I requested ground floor rooms, even calling to verify this and didn’t have any on our arrival. One in my party had had a stroke and it was VERY DIFFICULT to get her up the stairs!

This property needs a lot of updating. When we checked in the comforter had blood on it!!! The floors were really dirty felt like I needed to wear socks. Was a great location for the airport which is all I really needed but will find another location if need to stay near Jacksonville airport again. Staff was amazing polite and very helpful!! Just an old location!

Bizarre Experience

When we arrived, we were told there were no suites available, which is what we booked. I asked what type of room they could give us, she said she was new and didn’t know what to do. One supervisor told her to give multiple regular rooms, another one yelled at her when she did that. I told her I had a reservation, and we had nowhere else to go with our five kids. She finally agreed to let us stay, and gave us exactly the type of room we reserved. One bed was missing a comforter, but otherwise it was in good condition. She told us she hoped we had towels, etc, but the housekeeping staff all left and didn’t finish the rooms, so she wasn’t sure. The rooms were equipped well enough for us to stay the night, but there were a lot of rowdy people on the grounds throughout the night. It was a bizarre experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It almost seemed the hotel was in the midst of a renovation and opened up for reservations too early. There was no breakfast…according to a handwritten sign, they ran out of food and wouldn’t have it back for awhile. We got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning!

Room wasn't available

I booked my room over a month before my stay. When I got to the hotel, there were no rooms clean or available. I had to wait over a hour and finally cancelled my reservation. We weren't the only ones who had this problem. Apparently there's new management and he doesn't know what he's doing. He stated there weren't any breakfast even though it was stated on the reservation. We had to last minute book another hotel room. I have been staying at this hotel for the last few months that I have been visiting my family and never had a problem until this visit. I am not sure if I will try to get them again because it was really frustrating and inconvenient. The front desk lady Ronisha was really polite and was ready to get another job due to this.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! We booked this hotel expecting a decent stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the entire environment felt sketchy and uninviting. The room was disgusting—dirty floors, stained linens, and an awful smell that made it unbearable to stay. We couldn’t believe the condition of the place, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. We didn’t even end up staying the night because the room was so bad, and we didn’t feel safe in the hotel. It’s shocking that they can even operate under such poor conditions. Avoid this place at all costs! Spend your money elsewhere.

I did ask for a ground floor because I use a walker. They only had second floor when we arrived. I did have a struggle going upstairs but I made it with my husband staying behind me. When I had to go downstairs it was a very hard crime doing it. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. This is the second time I have used this location.

Super convenient location. All the staffs are very helpful and acknowledged their work. Hot breakfast is super nice and very popular. Room is very well arranged and maintained. We wish them continuous success. One thing we may concern is that some hotel guests trash cigarettes buds on a green lawn around swimming pool garden. They should stay outside the building. I mean street view area. Thanks a lot foe the management staffs and the professional room service manager grand lady. We will be back.

I got to the hotel at 2:56 to check in no rooms was ready the front desk told me it will be a while I left at 3:18 to kill time an got food an took 2 hours I came back to a cancelled reservation that was already paid in advance an all room sold out they didn’t even try to reach out I was traveling with my disabled mother an drove hours thank god the crown hotels had availability if not I would have been in the street and they didn’t even try to help with a refund or accommodate or help me find another hotel an let’s not talk about the people walking around the hotel that look like drug addicts or homeless do not book with them

Worst stay at a hotel in my life

1st room had ants. Changed rooms and the second room was filthy. Hair was EVERYWHERE: in the shower, on the floor, on the towels, on the ironing board, on the shower soap dispenser, on the sink… completely gross.

I booked a room 4 weeks in advance and asked for a bottom floor bc my sister and I are disabled. When we got there they said they were all booked up and put us on the 2nd floor in the back of the property. All we could smell when we walked out our door was pot and it was poorly lit so we tried to be in before dark. We will not be returning

Stopped here to stay for the night because the reviews were decent for the price. Upon entering my room it appeared clean but then I noticed pubs in the shower and what looked to be fresh dried urin on the arm rests of the tub. Lipstick stain on bed as well as hair. Coffee pot was missing the part you place the filter in and the fridge didn’t work. Don’t say I didn’t warn you if you decide to stay here. Didn’t get bathroom pictures

Enjoyed my one night stay. The hotel took $100. Deposit plus $63.13. They said this was normal until they received the payment from the 3rd party. Still waiting for the cancellation of the monies! It’s been 5 days! What’s going on? Please look into this. Thanks

Didn't like that property was short staff, never received rollerway bed I requested, and additional towels until the next night. Also no waffles or pancakes, just cereal, coffee, juice and toast, ran out of bagels, truck never came in with additional supplies for breakfast area. Loved the room, and the beds.

TP was only given every 3 days. If you get to breakfast after 8:30 there is only limited food. Had to ask for room to be cleaned.

Out side parking area very dark. Some seedy characters roaming around the area. Okay for a quick overnight stay. Front desk personnel were fine and helpful.

So the pool is closed. We picked our hotel based on a pool. That sucked. Loved the 3 beds in 2 rooms. Was very loud and thin walls so hearing every step above us. But the big rooms with 3 beds make up for it all. Frank

Staff lady was very rude

No breakfast offered even though when you book it says breakfast included. Pools never open. I could have spent less and not had breakfast somewhere else. I go to Jacksonville 1 to 2 times a month and was starting to stay here more. The manager said no comp allowed.

Room was spacious, but had limited area to place clothes. Lived out of the suitcase. Room layout could be improved, move shelf assembly further down wall and relocate tv to middle of room wall. Consider adding some towel racks and a full length mirror. Should include a chair with small end table. Entrance door had large open gap on one side ( looks like original installation issue). Staff were very nice and buffet breakfast was good. Nice short stay hotel.

The best sleep ever. Bed very comfortable. Pool not opened and guest said it never is, but they keep it clean for some reason. They should really put that in their description as guest are not happy to see that once checked in. Just mentioning it. Outside of hotel was trashy but it really wasn't a factor. I felt safe and bed was great and shower was good as well. For the convenience and price I would recommend, as it is not far from cruise port.

For the money we paid, the hotel was way better than I thought it would be. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Nothing fancy or upscale about the room. But it was clean. The bathroom was spotless. Dove products in the bathroom. Towels clean and fresh. Ample parking. Free breakfast included hot and cold selections. Pancakes (looks like the microwave variety-not a fan), cheese omelettes- again some kind of microwaved stuff, oatmeal, sausage patties, home fries. Plus muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea and assorted juices. Room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. A light on both nightstands would have been useful. There was only one. Would definitely stay again.

This place was advertised as having a pool. Found out the night before our stay that the pool is closed indefinitely due to a state inspection. Orbits called to find out about a refund and the only person who is able to give a refund (for a falsely advertised pool) was gone for 5 days and no refund was given.

Hotel requested pre check in. Nothing ready for pre check in. Waited 30 minutes at 11pm to check in. Room very back of building with no directions and very little lighting

We scheduled a stop for a midway trip. Got there and check in was easy. I booked two rooms but we were not next door; within waking distance yes, but not next door. They told us which directions to go for both of our rooms. It took us 15 minutes to find it. Ironically enough, once we got into the room, there was a QR code which gave us information on where to find the rooms and hotel info. This would have been helpful at the FRONT DESK. We also experienced a roach in our room by the mini fridge which was NOT cold. It should be running at all times if you're expecting a guest to check in. Plus, the bathroom had the shower head pointed at the noon existed glass which made the shower overflow and the stopper was locked. The BEST part was.... My husband walked to the gas station to grab snacks and he was solicited by a woman from the neighboring hotel. Glad he is faithful. Haha

Spacious for the cost, but the floors were dirty, one of the trash cans had trash from the previous guests, and the breakfast buffet was running out food at 9 am (advertised as open 7 am to 10 am).

Great for traveling in a larger group

We were traveling in a large group in an emergency situation. For a great price we had 1 king and 2 queens. Best way to describe the rooms is its two motels rooms refurbished with an opening joined together, it was an extremely comfortable sleeping arrangement without breaking the bank.

The rooms were dirty

Low rating due to very dirty condition of hotel room floor. Visible dirt. Could feel it sticking to our feet. Turned feet and socks black. Rest of the room was satisfactory. The floor had obviously been ignored for quite some time. Would have asked for a room change but the property was fully booked due to incoming hurricane. Would not stay at this property again.

Checking was terrible with the personal at 2:30 am today, he asked to us to cancel the reservation and very rude. Properly was in dire condition wit dead cockroaches and their eggs

For the price point this is a great spot. Super-friendly and helpful staff at check-in. The place is probably pretty old but has been recently renovated and was reasonably clean. The sound-proofing isn’t good—you can hear folks outside coming and going—but that’s to be expected for this style of motel. Full hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, coffee, juices, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. was included and is a great value add. Hard-pressed to find a better place at a similar price.
