on hop off bus stop was only steps around the corner. A very convenient pharmacy was around the corner too. The staff was excellent in all ways. The included breakfast got you off to an energetic start. Next time I would try to find something more central as it’s quite a climb up hill at the end of the day. Highly recommend.
Staff was always helpful! Great location, we were able to walk to most places!
Excellent hotel and service. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommend!
Ya estábamos en el hotel y decidimos extender el viaje!! Fue un viaje memorable; el hotel ayudó mucho a cumplir este propósito

A very nice hotel for the day before our cruise. The hotel arranged a driver to meet us at the airport as well as a driver to take us to the port. Our room was not ready when we checked in early, but they kept our luggage and had it in the room when we returned to the hotel. The front staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. My only issue was walking up the hill at the end of the day, but it was manageable, and no issue at all for my younger and healthier niece. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time we aee in Rome.
