It took an hour to check in because there was only one worker and the beds were dirty

Staff was unfriendly, took over an hour and 20 mins just to get checked in, even when I used the online check in to avoid the lines. Reserved a king bed room, was given two full beds instead, and when I mentioned it at checkout, because I was way too tired after not being able to check in till after midnight, I was told very rudely that that king beds were first come first serve because they were doing renovations and I just get the room they give me not the one that I reserve reserved. I will never be staying at this hotel again again and I’m very disappointed that it even has the name Wyndham attached to it because this is not the type of service that I am used to from this company. Very, very disappointing.

Customer service awful and room smell like humidity and dirt. My son jad allergies reaction because the cleaness was bad. Dustmice and cocaroach everywhere, even dead in bathroom walls splat. First and last. Dont recommend with kids. Front dest manager rude an d don't care at all. Bad bad bad

Some Staff Can’t even speak a word of English

When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling . I asked the front desk to send someone to check it out so we could get a new room . The guy comes in to the room and speaks Spanish the entire time . He did not know a word of English or didn’t want to even attempt to speak it : he didn’t even know what bathroom or key meant . At first though we Waited forever to check in . Took like 30 minutes and only one person at the front desk .

Line for check in was an hour long. Receptionist was nice but said she was the only one there. Bathroom in lobby was out of order. Couldn’t even let my kids go while we waited. Outside was dark and felt unsafe

Elevators smell like urine. The unit appeared nice, until we had to kill roaches…

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Good breakfast. Hotel needs some repairs but it is a very nice hotel.

The MOTEL was very lackluster. There was an open hole in the bathroom where a vent should have been. Mold along the baseboards. We didn't get a SINGLE bath towel until right before we checked out. We were given 2 wash cloths instead because "theyre housekeeping ran out". The parking lot is poorly lit and the outside walkways are super dark. The ONLY decent thing was the breakfast. When we complained about the towels, we were told they'd cancel our night but keep payment AND deposit bc of it being the day of. We had no other choice but to stay

Location is not great….next to a bail bond and large jail. Bathroom needs updating. Clean and beds were comfortable and price was right.

Long check in

Check in took 90 min. Systems were down and employees refused to call the manager. Line was out the door. Just bad training. And the prison is nearby a little scary

Our stay

The stay was mediocre. The room was not up to par as far as cleanliness, but it was sleepable. The room we stayed in, had a few Gnats I heard no no so that’s true. when we got in there and also a few broken amenities that were not caused by our stay. Other than that, it was OK.

Service au check in pas fameux et passe droit de clients

The pictures are very deceiving when it comes to this property. You can see multiple damaged spots on the walls and door simply just painted over. Once you get past that the presence of a gigantic dumpster overflowing with trash will meet you as you exit the building. We were on the third floor and still found a cockroach in the room. And finally the surroundings. Every lift and Uber driver that dropped us off let us know we were in the most unsafe part of Orlando. This is definitely a pay for what you get environment. However, if you are traveling with kids or are on the older side avoid this location.

Recently renovated, but has some issues

Though this hotel boasts about being recently renovated, the two main reasons for my pick were to use the pool and the gym. The gym was "out of order", the pool gate was lashed closed with an electrical power cord, and even the lobby drink machine was out of order. It was also extreme difficult interacting with most of the front desk staff due to a language barrier or them finishing up other work for 5-10 minutes before letting me buy some food from their lobby shop, when I clearly saw her playing on her phone instead of doing this task before I arrived. Though the internet was plenty fast, the session lengths are too short so I had to re-sign in about ever 4 hours regardless of usage. But I want to give some positives, the room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast in the morning has a good variety and quite tasty. Good for an inexpensive stay, but disappointing to have key amenities unavailable.

O quarto cheirava mofo, o banheiro estava simplesmente mofado e com mal cheiro as toalhas eram poucas e simples muito encardidas. A descarga do vaso sanitário estragou e ligamos várias vezes para a recepção e não obtivemos resposta então tivemos que ir até lá para que fosse resolvido. As áreas de fora fediam e o elevador não funcionava bem

Be upfront with fees prior to booking. Keep door key card from timing out in effort that I not have to wait in lobby for it to be done again for room entry multiple days this occurred during stay from 2/6-2/11. Return $100 front desk deposit promptly. Provide TV remote. Setup TV. Plug in lamps. Provide waste basket bags. Not all elevators work or go to all floors. Provide amenities as described at Expedia booking. Thank you.

Stand 1 hour 20 minutes in line to check in? With no working AC in lobby? Amazing!! Toilet seat broken. No safety lock on door. Stinky AC in room.

Honest review

My stay was terrible causing me to check out earlier than intended in the middile of the night due to live roaches roaming around the room. Loud banging on the walls, tow truck out all night, terrible!

It was clean and felt safe in the area.

Great renovation

The place was relatively clean, but in the room the heating did not work and was very old, the elevator was dirty and old, the staff was very attentive, especially the lady from South Africa in the reception, very professional and very friendly.

The hotel was not what I expected, nor was the description based off of what the website look like also, I was not aware that it was literally right next-door to a prison. When I arrived, they were police in the lobby. When I went out and came back at three in the morning. They were police standing outside of my room for the neighbor next-door the bathroom was not very clean. I found hair in the tub straight black hair. I’m an African-American male and I certainly do not have long straight black hair. I thought because it was a Winham hotel that it was the same caliber of service. However, I was 100% wrong. The breakfast was not even great. They consistently did not have enough food. He has to wait for it to be refilled and it was not tasty but I mean it was free so I can understand that so. I would not stay at this place again. Know what I recommend it. I’m not a complainer so I didn’t go to the office making complaints. Life gives you lemons you make lemonade.

Not a bad place to sleep. Not a destination. Continue to be baffled by their "resort fee" as there is literally no "resort" activity here. They have a pool (closed for the winter) and breakfast (better than many budget locations) but that's it. Also, a $100 deposit is required. Ugh. Hotel itself is an older property that has gone through quite a facelift. Much of the property looks brand new, but some obvious budget cuts are visible. Things like toilet paper holders and vents; if they were replaced, you'd think the property was brand new! The room was clean and comfortable. Faux wood floors, so they can be cold on your feet. No carpet. They have a Qi charger for your phone but no USB ports. Only a single shade in the room - no diffuser or blackout curtains. TV was OK, but like many refurbished properties, the quality of the signal was not as good as the quality of the TV. The air conditioner made funny noises. Finally, these are NOT QUEEN BEDS. They are doubles. Single bed rooms should be Kings but they are just one double bed. Small bed leaves such a bare, open room.

A friend recently passed away and left some belongings in this hotel, as well as a car in the parking lot. My wife and I traveled from Louisiana to collect his items. The staff and management of the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, holding our friend's stuff and looking after the car. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. You're the best, and the very definition of hospitality.

Pubic hair on the beds

The beds were not changed, there was pubic hair on the beds.

It was very unpleasant. There were other guests drinking in the hallways. We couldn't sleep all night. They were yelling. We went on vacation and the rest was horrible. The hotel didn't do anything and they didn't want to refund our money. Bad experience.

Wonderful, even during renovation!

This motel is under renovation, but the rooms are beautiful and super clean; the quality of the free toiletries is good! The lobby and breakfast room are also done and very nice. The beds are great and there are enough lights and outlets, which is rare.

I stayed at the same group nearby the Parks area and had a good experience. I decide to give a try to this one but was afraid about some reviews. I got impressed by this hotel!!! Breakfast food, comfort, hallway!!! Everything exceed my expectations!!! 11 out of 10!!!

I probably would not stay here again.

Upon arrival, both bathrooms in the lobby will be locked with out of order signs on them. There is a third bathroom, which you may or may not use, depending on which clerk is at the desk. One clerk MAY give you a key, the other one will tell you they do not have a key to the other restroom; which, according to her coworker, is a lie. Housekeeping is poor. After checking in, upon entering my room and subsequently the bathroom, there was a damp/dirty/used towel hanging up. Additionally, the previous guest and the housekeeper were nice enough to also leave me the remainder of their used bar of soup. There are just too many places to stay in Orlando; you should be able to use the restroom after a long drive, you should not have to put up with poor housekeeping and employees that lie to your face.

Could be better

The room was not so clean. There's a lots of small ants and i saw cockroachs. The fridge was not working well and also is too small. One thing is great there, the breakfast.

The property was a 45 minute drive from Disney and was too far for us to drive. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving, we noticed that it was next door to some sort of prison and did not seem safe. There was a giant dumpster of trash sitting in front of the rooms. It was dilapidated and we didn’t stay.

My stay was HORRIBLE , terrible , disgusting , I will never in my life book again. Sheets were dirty , soap was used , towels were dingy

A literal roach motel!!! 0/10!!

My stay at this hotel was terrible! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! It was a literal roach motel ! I left to go to my cousins funeral and came back to roaches scattering everywhere! I tried to pick up the phone and call the front desk and the phone DID NOT work! Not to mention it was roaches crawling out the darn telephone! Not to mention the parking lot is creepy and not lit up ! 0/10 would not recommend (unless you want to bring roaches back home with you )

Good overnight stay

The room was good and the bed very comfortable. No towels but it’s ok I called front desk and they came quickly and gave us towels. The fridge had food from previous rental but I told front desk and they were so nice and apologized but I told them it’s ok other than that my stay was good. I had pool view so it was nice. The breakfast was very good not continental. The staff are very nice and professional. I stayed one night and I would go again. I did not see any bugs the room was clean other than the fridge that I didn’t use. I didn’t feel unsafe there because they have police department nearby. Good stay!

Dirty ! slept in my clothes.

We stayed there for one night. Room was clean and beds were confortable. The lady at the counter was very nice and told me that they were available 24 hrs if we need anything.

I am writing to follow up on the $100 that was pledged from my credit account as a guarantee for any potential damages during my stay. I was assured that this amount would be refunded, but I have yet to receive the refund.

Room was in poor shape… looks like under new management so hoping they are working on it. Front window curtain did not close all the way, walls warped bathroom door did not close all the way. Very run down

Was very pleased

Good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and maintained. Rooms were good but bathroom was dated. I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Simply a terrible hotel, bathrooms do not have a ventilation system and air conditioning didn’t work. It’s a cheap motel by no definition this qualifies as a decent hotel. Do not stay here unless you want a very cheap place to stay for a few nights

Bathroom had no soap, old room, old amenities, questionable room security, door didn’t shut properly, shower was terrible (water pressure), small details (baseboards, faucets, lighting) not great. I understand they’re renovating the hotel but it’s not worth the price.

I didn’t like the cleaner crew because some of my jewelry disappeared and it was after them entering the room. And, we couldn’t decline cleaning because there wasn’t a card to put on the door. Also, one of the employees entered my room in the middle of the night and I was so scared and confused because I heard someone knocking but I didn’t answered because was 2am and then this person was able to open my door which was locked, when I went to the door to check I saw someone running out the hallway. And also there were guests very loud and disrespectful, they were outside the room laughing and chatting, it was about 4am.

This place needs to be updated.

I booked via Expedia. The reviews were OK, and it was marketed as a pet-friendly hotel, but at the hotel’s checking counter, there was a sign stating the hotel was not pet-friendly and that it charged a fee of $250 per dog

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the reception agent who greeted me upon arrival. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome right from the start. Additionally, I want to commend the maintenance team for their quick and efficient response to the toilet issue I encountered. Their prompt attention to the matter was greatly appreciated and made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I look forward to returning in the future. They have to fixe the elevators, do something to block the I-4 noise in the rooms, and bring fruits and vetables in the foods.

Great cost effective property. Locating is central to Orlando. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. I enjoyed all the amenities especially the business area and free breakfast.

Had to constantly be asking for extra towels which we never received. 3 towels for 3 people and 0 washcloths. couldn’t get a trash bag for the trash cans. no hand towels , no towel to get out of the shower on. We killed roaches in the bathroom and told reception about it and nothing was ever done.

Not five star but if you need a low budget place its ok.

The computers were down upon arrival. Not very accomdating to have to wait for your room that was prepaid and booked. The manager on duty 12/13/24 around 2100-2200 was initially rude, unaccomodating, and displayed zero empathy. The two receptionist were pretty understanding.

I actually found the room really comfortable and nice, especially for the price. The only drawbacks were 1. The AC went out in the lobby the day we checked in so it was uncomfortable while we waited to get settled in and 2. It’s right beside a jail or prison so you would get a view of razor wire if you’re on the rear face of the property. The front desk agent was nice but did make an error that required her to void a card transaction and re-run it and she was talking about ghosts in hospitals kind of a lot. Otherwise very sweet. We stayed for 4 days and they alternated between lunch meat ham and bacon for breakfast, so we were happy with it half the time.

My family and I stayed there for two nights.The first night when I was checking in I asked for a crib and the stated they don't carry cribs but online it says they do, then later in the room you heard everything that was going on in the other rooms and finally we had to look for outlets to plug in the microwave to warm up the babies milk. Second night every one was smoking pot outside the rooms the heater was broken I called front desk twice no one came to see it so I had my 4 months old baby having trouble sleeping because it was so cold and wokee up sneezing.

Comfortable and reasonably priced

The parking lot was dimly lit and i worried about my car that night. I arrived late. The front desk clerk was very busy and it took a while to check on, but that's to be expected. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Very reasonably priced. They are remodeling.

Overall good hotel. Breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes. The hotel is going under renovation.

They were renovating, and there was definitely a mess in certain parts of the hotel. It could be noisy at times as well. The location was great for where I needed to be.

It was absolutely perfect, loved our stay there :)
