Great place in Trapani

Very easy to find and just 15 min walk from Port Trapani bus stop. Flexible check in and absolutely superb friendly and helpful young lady Francesca to welcome you like a family. Breakfast choices are selected by Whatsup message and all tasted great (particularly pastries). The hotel is in historic area short walk from the pedestrian only main “action” streets. Rooms are kind of small (again old buildings syndrome), but well equipped with a lot of charm. Some people had issue (other reviews) with access due to lack of 24 hrs desk, but as you schedule your arrival and get the door code, there is no problem. Francesca provided local recommendations and assured us that Trapani is very safe even later in the evening what helped us in getting to the airport safely. And Trapani and Ortigia are the nicest (and cleanest) two places in Sicily.

Francesca was a delightful host. The room was spacious and the attention to detail was lovely. We were the only guests for two nights in November. I am sure that in peak season there would be a different vibe at the hotel and restaurant. We were happy to have the quiet and the place to ourselves!

Francesca was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was large and as advertised. Parking was difficult, but would be with any room in the area.The room was over a restaurant so it was noisy at closing time. Located near the boat tours and old section which was nice. Overall it was excellent if not for the restaurant noise at closing.

Amazing location, staff, breakfast options, vibe- highly recommend. The manager gave us great recommendations when we had to change our plans last minute and even called the bus company to confirm times and pickup locations. We loved it here.

A great place in the older part of the city. Walk-able to restaurants and the whart/port - even a swimming beach. Staff was extradinarily kind and helpful. Inexpensive neighborhood parking was available nearby (200-300m), but one needed to be mindful of street sweeping etc. Strongly recommend the suites.

Great old town property. Fully renovated. Only 9 rooms over 4 floors. Be aware, there is no elevator. Good breakfast. The area around the property is very rough but safe. Less than a block away from all the restaurants and historic area so it is in a good location.

The property is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. We will be coming back for sure!

Excellent hotel, with wonderful breakfast. Spacious room, beautifully clean. The wine bar downstairs is also highly recommended.

Would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was great in the old town. Our suite was huge and felt like we had our own apartment, it was also beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the kind hosts.

Beautiful, well equipped BNB. Large rooms and large bathrooms (which could use some extra hooks). Bar and restaurant downstairs. Enjoyed 2 nights. Stairs with heavy suitcases a challenge.

We stayed here for a few nights as a part of our Sicily trip and it was an amazing place to stay in Trapani. The breakfest that is included was a great way to start the day with loads of pastries, fruit and coffee. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved our stay. The room keys were a bit finicky but we figured them out quickly. Francesca was very helpful and accommodating for our late check in and early check out. She also provided us great instructions for visiting Erice and favigana and sent us directions on where and how we should park our rental car. We spent so much time out and around the town we missed the chance to have dinner at the restaurant but it definitely looked like a great place for food and wine.

We had a wonderful stay here. Beautifully designed rooms with everything we needed for a week’s stay. Good mattress and very clean. The area around the hotel is perfection. Easy to walk everywhere, plenty of restaurants, and ample parking for a fee. The staff was extremely helpful and made staying here a breeze. The concierge gave terrific recommendations our first morning on what to see around town and was very helpful. We had breakfast each morning and found it to have a great selection of food and to be very good. We had dinner one night in the restaurant as well, which was delicious! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place! Clean and has everything you need

Wonderful place. Very charming. Great location and the staff was fantastic.

Their advice on free parking was excellent. Wonderful location near port, pedestrian zones and other sites. Very quiet.

We loved our stay at Dimora Botteghelle. The room was lovely designed, it was a simple one but did not look like it was. Francesca is super helpful during the stay, available on WhatsApp and enabling self check in. The breakfast was also very good. Everything is close to the property so very walkable. Not a problem at all for us but there is no lift in the property so this is something to consider when booking for people who need it. Only thing I would add in the room or in the common area is the possibility to have tea or coffee!

The room we stayed in was a suite and much larger than most rooms in this area.

The room was amazing, clean, big and so pretty. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

This property is high class, our suite was spacious and gorgeous, we enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners at their newly opened restaurant. Francesca gave us lots of friendly advice, she was very patient with us and the other staff were also happy to help us. The place has few rooms, which makes it a very intimate experience which we like when travelling. We can highly recommend staying here, it’s a gem.

Splendid property in a lovely walkable town. Breakfast was great, and the hosts very helpful.

Great location and close to everything

Loved staying here. It is located right in the center and within walking distance from everywhere. We were there off season so we found free parking. During the season it pay per day. I dont think there is any free parking. Most parking is for residents and you need a permit. There are a lot of stairs so if you have an issue with stairs you will find it difficult. We had 8 flights of stairs.

Dimora and all the staff at this property were outstanding! Definitely will be back!

Fantastic Hotel

This hotel is amazing! Easily 10/10 from friendliness, location, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Room was big and spacious, the staff was excellent, and the wine bar at night hit the spot! I highly recommend

This was one of our favourite places to stay on our trip thru Sicily. The room was beautiful and spacious with lots of natural light. The bathroom was large with a wonderful rain shower. The highlight were the staff that we interacted with for breakfast and evening drinks They were extremely friendly and helpful and greeted us like we were old friends. The location was perfect for strolling in the old town, taking the ferry to the Egadi Islands and the cable car to Erice. We will definitely come back here!

Fantastic hotel with super supportive staff! My husband and I booked a weekend stay at Dimora. However, when we landed in Sicily I tested positive for covid and had to go into a quarantine hotel. I got in touch with Guise and told her about my situation. She spoke to the staff at the quarantine hotel and told them what we needed during our stay. She rearranged our booking dates for when we left the quarantine hotel. We ended up staying for 5 nights at Dimora. The rooms are decorated with an Italian flair, clean, light and spacious. The bathroom is a lovely big size with a huge shower! Breakfast was really tasty, the fresh orange juice is a must. The hotel has a lovely smell and the best part is that is eco- friendly. Hot water was obtained by solar panels, locally produced ingredients at the restaurant and use of recycled materials. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Trapani or close by.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Verona. Close to all attractions. Very clean and modern. Love it!!!

Beautiful, environment-friendly, very clean and modern with touches of history. Best B&B we stayed in in our entire Sicily trip! Breakfast is a very tasty spread of Italian delicatessens, pastries, fresh fruits, cheeses, coffee and teas. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding boutique hotel

My husband and I loved this gorgeous boutique hotel! The hotel makes a great first impression because the rooms and public areas are so beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and a nice size. However, the customer service was what was really left a lasting impression for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly with arranging excursions and providing recommendations. They went above and beyond! The hotel's wine bar was not open during our stay which was a little disappointing but I'm sure it would have been great too! Breakfast was also a delight, a good selection of sweet and savoury Italian breakfast items and attentive service. Thank you Guisy and Rita for an excellent stay!

Wir hatten 3 Nächte Aufenthalt gebucht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, ebenso ist hervorzuheben des hilfsbereite Personal. Zentrale Lage für Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Bom mas poderia o cuidado ser melhor

O hotel era central, sem estacionamento mas está e a regra na Sicília. Quarto confortável, moderno, café da manhã bom, mas como estávamos no inverno o hotel estava com apenas 2 hóspedes. Não havia elevador e nos colocaram no último andar e tivemos que carregar as bagagens. Como só estávamos praticamente sozinhos não entendi nos colocarem no quarto de pior acesso. Deu bastante trabalho.

Soggiornato 3 notti . Struttura molto ben arredata e di design. Personale eccellente ( menzione speciale per Rita e Giusy) sanno accoglierti , consigliarti e coccolarti con le loro delizie della colazione e dritte locali. La loro enoteca è una chicca.Ci torneremo sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Trapani. Consigliatissimo

Molto molto bello

Dimora Botteghelle si trova nel cuore di Trapani, in un vecchio palazzo ristrutturato con grande gusto ed enorme attenzione a dettagli. Le camere sono arredate con un mix di pezzi d'epoca e tocchi contemporanei, a dominare nella decorazione sono i colori naturali così come naturali sono i materiali scelti - legno, lino .. -. Molto belli i bagni. una piccola nota stonata sono i succhi confezionati a colazione (non so però se ciò sia dovuto al covid): certo in Sicilia, in una struttura di questo livello, mi aspetto una spremuta fresca e non un succo in bottiglia. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Piacevole soggiorno a Trapani, dimora Botteghelle si è dimostrata la location ideale per la nostra visita a Trapani e dintorni. Posizionata nel pieno centro storico con possibilità di parcheggio a pochi passi permette di godersi la città in piena libertà. La camera a noi riservata era arredata con grande gusto, dotata di ogni confort. Altissimo livello di pulizia. Vincenzo è un vero signore dell'accoglienza, pronto ad aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente Fabio e Michela
