I found the Dendro Gold a great location as it's 2mins walking to a couple of brilliant local bar/restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nobody seems to use the hotel pool and gym much, or the restaurant for dinner though. But with great local options it's fine. Would happily stay here again!

It was alright. Very noisy, constant tour groups and chaotic breakfast area. Should have signs to noise level down. They like to shout in the corridor. Lifts take ages when there are lots of people staying, as lifts are slow. Dining staff and great. Recepionists alright. Some more helpful than others. Balcony not worth calling balcony

This is 3-star hotel, not 4-star

This is not 4-star hotel. It’s just 2.5-3- star hotel. The bathroom is small and the design of bathtub is bad because it can’t lock the water inside the bathtub but spilling out a lot on the floor. It’s really inconvenient. However, the price is fair. I got what I paid for.

Affordable and modern with an ocean view.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming & always ready to help. The rooms were clean, the pool is outstanding and great breakfast buffet. Had a great experience. However, just 1 thing, they provide only 2 bottles of 350ml water for each room everyday, which is very less for 2 people, specially in a hot & humid place where you need to stay hydrated, so an advice to all please get more bottles of water from outside.

Older hotel in need of some TLC not too far from the beach, but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The -: Very slow Internet in the evening, worst lunch in 50 days in Asia. Non-existent buffet staff, serves powdered juice instead of fruit juice while we are in Vietnam which is the paradise of fruits, little food choice, schedule from 630 to 930, to 915, closing of lights ... we chose not to have lunch at the hotel when it was free, because tired of eating bread. Noisy rooms. Difficulty discussing with staff in the lobby. That employees take a "rating" on tours and activities, I understand. But if the receptionist tells us that the airport-hotel shuttle is 350kVND and the van driver charges us 200k VND, I think there is abuse. The +: Position of the hotel, comfortable bed although old. Won't be going back. Lots of hotel choices in the area at similar rates and with up-to-date photos to see what we are renting.

Enjoyable place to stay

The hotel was good, the rooms were clean, the staff did their best even those not speaking English. We’re not complaining, you get what you paid for, CN$ 26 a day, in general, very good for that price!!!

No likely to reconmend no F&B oulet nearby and poor maintainance.

The room was nice and the location was just a few minutes walk from the beach! Nice and quiet. Make sure you get to breakfast early before its gone. Also, Fiona at the front desk was AMAZING! She was so genuinely sweet and helpful. Thank you!

room.was clean and comfortable. service really deserves five stars. the front office is very helpful and friendly, specifically Fiona, who act professionally and can see her passion in serving cuatomer. breakfast was nice too, wide selection. the restaurant supervisor pham uyen also did excellent job in making sure customer enjoy their breakfast. only con is the hotel is not too close to center, you need to walk for 15 minutes. but it is very close to beach.

Rooms are okay ....check in and restaurant staff very good and courteous. Especially Ms. Nhi , waitress in the restaurant, very polite friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant manager , Coby , was helpful and very pleasant. Made a huge difference at our stay at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

The location of the hotel is not on the beach. Everything about the hotel was average but our waitress, Nhi was excellent.

Dendro Gold would have to be at the top of the list out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Local construction noise can be heard from some rooms however it did it not severely interrupt our stay. The room sizes are very adequate and pleasing and the bathrooms are clean. Average water pressure/drainage but this is common across Vietnam. Each morning at breakfast we were fortunate enough to be looked after by Mr Kien. He advised us that breakfast was more catered more for the Chinese tourists however he took great care of us, making us special hot coffee, eggs made to order and delivered to us, and even brought us fruit and yoghurt. VIP service! We originally only booked to stay one night but as we were comfortable in the hotel we chose to stay on 2 more nights. Trang, the manager at the front counter helped us to sort a more pleasant room away from the noise for our next 2 nights and even organised a complimentary fruit plate while we waited to change rooms! Unfortunately the following day my husband woke up very ill and needed a doctor, Trang organised one right away to visit him at the hotel. As we waited in our room, Trang and Mr Kien visited to check up on us with hot ginger tea! Amazing! Unfortunately, my husband needed to go to hospital. Trang then organised a taxi to take us there. Absolutely above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough. If we ever return to Nha Trang we will be staying here again.

Hotel was very clean and close to beach. Our time here was also made more accomodating by there staff specifically Nhi. Really appreciate how informative she was !

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The facility was ok. We had a little issue at first but the front desk staff were very patient and worked with us to make sure we were happy with our stay; special thanks to Ms. Phuong and Mr. Tho. At the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the customers enjoyed their meals. The three that stood out for me were Mr. Truong, Mr. Nhi, and Mr. Kien. They made my family feel very welcomed.

Location in Orbitz maps is wrong, this hotel is not beachfront! Rooms are ok but bed sheets have a gray colour, is noisy you can heard what is happening in the corridor and noisy from outside construction.

4.5 Star with sea view.

Thumbs up to the friendly staff, especially the restaurant manager and the waiters as they provided me with upgraded menu options free of charge. the room was upgraded as well to a high floor with ocean view and balcony at no additional charge. The fitness centers actually better than with the Picture Show on the website. Nice touches such as complement juice upon arrival and a fruit tray put in our room on the evening of our last day.

4-5 star property within a 3-minute walk to beach

Upgraded to a high floor with balcony in a sea view room at no extra charge, welcomed with juice as well which was nice. Excellent service from all staff including the manager of the restaurant as well as two extremely friendly male waiters. They knew because I was America that I had trouble eating Vietnamese food so they gave me special breakfast food off the regular restaurant menu at no additional charge. They also had a nice touch of a huge plate of fruit in our room on the last night when we returned from our tour. The hotel fitness center is actually a lot better than the picture show on the website so if you need to work out you can get a good work out there.

ベトナムでは値段相応です。基本的には綺麗でアメニティーも揃ってます。ちっこいアリがまあまあいるので、嫌な人は嫌かも。それをのぞけば、スタッフは親切だしお湯もでるしプチ贅沢なホテルです。ニャチャンでは中の中くらいのホテルかな。エレベーターが2台しかなくてちょっと遅いのでせっかちさんには向かないです。中国人観光客が多くステイしていた印象。団体でうるさく、ストレスを感じる人もいそう。ステイしてる欧米人は2割くらいで、あとは中国韓国っぽいです。

Short walk to the hotel from the main Street was not so good with lots of big coaches. Breakfast was so-so. Lifts were busy. Seaview from room was nice.

Friendly staffs, good breakfast, nice location. But be careful , very noisy sometimes , because of the Chinese organised trips. The hotel is often booked in full.

Good location. Few minutes to beach and seaside pub.Sea view room can see the sea but not as I expected. This hotel is about one street behind the seafront road. That's why their sea view room is about USD10 cheaper than those right on the seafront road. Next time, I won't save this USD10. Front desk staff excellent. Vy, Nhi, Canary, Annie, all very helpful. Breakfast is basic. Hugh group of mainland China tourists eat breakfast at 8am is quite annoying. After 8:30am, all peaceful. Overall this hotel is 4- star.

Definitely recommend

Stayed on the 18th floor with sea views. View was remarkable, definitely make sure to request a good view (might be a bit extra but totally worth it). Service was excellent, staff treated us like Queens. Allowed us to checkout late. Great massage and beautiful pool. Walking distance from the main beach and stores. Overall great beachside stay, relaxing and accommodating

A very nice hotel close to the beach. They had private beach access just a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and very comfortable with great amenities such as a pool, large breakfast, and spa. Our only complaint was that we couldn't get consistent hot water, but that seems to be a problem throughout much of Southeast Asia.

Overall, we were impressed by the aesthetic of the hotel, the breakfast, and the included beach cabana seats. Some things that encouraged us to switch to another hotel include: the bathroom had mold all around the tub and door (and when we told the staff they just said "sorry"), the cups were not clean in our room, the room we were escorted to when we arrived early was beside the chlorine room and stung our eyes to be in, the hotel is filled with MANY tour groups filled with many rude people, and the street the hotel is on is highly unsafe to walk down as the coach buses speed and honk (which we heard nonstop and starting early in the day, even from our 12th floor room!!!). Needless to say, we left after a night and headed to a quieter and cleaner hotel.

Stayed at the Dendro Gold hotel Nha Trang I enjoyed a beautiful room with a good view and excellent customer service. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly and the property itself was gorgeous. Loved it!

Money value beach holidays location.

Great beach goers location. Food so so. Nothing special. Overall a good money for value holidays. Always stay close to your hotel. Taxi fares is expensive. Avoid taking taxi as much as possible.

Great hotel and even better staff--thanks Long!

This hotel was very nice in a lot of ways--good location, quiet, several floors, and even though it was at almost full occupancy, it never felt crowded. But the best part about this hotel was the service. Every single employee was amazingly kind, very helpful, and always available to help. From the moment I checked in to the time that I checked out, one employee in particular was very helpful--Long. I've traveled to a lot of parts of the world and stayed at a lot of hotels, but I have never encountered a hotel staff person who was so eager and energetic in helping make sure everything was perfectly in line. Even at 5 star hotels, I've never encountered anyone who was willing to help me in so many ways as Long. Without a doubt the friendliness of the staff was the most amazing part of the experience, which made staying in a very nice hotel even better. I'd definitely stay here again. And another special thanks to Long for helping me with everything from booking great excursions to sorting out my train travel! Truly great experience.

Nice hotel close to the beach​

Dendro Gold Hotel is within walking distance to their private beach and restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly, particularly Long who provided us with excellent service and advice regarding tourist sights and good places to eat. Our room had a comfortable bed, a small balcony and a nice view of the beach. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room is equipped with all basic and necessary amenities (including WiFi). Should display a clearer instruction on how to operate the safe in the room. The hotel is a little distance away from the city centre but nothing too inconvenient.

Clean, Comfy, Friendly

The staff is very nice at Dendro. They upgraded our room and gave us a balcony overlooking the ocean, so that we weren't facing any construction. They also put us on a high floor, I suspect to separate us from the floors with the large tour groups that stay here. The staff also set us up with a reasonably priced taxi to the airport. The room is very clean and comfortable. The buffet was good. Many options to choose from. The location of the hotel is only a block away from the beach. I liked that the hotel wasn't on a busy street because Vietnamese drivers honk too much. The noise level here was good. My only problem was with the spa. I got a manicure and had my eyebrows done. Both were subpar. The spa uses some cheap nail polish that left my nails sticky. With all of the spas in the area, I'd suggest you go to one outside of the hotel.

Nice tourist class hotel

The staff were exemplary. Special mention to young Mr Long - travel consultant - nothing was too much trouble. Reception ladies were also extremely good. Downside was the dining room - far too mess hall like. Swimming facilities floor was poorly attended at times. In general - pretty good value for money.

Good service hotel but can be improved.

Good: The service of this hotel is amazing. The front desk ladies are very polite and they are always trying their best to serve the guests. One lady gave us the local map and carefully briefed us about the surroundings. A man named Long from the travel information table is also very helpful. He helped us book the mud bath shuttle bus (30K VD per pax) and had quite some cheerful chatting too. Hotel offered us a free fruit plate and sweetly told us this is for our son (with name of my son) and they always address the names of our boys when we go out and come back, that is really sweet. Can be improved: Housekeeping can be improved. The house keep girls forgot the box tissue 2 days during our 5 days stay and one day there was even a piece of guava found on the floor after cleaning (dropped by the kids I think). The buffet breakfast is so-so and lack of variety. Milk tasted plain like water. Water pressure of shower is not stable, water flow can be quite small sometimes. Their service staff is amazing but this hotel can become better.

Lovely hotel, shame about the lack of hot wafter.

There was never any hot water in the bathroom. The restaurant on floor 4 was empty when we went to eat at 8pm. Having eaten the meal, I understood why!

Lovely hotel

The staff were super lovely and really made our stay. Breakfast was excellent and the F&B manageress had great attention to detail, remembering our hot drink preferences from day one. Reception staff were all wonderful, in particular Tran Phil Long was very helpful booking us onto a train, lovely man.

Best Hotel in Nha Trang! Dendro Gold Hotel.

Thanks to the entire staff at Dendro Gold Hotel our stay was beyond wonderful special thanks to Miss Trang at the front desk for helping with all our needs and then some. Also special thanks to Mr. Troung and Miss Hein as well as everyone in the restaurant for going way beyond what was needed for us, which was great for me since I'm such a picky eater its hard for me to eat sometimes and they made sure the food served was so delicious even could not stop eating. Now I'm sorry I can't remember everyone else names that helped with our wonderful stay. But to say thank you all the same. We hope to see everyone next year for this hotel os our go to hotel of hotels.

Great room and service near the beach! Great staff

This was our first time staying at Dendro Gold and everything was awesome. The staff was great, especially, Vy. She went out of her way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy with our room. The room was clean, comfortable (nice bed), and had a balcony with a great view! Vy even set up the room as we requested. A+ and would definitely stay again!

Great hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a friend. Great service from staff and close to the beach and nearby activities. Area near the hotel is quite closed off and underdeveloped but the hotel itself was great. Access to Internet and room was very clean. Also had free pick up from the airport and easy communication with hotel staff via email. I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast had a big variety too.

Bad neighborhood. My oversight or hotels.com?

The great things: 1. Friendly and resourceful staff, from sale executives, airport transfer personnel, bellman, receptionist, front desk staff, housekeeping, etc... 2. Room is clean 3. Lobby and rooms are fresh The bad things: 1. The worst neighborhood of any hotel, never mind a 4-star hotel . The road leads to the hotel was unfinished, full of potholes and absolutely unsafe for ladies on heels. Coming / leaving the hotel is very depressing. We would never want that on our vacations. 2. Low water pressure and temperature is also not hot enough 3. Wifi was non-existence 4. Clientele lack of common courtesy, lack of public etiquette, generally too noisy. The worst part is men are rude toward young and presentable ladies, and they don't even pretend to hide it Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel

Hotel is close to the beach

Great hotel. Easy access to beach. The hotel provided us with beach towels and chairs. Hotel is not not on Main Street but easy walk to get there. Various choices for breakfast to satisfy everyone. We didn't use the hotel pool but there were adults and children who used it when we headed to the spa for massages. The only a minor things I want to say. 1) add more pillows to bed. There were three on our big bed. Hubby and I fought for the third one :). Otherwise everything is perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

Acceptable hotel not too far from the beach

Nice hotel, beds are a little too hard for what I had hoped for. The room was clean, nice view from the balcony of the sea in front of the hotel. They claim that this is a 400 USD a night property (rack price), but it is no where near that. I would have been very upset to have paid this price for the room. The included breakfast buffet is very large but only a few items generally thought of as breakfast for a westerner. Eggs, bread, bacon and fruit. That's about it. No iron available nor any other way to press a shirt. For such a large building they only have 2 lifts which can keep you standing for long periods and then visiting most floors once you get on it. The Expedia map shows this hotel to be across the street from the beach, but it is a long block away. Very attentive reception on check in and also at check out, not much in between. As you can see my opinions on this property are up and down, left and right. I end up thinking it is a little over priced at 70 USD per night for a hotel in Vietnam.

Big and clean!

Big hotel, nice amenities include pool, bar, convenience store and restaurant. Clean rooms, no bugs! Staff was very accommodating and sincere. Only thing that could improve is the breakfast buffet, was kind of bland but they did offer a large variety of things including, made to order eggs, noodle soups, fruits, breads, juices, coffee, tea and an array of hot dishes.

Fun in the sun at Dendro Gold

Tan at the front desk was so great at catering to our needs. They let us hang around the hotel when we arrived early in the morning but couldn't check in. Phan at the desk was also so helpful and let us check out late (7pm). The room was so clean, view was stunning, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was down a little alley which was a block from the beach, but it wasn't that far away. Would definitely stay here again!!

PARADISE RESORT!

The reception staffs in the hotel are wonderful, professional group of person who treat the customer with respect family's atmosphere and big smile especially the staff's manager Ms Nguyen Mong Hoang Vy who managed the staffs so smoothly and professionally. We enjoy our entire time there in this hotel.

I stayed in the an vista and then went to the Dendro Gold they were both good but the dendro gold is a notch higher. I would stay at either again

Rooms are not 32 m2, they are 23 m2

I booked the Superior room, but it wasn't available so they upgraded me to the Deluxe room with Sea Views. The Deluxe room is listed as being 32 m2 on Hotels.com, but I measured only 23 m2. The bedding was comfortable, and there is coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The wifi was sufficient for voice calls. There's a nice pool and gym on the 4th floor. The dirt road leading up to the hotel from the beach is unpleasant. They really should pave it properly. Room Tip: Whatever room size you booked, subtract about 30 percent and that would be your actual room size

Great stay!

The hotel is fairly new, so it is modernized & the room is very comfortable. The service is exceptional. The receptionists, staff at the spa, & the securities are very welcoming & helpful, especially Vy at the front desk. She made us feel at home. She also helped me get back my sunglasses that I left in the pick-up car & and returned our wife's necklace that was dropped in the spa. I would definitely come back here...!

Good holiday hotel.

Excellent! Provide good service with friendly. Free airport pickup, it is important due to airport faraway. There are hotel's beach chair-- very good.

No pick service

Everything is ok for the hotel,but I really dissapointed on the service been provided wasn't good enough and being cheated that clearly mentioned have a free pickup from airport.unfortunately there is no pick up service and I have to spend for the taxi to reach to the hotel...

Great hotel near the beach with friendly staff

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Dendro Gold hotel. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable with fantastic views of the city/beach (we booked a senior room with balcony and ocean view). Air conditioning in the hotel room and public areas is great. Hotel restaurant has a fairly large international menu with reasonable prices and the included breakfast buffet was substantial also with cooked to order noodle soups, eggs and pancakes. Hotel also has a pool area with bar and well equipped fitness center which we used almost daily to keep the holiday weight down from overeating. Location is good, just off the main rd and a short walk to restaurants, night market and the beach. Best thing is the friendly hotel staff who went out of their way to assist us with tour bookings, sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, luggage and airport pickup. At request, front desk staff even arranged a surprise flower basket and birthday cake to be delivered to our room for my wife’s birthday while we were out on a day tour (thanks again Vy). Hotel also has gift shop and small convenience store in the lobby where we purchased various ice creams and sunburn treatment gel.

Good hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is in a great location not far from the beach. Vy was the customer service person who helped us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our rooms and provided infomation as needed. I would stay there again in the future.

Very good hotel with better than average service.

The free shuttle ride from the airport was one time in comfortable almost new mini van driven by courteous driver. Hotel front desk staff was very polite and helpful to make our stay most comfortable in the room as well as the beach. Dining staff was very helpful in preparing our daughter's meals either from the food we brought along or cooking from fresh onsite ingredients with very reasonable cost and time to our exact preference. Breakfast selection and quality were much better than some of the well-known establishments in Saigon. On-site convenient shop staff did its best pleasing our daughter with its delicious ice cream selection. Lastly but best of all, room accommodation was excellent in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and the staff was readily available to assist us with service requests proactively; our room had balcony and glass door/windows provided beautiful views overlooking both the ocean and city. Recommended improvements: better air-conditioned hallways; stop letting in new patrons but continue to serve existing ones past meal times. These improvements are applicable to all hotels in Saigon, Mui Ne and Nha Trang, so they are not Dendro Gold specific shortcomings. To Dendro staff - Keep doing what you have been doing well and finding innovative ways to please your patrons; they will come back plus more. Overall we had great stay at accommodating Dendro Gold and highly recommend it to reasonable travelers.

Best in customer service. Ask for Vy at checkin.

My family enjoyed the hotel very much. The free breakfast buffet had great assorments of delicious food - from Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, American, Russian - and this is only for breakfast. The hotel offered great views of the ocean even from the 4th floor. The rooms were nice, I was only dissapointed with their lack of family rooms, suites or joint bedrooms. Having such a large family we ended up staying in 4 different rooms. But the staff were all very courteous especially Vy (hotel receptionist), she made our stay very comfortable. Vy went out of her way to make sure me and my family were well taken cared of. I can't say enough about Vy's bubbly personality and with her coworkers, Chang and Thanh, the stay at Dendro Gold was the best experience I have had in the many hotels I have stayed in Vietnam (or anywhere else in the USA).

Great views, friendly staff - Vy in particular.

Even though Dendro Gold Hotel was not on the main road, it still offered a great view of the ocean. The pool deck was unique, and offered a great place to swim without the fear of burning under the hot sun. I liked the private beach, however since the hotel was not on the beach itself, one can walk or have the hotel shuttle drop you off - either options requires early reservations (for beach chairs). The rooms were nice and since there were no other buildings right infront, the beach can be seen even from the 4th floor (pool area). But what made my stay at the hotel the most memorable is the friendly staff - I especially want to thank Vy (receptionist) who took care of us and made me and my family feel we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Vy made sure we had everything we needed and more. Vy went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recomend this hotel to my friends and family just because of Vy's professional attitude.

Best in custom service. Ask for Vy!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly and courteous - I can't say enough about Vy, Chang and Thanh (hotel receptionists). Because of Vy, my stay at Dendro Gold Hotel a 5 Star experience. I would recommend the Hotel because of Vy's professionalism, humor and over all bubbly personality.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, after discovering that I was having problems with the wi-fi. If you encounter any problems it is worth mentioning it to them as they will try their best to sort out the problem. I enjoyed my stay and would return there if I went back to Nha Trang.

Hotel is NOT on main strip

I didn't know that this hotel does not sit on the main strip. To be closer to the beach and the action, choose a hotel that sits directly on Tran Phu street. This hotel is a bit outdated. It was ok... Nothing to write home about and I won't be staying here again.

3 star hotel instead

The overall stay was just ok. The room is small. The swimming pool was under construction but still open for customer. However, the staffs are friendly that makes the overall stay better

Meh: Not terrible, not excellent

Expected more from a "4-star" but it was clean and comfortable and close to the beach. The beds were really good. The breakfast buffet was extensive but not to our tastes. We enjoyed our stay here overall but I think I would go for a smaller place next time.

Miss leading customer about hotel location

Was good but just don't like the location , misleading customer about what u see on the website an when u get there the hotel isn't a front sea view , the exact hotel location is in a small allee ( street ) 200 metres from the sea an not easy night time to walk too quite road look very risky , because DENDRO GOLD isn't not a front sea view but they use the location of DENDRO HOTEL who really a proper sea view hotel

Vietnam Travels

The hotel is fairly new. The rooms were very spacious. The largest so far in our VN travels. The front desk was very attentive and when out of their way to help us in our queries. The breakfast buffet was part VN and part western. Very good. The hotel has only 2 elevators so expect to wait going up or down at peak times. We would stay there again.

Excellent brandnew hotel close to the Beach

Great, comfortable. The restaurant has very good food and a lot of choice. The room is clean,nice and full of furniture. The services are very good, people are nice. Good value for the price .

Not a pretty hotel but service is good

The photos are all renderings. Though its a new hotel, it still needs a lot of improvement/defect touch up in wall finishings. The staff are so helpful and some of them can speak fluent english, buffet breakfast has quite a lot of choices. It's great that they can provide airport pick up service, with a new shuttle bus. But it's only for pick up, you need to pay 300,000VND for transfer to airport when you are leaving by flight. But it's already cheaper than taking taxi. So that's fine for me.

Very Good Hotel,the Staff is the Best.

We stayed 4 nights at this new hotel,we feeling very safety,comfortable,good service,rooms very clean.The staff is extremely kind and polite,we like to Thanks to Nhung,she works at Reception,she very nice,friendly and helpful to us.Morning buffet foods very good.We will come back this hotel next year.

Miss Saigon in Nha Trang

I booked 5 rooms at the Dendro Hotel for myself and relatives. This is fairly a new hotel with professional and courteous staff. The buffet was great and had all kind of dishes for Asians and Westerners. The problem is not the hotel but the patrons staying in general at the hotels. I observed people resting their feet on the lobby tables and being very loud outside my room. One guy walked out of the elavator into the lobby with his dripping wet swimming trunk iinto the lobby with not a towel in hand. This hotel will not stay nice for long at the rates it is going. I recommend that the hotel stop catering to large discounted bus tours that I notice parked outside. Also, the staff should at least address the rude patrons with no manners.

Staff lacks training and organization. Construction is still on-going during our stay.

Review of just opened Dendro Gold

Hotel was open only 2 weeks and many teething problems. Room bathroom was leaking and needed to change rooms. Swimming pool still had painting in progress with scaffolding and dining room had wires hanging from the ceiling and yet to be connected. Lifts were not cleaned from construction work and many construction workers on site completing. Staff were great as trying to work around the above and provided complimentary airport shuttle and changed room when issues arose. Hotel will be very good in time but still a construction site and the little things need to b addressed.

Il personale della recentemente era gentile così come in generale tutto il personale. Tranne il servizio delle pulizie che nonostante avessi messo l'indicazione di non disturbare una mattina mi ha suonato insistentemente per ben due volte e sempre per ben due volte ha cercato di entrare in camera. La colazione non mi è piaciuta a alcuni alimenti erano freddi. La posizione è buona.

조식포함으로 선택했는데, 굉장히 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 또한 수영또한 넓어서 좋았어요

가격대비 만족입니다 . 조식도 괜찮구요 수영장도 이용 할만하고 위치도 나쁘지 않아요. 바다뷰도 가격좋아요. 직원들 서비스는 아주좋아요.

전반적으로 무난한 호텔이며 나트랑 시내와 가까워 이동도 용이하고 좋다 다만 호텔이 좀 오래되 보이는 단점이 있긴하나 개인적으로 문제 되진 않았다

최악의 숙박시설/ worst hotel

방 키를 1개만 주고 프런트 직원 또는 청소 직원이 방을 털어서 돈을 훔쳐간다. 정산 결과 100달러와 200만 동이 사라짐. 싼 가격에 조식은 나쁘지 않지만 절대 비추천. 주변이 공사장이고 밤에 어두움. 창문쪽에 옆방이랑 통하는 공간이 있어서 옆방 소음이 다 들린다. 소파 뒤에 남이 쓰던 옷이 남아있고 냉장고 작동도 안된다. 온수가 잘 나오지 않고 수압도 약하고 어매니티도 부실함. 프런트 직원은 영어 한마디 못함. You only give one room key and the front desk or housekeeping staff robs the room and steals money. $100 and VND 2 million disappeared. Breakfast is not bad at a cheap price, but this hotel is absolutely not recommended. The surrounding is a construction site and it is dark at night. There is a space on the side of the window, so you can hear all the noise from the next room. Other people's clothes were left behind the sofa and the refrigerator doesn't work. The hot water does not come out well, the water pressure is weak, and the amenities are poor. The front desk staff doesn't speak a word of English. Bạn chỉ đưa một chìa khóa phòng và lễ tân hoặc nhân viên dọn phòng cướp phòng và trộm tiền. 100 đô la và 2 triệu đồng đã biến mất. Bữa sáng không tệ với giá rẻ, nhưng tuyệt đối không nên. Xung quanh là một công trường xây dựng và trời tối sầm vào ban đêm. Có một khoảng trống ở phía bên cửa sổ thông với phòng bên cạnh, vì vậy bạn có thể nghe thấy tất cả tiếng ồn từ phòng bên cạnh. Quần áo của người khác bị bỏ lại sau ghế sô pha và tủ lạnh thậm chí không hoạt động. Nước nóng không thoát ra tốt, áp lực nước yếu và tiện nghi kém. Nhân viên lễ tân không nói được một từ tiếng Anh nào.

コロナウイルスの影響でキャンセルが増えて運営が厳しいと思うが4星にしてはロビーはエアコンを消しておりスタッフは冷風扇で涼しいか知らないがロビーにいる事が出来ない。 廊下も同じ様に空調が止まっている。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルと書いておきながら麺とオレンジジュースのみ水はセルフサービス氷は欲しいと伝えないともらえないです。 ランドリー袋に入れおきましたがランドリーサービスも停止しており近くのランドリー店に持って行きました。 そのランドリー袋を使い渡した為返却しないと有料と言われ25,000VNDを支払う。 プールのバーは閉店、売店も時々開けている感じです。 4星ランクのホテルとは思えない対応なので次は泊まる事はないです。 おすすめは海岸線のホテルがいいと思います。

Hotel sauber, Personal einwandfrei. Wir haben sogar Upgrade vom Zimmer erhalten. Frühstück super als Buffet, es fehlte nur normaler Kaffee. VN Kaffee war für uns ungenießbar. Minus nur für Aufzüge, manchmal lange Wartezeiten, da nur 2 Stück.

Das WLAN ist eher schwach. Die Lage ist gut, zwar gibt es zur Zeit eine Baustelle gegenüber aber es ist nicht wirklich Störfaktor. Im Hotel sind überwiegend russischen Gäste.

가성비 좋은 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 샤워기 수압이 조금 낮았지만 씻는데 큰 불편함은 없었습니다

생각보다 깔끔하고 조용하고 좋았어요~ 룸 2개 씨뷰로 예약했는데 한군데는 룸업그레이드해줘서 더 좋았어요~ 아침 조식도 종류가 아주 많은건 아니지만 맛있었고 Pham Uyen Nhi 라는 분이 무척 친절했어요~ 음료 담당하시는 분 같은데 나트랑에서 먹은 커피중 제일 맛있었어요~

Отличный отдых в Нячанге

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 20.12.2019 до 13.01.2020 с ребёнком 2,5 года. Так как мы самостоятельно бронировали отель и приехали где-то в 15 часов, заселили нас сразу же, нас проводили в номер, донесли чемоданы! Сразу же попросили опустошить мини-бар) Номер брали с видом на море, но как в итоге выяснили, не стоило за это доплачивать, так как во-первых, вид так себе, во-вторых, рядом стройка как раз с этой стороны и очень высокая слышимость, а в-третьих, в номере в общем-то практически не находились! Номер вполне просторный, две совмещённые кровати просто огромные, спали и никто никому не мешал. Убирались каждый день, ни дня не пропустили) даже когда стояло оповещение «не беспокоить», дожидались,когда мы уйдём из номера и в наше отсутствие убирались) Но вот убирались так себе,постель меняли посредственно, наверное пару раз, да и то, когда ребёнок что-то пролил, но это мелочи... ещё минус в том, что сколько раз мы просили банное полотенце для ребёнка, на следующий день его забирали, а новое не клали..ну как-то не считают они детей за людей.. На завтраки нам дали кучу талончиков, которые нужно было каждый день предъявлять) лучше ходить кушать ближе к 9 часам, тогда еда более европейская, блинчики, сосиски, курица, каждое утро есть суп Фо и омлет/яичница, особенно нам запомнился администратор в ресторане Pham Uyen Nhi, он всегда был очень приветлив, помогал найти свободный столик и приносил свежий сок из маракуйи) За это отдельное ему спасибо, так как такой сок был не у всех)

Bra läge nära stranden!

All in all, the staff were kind. Especially thank Phiona at the reception and Phan Thi Thai at the restaurant. The room was relatively neat and nice, but the water pressure was low and it was too hard to shower.
