Great hotel experience and seemed like one of the nicer hotels in the area at that price point. Walking to Zion park was easy.

Superb property and excellent customer service

Our room was spacious and the balcony was great. It overlooked the pool which was not crowed due to weather. Staff were courteous and helpful with recommendations. Great location to local restaurants and the bus to the visitors center. Highly recommend!

Just as lovely as it was 20 years ago!

I have stayed there multiple times the location was great. The pool area and the river behind the property is fantastic. However, the rooms are starting to become extremely dated. It's time to put a little money into the property to justify the cost for the stay. Unfortunately I will be looking for alternative places to stay on my next trip to springdale

The kitchenette unit with a balcony overlooking the river and a view of the canyon walls was excellent. So peaceful watching deer walk by in the evening. The entire property was wonderful, with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were terrific, and proximity to Zion couldn’t be beat. We loved our stay here. Hated to leave!

So Nice

Good location next to a park that is so packed with people, busses, cars, and bicycles--it's hard to have a nature experience. The room was the most expensive room I ever bought in 50 years and barely used house keeping. The wood floor left my feet in need a a cleaning each time I got out of bed Overall, I intend to avoid Zion as this place did a lot of damage to my peace.

Room was a great size, clean, quiet, and ideally situated next to the creek. Room had all the amenities we needed during our stay. All in all, Desert Pearl Inn was a pleasant surprise for our trip and we can't wait to come back.

Not a Lodge. A clean room with no services whatsoever and uncomfortable bedding. No view or nice environment. Just a modern hitel room.

Lovely location, close to park and to town. Good beds for people with bad backs.

I loved how clean and new our room looked. I also love how quiet and peaceful it was. Being by the Virgin River was magical!

Great stay and great location. Shuttle stop #4 is directly in front of the property. Really appreciated the mini kitchen with good sized refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Perfect place to stay in Springdale with convenient access to Zion (bus stops right in front). The rooms were spacious and nice all around. It exceeded my expectations.

The river view room is so peaceful and charming. The bus stop to Zion is right across the street from the hotel which is super convenient.

Beautiful, serene, timeless setting. Our first time back in over 20 years because it has always been booked solid every time we have gone back to Zion!

Wonderful hotel, large spacious room with lovely outdoor patios and views of the river. Room was great, kitchenette great for food takeout, large well appointed bathroom.

Good location . AC was hard to work ( I gave up). Pipes in walls VERY loud, interrupted sleep

The headboard of the bed has metal tacked on it. Even a pillow bumping up against it and it made loud annoying noises. Throughout the night while trying to sleep, with any move that touched the headboard, it would make enough noise to wake us up. Not a thoughtful feature. The rest of the room was great and we were happy.

Really nice hotel! It’s a mini apartment so very convenient if you’re traveling with kids.

For being a hospitality business they lack cordiality through and through. The rooms are nice but the management and front desk takes away from enjoying what is suppose to be a hard-earned get away with your family. We did ask a favor of the facility that reportedly required approval of the manager. Unfortunately further still for us, the manager was repeatedly “too busy” to ever speak with us directly. Needless to say, our means were not only unmet, but we were left feeling extremely unvalued. We WILL NOT BE BACK NOR WILL WE EVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE ELSE.

The room was large and well designed and furnished. River view is great. Comfy bed. Every appliance one could need in the kitchenette

This is my favorite place to stay in Zion. The beds are amazing, the quiet back by the river and the views are amazing.

Very close to the entrance of the park and the rooms were big.

the Desert Pearl Inn was honestly the nicest place we have stayed...ever!! The room was lovely, well-appointed and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful and the staff very helpful and welcoming.

Seeing the wildlife, up close in their natural setting. Being able to lounge on patio & hear the water….so peaceful! The design was great & offered so many conveniences especially if staying a few days & nights. Wish we’d had time for the pool/spa experience- that will be a priority on the NEXT visit.

Excellent in all regards

Ok but not great.

Two night stay to visit Zion and climb Angels Landing. Picked this hotel as reviews were ok and it was close to Zion. The room we were given was not ready at 2pm when we arrived but we appreciated check in was not until 3pm. Check in staff were polite. The room given was not great. It has no privacy (room 201). It was directly next to the main entrance to the pool. It also had the cleaning / maintenance area on the stairs next to it so from 7am onwards and most of the day you could hear the staff chatting. All the lower floor rooms suffer from noise above. We say this as a couple above sounded like elephants walking above us during the evening and early morning. They do not provide any water. It is difficult to sleep due to light above the entrance door. 6/10, not bad but could be a lot better.

The desert pearl was an absolute unexpected gem on our national park tour. We had very low expectations having stayed in these types of places before, but we were so pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff, the amazing pool/hot tub, and the view of Zion from our room. We loved having a laundry on site, but ice machine, and a mini kitchenette with a fridge. It felt like a beautiful studio apartment!! The fact that it was two minutes from the entrance to the park and plenty of incredible restaurants within walking distance or even a short drive made this must-stay location!

A beautiful location within walking distance from Zion National Park entrance. We had mule deer in our back yard every morning!

Hotel rooms are beautiful, and have anything you may need. Mini kitchen is stocked, bathroom as well. The bed and couch are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very nice, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Would absolutely recommend.

Great pool. Convenient to Zion national park

Staff was exceptional and the property itself far exceeded our expectations, we stayed k. The reviver side and it was so peaceful with a great view and deer outside morning and evening. Beautiful!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious and the service at check in and while we were there was fantastic. A convenient location to all things wonderful around Zion NP!

We loved this hotel! It was the perfect location. A short shuttle drive to Zion National Park entrance. The pool and poolside were also just lovely.

The staff was the friendless people on our 18 day road trip!

The property is as advertised. Would recommend the river facing property. It’s really peaceful. It’s awesome as u are a quick 3/4 of a mile to the national park west gate. Which is super convenient. The town is all within walking distance but it’s a 1-2 minute drive to any restaurant or store. The pool is really nice and it’s a ridiculous view of the mountain range- you can never get tired of it. I was so impressed w the cleanliness, cleaning service and amenities. The staff is attentive. It really is ideal for families, couples.

I had seen the hotel online , but after getting there online did it no justice!! It’s so beautiful clean the area is perfect

Amazing views

The AC seems not working properly

Exceptional room cleaning every day - all of our dishes were taken out of dishwasher and replaced in the cabinet. Called for fresh towels and staff brought them out almost immediately. Great pool and quiet guests. Would stay again.

Loved this property. The hotel was very comfortable and charming. Highly recommended as it was very close to Zion National Park. You can take the bus to Zion less than 5 min walking from the hotel. The pool was amazing too. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Had great time

A pearl in the desert! I spent wonderful time enjoying my riverside deck where I got to watch and listen to the Virgin River and see Zion cliffs at the same time! Staff (Savannah, Chris and maintenance guy, who helped with are bags) was excellent!

Beautiful amenities, pool was great, and staff was very friendly. The power was out for a few hours during our stay due to a local forest fire but they were very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and convenient for our needs.

Highlight of our trip.

Location, room, patio, mountain & river view were all fantastic! We were especially surprised at how comfortable the pull out couch bed was. At the time of our booking no double queen rooms were available. As a family of four, we were prepared to suffer a pull-out bed. However, it was shockingly comfortable... no suffering at all! And, the pool & jacuzzi w/ mountain views was arguably the highlight of our trip.

Had a great stay. Our AC was out the first night but staff fixed the next day no problem. Luckily we were able to stay in my mom’s room while they fixed it. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Love this place. The staff is friendly, the place is beautiful, in a great location, walking distance to the entrance of Zion, and the views are amazing. Second time staying there. Will be back!

Beautiful place. Loved the room, spacious with a kitchen and table. Nice patio. Wonderful location walked every day to dinner and shops.
